I cannot play any online games, watch YouTube, or ...

I cannot play any online games, watch YouTube, or watch tv on a Roku due to constant lag or buffering (even with an Ethernet cord), we ve tried soft resetting it, hard resetting it, and calling in, and still nothing. Just letting you know what you could be getting in to.

Update: For a few months it was running pretty good but recently a very common sight in my house is

Ping: 927
Buffering
Connection Timeout
Loading

I don t know if it s because of the stuff connected to or if it s just my stuff that s messed up but I d appreciate it if I could get some help.
