I am an owner operator/ truck driver. On 2/4/2020 I had a pick up at the Berkley, Mo location. This was my first time ever picking up here and I went inside to check in, there is this walkie talkie to complete your check in, well anyway the young lady that answered was very very rude. NOT POLITE AT ALL. The only thing I said was that I had a pick up. Ridiculous
