I wanted to give an atypical review. 2020 was clearly a hard year for A LOT of people. Personally for me, it was the year that my relationship ended and my wedding plans were cancelled. I had the pleasure of working with Susan during this time of transition and she was super sweet and helpful. She made sure that I was okay- and I really needed that. I felt like all the employees were so sweet and kind to me. Not only to me, but to my son! Who- I didn t realize loves big, expensive diamonds! The team at Tivol loved showing him their collection of diamond necklaces and rings and for the next week he asked if we could return to buy them! They are a great team with huge hearts!

A HUGE shoutout to Susan for her empathy and compassion. I truly believe that she will go above and beyond for her customers!!
