Took our truck in for AC service and their equipment is old and resulted in actually taking out the freon. The AC guy thankfully was able to charge it manually.

Good overall customer service from the current store manager and staff is the reason I'll return to the south Lakeland store in the future.

I purchased my tires here several years ago that came with free lifetime rotating and balancing. As I have a European car they have purchased several tools specifically for my vehicle where other places have told me 'sorry we don't have the special tool needed for your car.' Chuck, Bill and Chris have all displayed exceptional customer service. The only additional work they have suggested to be done truly was needed (verified by my husband). Props!

Thanks for the free oil change. After 2 months of delivering pizzas I noticed the shift was getting louder...and harder. So after I opened the hood i noticed the transmission dip stick out and laying in the inner crease of the fender wall. So the fluid was dry. I'm glad I noticed. I'm glad I dont have to replace the transmission.

They did a good job for a good price and it was done quickly.

David, Eric and Frank took good care of me. Set an appointment for 1.5 hrs after I called. Took my car in 5 minutes after I arrived and had me out within an hour.

The customer lounge (aka waiting area) was clean, well supplied with magazines, a great tv with a wide assortment of channels and free coffee from a Keurig.

I plan to go back to read Field & Stream and have a coffee. When Starbucks has outdoor magazines and Alabama football playing AND can replace a tire, I might pay $3.50 for a triple espresso.

This location for tire kingdom has always provided excellent service.

Service was quick, not everyone was as friendly as they could be and charged $23 to plug a tire, Discount tire does it for free, but not one this side of town and couldn't drive that far on a near flat tire.

First rate service. Fixed a problem with some race tires for a Lola.

This is the second job that I have had to get done on my van at this shop. I am very happy with them because, they saved me more than $1800.00 Dollars at very pressing times. I had taken my van to Lakeland Chrysler/Dodge for the front-end intermittent noise and a maintenance job. After spending close to $1600.00 Dollars with them, the transmission (they supposedly flushed the system) is still leaking and engine is still skipping. It seems to be the "timing" job they did on the engine. For the front-end noise, they wanted to charge me another $1950.00 for labor and the parts that did NOT need to be replaced. At this shop (Tire Kingdom), the manager showed me the defective front end bushings, showed me the Recall number on computer, and did the job for fraction of what the Lakeland Chrysler dealer wanted to charge me. All was done for a total of one hour labor and $35.00 Dollars for the cost of bushing. Legally, that job should have been performed at the Chrysler dealer free of charge. The Lakeland Chrysler shop would not return my calls or my money and my transmission is still leaking on my drive way. I will never go back nor take my van to Lakeland Chrysler dealership for any repairs. At this shop (Tire Kingdom), they are friendly, professional, and seem to give very reasonable prices, at least for the two jobs they have done on my van. Thanks to the Tire Kingdom employees at this location for a job well done, "Unlike" the Lakeland Chrysler dealership who wanted to rip me off with more than $1800.00. Now, I will have to take from my personal time (wasted hrs again!!!) to write to the BBB, FL states dept. at Polk County for horrible service (rip-off) by the Lakeland Dealership, and will probably have to take them to court. I wouldn t recommend anyone to go to the Lakeland Chrysler dealership, they are "NOT" reliable at all!!!

Very nice people at this store. Needed a tire and was in and out in under twenty mins!

I called and made an appointment prior to driving 40 miles from my job to get a tire just to be told they could not change my tire. David the tech who scheduled my appointment wasnt even there so the other employees had no idea what I was talking about. This was the second time I had a phone conversation with David and he is very rude and unprofessional. Probably shouldn't have him answering phones. Very aggravating that I drove all that way for nothing. This doesn't even deserve 1 star.

I have never experienced the worse service in my life from any place getting tires than tire kingdom Very unprofessional and vindictive mechanics anyone can ever imagine. I will never bring my car back there nor will I recommend anyone to get service from there as well. They damaged my brakes on purpose so I would bring my car back so they could get more money from me. Remember how you brought your car to them.

