Did not get a haircut, but the owner was very nice. Nice atmosphere

Erica was great, talked through exactly how I wanted my hair cut and advised me on hair care without trying to upsell me on products. Their products are great though - she used a volumizing serum in my hair after I mentioned feeling like it was flat. Their color treatments look awesome, natural and well blended in to your hair. Everyone was very nice and said hi while I was in the waiting area (very short wait though!). And the prices are reasonable, my wash and cut was in the range of $35-40. But IMPORTANT! You can't add a tip on your card, so make sure to have cash.
Definitely recommend, and I will be going back!

What an amazing experience! I called and made my appointment with Ruth for this afternoon and received nothing but a warm welcome, amazing customer service, and a fantastic haircut! I moved to Virginia 6-8 months ago and had a hard time finding a place felt took the time to understand what I wanted, how my hair behaved, and really took the time to do the job right. Hair Identity and Ruth went above and beyond my expectations!

Great service! All the employees are trained well and the store specializes in coloring hair. Most employees have 15 to 30+ years of experience.
