Customer service absolutely shocking to say the least, they were given clear instructions for delivery, not to send a big 18 tonne truck as it wouldn't fit down the roads where we live and to send the smallest truck, they didn't listen no call from driver until I chased the company from the office, the staff were rude and lied and told me they had sent a small van, upon speaking to another chap in the office he said he had sent and 18 tonne and wasn't going to force the driver to deliver my items, so when I informed him there were notes to say to send a 9 tonne van he looked and said we'll you will have to wait until tomorrow now, so my husband called them and spoke to a lady in the office she assured us that we would get a call back which we didn't, and we called the company who we purchased our goods off they spoke to them and assured them we would have our delivery next day in the am, and the driver would help to bring the large items in, so we waited and waited the next am no delivery so I called them being transferred to different people each one ruder than the last, to be told he is on a break and will deliver when he is ready so an hour or so, this is now 2pm, so 230 arrives and the driver turns up what a lovely chap he was extremely helpful and very new to the company a different driver than the previous day, but soo helpful, was told by the company under no certain terms make it the last delivery of the day and do NOT help them with the item, from the drivers mouth, so although the office staff are rude and shocking the driver on the other hand was fab, that's y I have a 3 star I wish I could give the driver a 5 and office 1 but no option for that so my stars are for the driver x

Agrresive, rude, awful company. Stay well away. Every single staff member wants to have a fight. In the office or drivers. Disgusting company.

Outstanding service and their driver is an absolute asset to the company , I'm a great believer ( as a hgv driver myself) that the driver is at the frontline and his hers actions directly affects the company , the guy who delivered to us yesterday 100% well presented, polite very helpful maintained all covid guidelines even kept off your grass verge at front of house all in all 10out of 10 well done bacton transport and well done mr driver ( I'll source name and update :) )