I've been going to TK for a couple of years for oil changes and tire. This time I took them a new customer my grandson and that folks is the highest compliment a grandparent can give!

Stay away from here! I went in fir a rotor for my tire. They told me i had alot of damage on my tie rods and wouldn't show it to me. No deal. Seems like they make their money on working on police vehicles and scam the public. Our tax dollars at work yeh right...

Went to Tires Plus down the street and no one sees any other damage.

My mother and I walked into tire kingdom and there was nobody at the front service and then a guy came out and said what ya need and we said oil change and he was very rude and said well your gonna have to wait an hour if you dont have an appointment and we said well we dont have an appointment and he said well theres appointments today as you can clearly see and there was nobody there and we walked out...very rude service, I'll never be back!!!!

Horrible experience. Went in for a oil change, left with stuff missing from truck. Called front desk and reported the issue but was told nothing they can do about it.

I will be the guy shooting this place a bird everytime I drive by.

The guys here are always very helpful and explain everything before the work begins. Any future work is always given with a written quote.

This location is amazing and will be my go to for all of my tire needs. Everything from the initial phone call to the checkout was smooth. The wait time was reasonable, the store was clean plus everyone was friendly & helpful. David, the service manager/front desk, was exceptionally courteous & professional. Shout out to Juan in the service department for making my Jeep feel brand new again! Thank you!!

Very fast and professional service. They quickly repaired my tire that had 2 nails in it. I was back on the road in no time. I would definitely recommend them.

They let me set in the waiting Room and did not tell me with my vehicle was complete Kama and all I had to have done was a tire repair. Should not have taken over 30 minutes But was there about an hour and a 1/2

Customer service does exist, at least at the South Lakeland Tire Kingdom. I had a situation that I will not give the details of here, but could have left me with a very bad taste in my mouth,. However, the two Davids (Hamilton and Santana) bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied. By their actions, they have earned a customer for life.

Very impersonal, to the point of being rude, as far as customer service goes. This is the first time that this has been an issue.

This place thought because I was an older woman they could tell me a story. My husband told me it was my upper tie rod end and I got an estimate from another shop do it's confirmed. I didn't say anything to Tire Kingdom about what I knew and they gave me a $2800 bill for alot of stuff. I went to another shop and got it done for $85 including the $27 tie rod end. Truck runs great. Scambags.

Did a test here. I was aware i needed new spark plugs only. Got a call to charge me $1000 to fix my computer....if this was true the computer from NAPA is $300 and usb flash to program it is $125. Didn't have them work on my "broken" computer but went elsewhere and got my spark plugs done. No other issues my vehicle runs great.

On saturday, Jan. 26th, at around 4pm I came in to have my 2011 RS CAMARO tires rotated to correct an error another shop made (not a Tire Kingdom). I went into a competitor shop just to get my tires balanced and I told them not to rotate the tires because the rear tire is larger than the front tire on the RS package of the Camaro, and they have directional tires on them so you cannot rotate them. That shop didn't listen and rotated my tires I did not realize it till a hundred and fifty miles later when I went to check the air pressure on them. When I explained this to the gentleman at the Tire Kingdom he said no problem I'll personally take care of it myself for you. I didn't get his name the only thing I can tell you was he had a sterling silver nose ring, but he was a gentleman and very pleasurable to deal with. While we were eating at Manny's restaurant next door they corrected the problem the previous competitive shop had made and everything was done perfectly and my Camaro tires were back to how they should have been. Never been treated this well by a national chain of tire stores remarkable customer service kudos to this gentleman and I hope the manager sees this review because he deserves to be praised for professionalism and customer service skills. Had tires installed, in and out in an hour.... Great service

Usually this is my go to place however today the manager that was on duty was nothing but rude. There was none there and I went in to get a simple oil change and nothing else. Never was told I needed an appointment since we called before we went up there. He turned and pointed to the board and see the people that scheduled an appointment then walked off. I will NEVER be back at Tire Kingdom again. I instead went across the street to Americas Oil Express and they were happy to do it and for cheaper.

Was in there today, very happy with Paul Jackson s customer service.

I went there for an oil change; the guy came back with a long list of things that "needed to be done" that would've added up to close to $700! The oil change was fine and dandy. However, one of the items "needed to be done" was that I needed oil pan work because of a slow oil leak. The quote for that alone was either $200+ or $400+. I was so distraught at the numbers that I don't remember which amount it was. At the suggestion of a friend, I my car to Charlie s Import Auto Service. They put it up on the rack ... all it was is a tiny ring-like gasket that would ve only been $1.50 extra on top of an oil change!!! The mechanic at Charlie s said that RING/gasket is supposed to be changed with every oil change! I will never go back to that Tire Kingdom again.

I love this place. Always so nice. David is amazing and honest. I will never go anywhere else for my car issues.

The General managers there were easy to work with and explained all the details.
They tried their best to keep the cost of the repair to the minimum.
The work was well done.

A friend was having issues with one of his tires the Sunday after Thanksgiving and it seemed like most places were closed, but luckily this location was open. Chris, who was working on another car when we arrived, stopped what he was doing to take a look. He immediately put the car up and found that the tire could not be fixed and offered to change it out to the spare. Another tire was ordered and it is covered by the warranty since it was purchased at another Tire Kingdom and we were on our way in less than 30 min. Very impressive and much appreciated!

Quick service. Upfront pricing no up-sale. Said it would take an hour and they were done in 40 minutes. Very pleased.

Walked in with no appointment and a tire that was separated. They had me out of there in under 2 hours with new tires at a very reasonable price.

Service was fast. Customer service was awesome amdbfriendly. David was very helpful and informative.

I have spent a lot of money for repairs at this location. Recently I had an oil change and they recommended replacing the rear brake pads. After the pads were replaced they squealed so loud you could hear them for blocks. I took the vehicle back twice and they claimed nothing was wrong. The brake specialist at another garage showed me grooves in the drum that were missed by Tire Kingdom which caused the squealing. I got the drums and pads replaced for the same price I was charged for pads knot. I will not be back. Overcharged for sub standard repairs.

Over the past few years, this shop has destroyed no less than 5 lug studs on my cars, because the mechanics don't always properly hand start the lug nut before torquing them down with their impact wrench. Every time the shop has been confronted about this, they want the car checked in for a few days to replace a part that takes 30 minutes to replace in my own garage.

If you come here, specifically ask that a more qualified mechanic works on your car. It'll be worth the wait to avoid repair costs later due to poorly trained mechanics.

It was as good as I posted needed a tire fixed I have a service plan on the tires from them and they fixed it without a problem. The only thing was that I had to make an appointment which wasn't bad but if my tire wasn't driveable then it may have been, but can't go on maybe and if's. The service was good.

I feel compelled to write this review, even though a couple of months have past.
1. A 19.95 oil change turned into 39.00 oil change, and this is with a supposedly 15 dollar discount!!
2. I noticed a wobble in the car afterwards... the vehicle has 200,000 miles and I get a wobble after visiting this place.
3. Apparently they do not know how to replace wheel caps properly. Now one is missing. I checked the remaining three and two were not replaced correctly and now have broken tabs on them..!!
4. When it came time to pay, I was more or less directed to a cash register... after I put my card in another guy, the original, comes from behind the door and says to move to the other register(?) After the transaction was complete and before I even got home, I received a bank notice that someone was trying to charge on my card from Miami... (?) Not even near the place!! Coincidence? I think not!
Save your time, money and vehicle... Stay away from this place!!

No details for me but after reading all the negative remarks from others who used your services, there won't be any details. Man after two or three 1 star reviews,you'd think something would change. Hope you have enough family and friends to keep you in business. Taking my car elsewhere today.

Charged me $76 for an oil change and no point check done like I asked

It's great. I always get treated like family. David greets me by Ms. Schaw as soon as I walk through the door I've been there so much. (Lol, not sure if that's a good/bad thing.) But there's always great customer service, clean environment and low competitive prices. I'd recommend them to anyone.

The service was so terrible that I almost didnt feel like leaving a review because i know nothing will change.

I use to go here for all my car repairs and I ll never go back now. I m surprised on how I was treated and just completely taken advantage of just because I m a female. Little do they know that I have been in the automotive industry for over 7 years and know what I m talking about or at least dealing with. Will never go back. I ll choose a regular dealership before this place again.

David Santana is very professional and well acquainted with great customer service! Each time I've had to visit Tire Kingdom for service on my vehicle, the staff is friendly, fast and very knowledgeable. On my most recent visit, I called at 5 o'clock with an urgent need to have my car checked mmediately they said to come on in and were able to take care of the problem that same hour!!!! Definitely a cut above for repair shops in our area!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Chris and David do a great job of explaining my car's needs and kept me informed through the entire process.

They did some damage to my car. The labor was high as well.

I did get the appropriate tire replaced after having a flat from several bolts and nails.The gentleman could have tried to be a little bit more professional, and the entire atmosphere of the places is dirty and too grungy

Had a tire balance & rotation, they knocked it out in an hour

Got a oil change and wanted them to inspect my tie rod ends. They tried to tell me my new sway bars are bad and all my inner and outer tie rod ends were bad. Got a bill for $1850 for a 99 Dodge Dakota. Really all it was was 1 outer tie rod end on the right side. My cost $22 for parts. My time 1 hour. They actually have a sign posted behind the cash register stating they work for $192 per hour on labor only. Really? How do you even justify that BS? After the oil change my heater no longer works. All my power steering fluid was removed which I added back.Always a coincidence I'm sure....

You can see a response from corporate on this review. I did fill out their form and no contact. Just one of those Google bad review response. This is more proof they don't care. Crooks.

They earned a new local customer! Great service. Up front pricing. Friendly staff. My husband was dropping his car off for new tires so I was waiting for him outside and one of their staff members came outside to my truck to ask me if I needed help with anything. I thought that was above and beyond kind! All but one employee was wearing a mask and keeping a safe distance as well, I might add. They had his new tires on in less than an HR and didn't ever try to say...well we noticed you needed this, this, and that also! We appreciated this as it has happened so much in the past. Got our new wheels and got back on the road in no time. Great job Tire Kingdom. Nice to have an honest friendly service station around!

Firstly I want to just say that I have always bragged on the way that Tire Kingdom has taken care of my tire needs but today and throughout the process of ordering tires for my daughter. I ordered the tires on Monday and they informed me that the tires would be delivered next day to the store. The next day I didn't get a call. Once i called the store the tech stated the tire were not there and they didn't see them in the system but he would order the tires and they would be delivered the next day. Again didn't receive a call from Tire Kingdom telling me that the tires were there. When I spoke to the tech he stated that they were there and all I needed to do was come up and they would squeeze me in with the regular appointments. When I arrive to the store and speak to the tech I was given a price almost double the amount that I was quoted for the tire. When I asked questions about the cost the tech started to have an attitude and didn't respond to any of my questions and seemed to care less about my the price quote. I go on to ask if there was a change in management because I have always received great service. The tech states we have changed management several times. "Do you want the tires or not" .

I went for an oil change and I also got the discount as a veteran they were very helpful they checked my air filter and my cabin air filter they're very knowledgeable helpful and price friendly for the oil change. And David Hamilton the store manager was very polite helpful and once he found out I was a veteran was more than willing to go out of his way to make sure that my service was top-notch great crew

Most of the staff was very friendly. I was told I would be done by 11:15 and did not get my car back till almost noon. I was nearly late to work with the delay. I was on time for my scheduled appt.

They allow employees to park in handicapped parking spots, manager too. He said handicapped didn't need them there are plenty of other spots for them.

Very unprofessional over the phone, male talking about a female not knowing anything to his buddies in the background while I was still on the phone!!! ???

Patched a nail hole in my tire that 3 other shops couldn't fix.

Went to the store on S Florida. They were super helpful, worked with me, and got me in my way with new tires in less than an hour.
