absolute garbage internet service, barely ever works, cuts out all the time, the people are nice though so thats why they get at least one star, not there fault that they work for an awful company :) Definitely will NEVER recommend it to friends or family. Don't waste your time with them.

poor customer service I pay good money to keep my internet working and with out a disconnect notice they shut me off I had to waste 3 hours of my time to pay my bill the clerk said all set. WRONG!! had to call customer service unplug and plug in multiple times they keep telling me it says its working while i am saying it is not I finally get mad do a little yelling finally its working. I shouldn't have to go thru this hassle when I pay good money.

Never get spectrum! RUNNNN!!!! Spectrum app never ever works when you want it to.. internet keeps cutting out.... my main cable box keeps rebooting every two hours. Internet is sooooooo slowwww!!!! Im switching to fios when the reps come around my neighborhood again. Thanks for the half way service spectrum.

Spectrum has the worst internet service. I am constantly getting cut off the internet. Wi-Fi has literally no range. It won t connect in the room next door to the router. They have been out here to fix the problem but it took them several days to fix us in. They came and supposedly fixed the problem but two weeks later the same thing is happening constantly. Now it is going to be another 2 days before they can get here. It doesn t matter to Spectrum that I work full time from home and am taking classes full time as well. My productivity is being affected but Spectrum doesn t care. I ll be switching if they don t fix this permanently Because now I m concerned about the connection when my child begins classes in less than two weeks

This Baldwinsville store is soo bad and not only that but I am not sure what the problem is with the spectrum mobile service. I was having difficulty with some things online regarding the mobile service so I went into this store to try to get in store help. I thought that if I met some people in person it was going to work better than the online experience but to my regret it was a very terrible experience.

I met Kyle who said that he was a new hire and didn't have a good understanding of the way things worked and so while I was in there he tried to call for help from another store a fews times but in the end he still couldn't help me. The worst part of it was that I had to be with him for close to 2 hours before he could finally tell me that what I was trying to do was not possible. This was a huge waste of my time and all I wanted to do was to switch service from another company to spectrum, I had a family of 4 and wanted to switch to spectrum's mobile service, I was bringing them business and it was as if they didn't need it.

One other thing that was surprising to me was that there was another guy in there with Kyle when I got there (around 5 pm) who seemed to be ordering Kyle around and I assume he was the manager. He was actually about to leave by the time I got there. My worry is that he heard me speaking to Kyle about what I needed and I think that if Kyle was new and the manager knew that this new employee was not trained for mobile service, the best he could have done was to give this new guy a quick guide before leaving. That would have been a good part of the training

I have worked stores like that where new employees needed to be showed something really quick (when I am closed and about to leave) and I stayed on for just a quick 5 - 10 minutes or so to show them before I left the store. What was the point of him being a senior employee in the store then, may be he doesn't know what to do either. This was a huge waste of my time and I think these guys in this particular store are terible. I hear they are moving to another store in Camilus, I am not sure they can handle it. OR maybe spectrum is such a terrible company and that is their culture, They have great ads but they cannot honor them.

I hope they will take time to train these guys well before they put all that responsibility in their hands.

I will never be a customer again. I had canceled my services, then I was still charged two weeks later (even after I also cancelled autopay). After bringing it to their attention they still can't expedite the refund. They said 3-4 weeks, so basically they took money they shouldn't have and I won't see it again for a month and a half. Sounds criminal in my opinion.

Verizon charges $185 for phone, internet, and tv under 2 year contract with only one premium channel plus 75 bph.
Spectum charges $195 for phone, internet, and tv with no contract all the premium channels plus 400 bph Internet speed which is stupid fast , no more lagging when relatives come over ...
As far as Service at least I can understand the operator and technician

They said that there was nothing cheaper available when I was paying $240 every month for the biggest TV channel plan of the 3 TWC choices, 20 GB internet speed, and phone. I was willing to go down to 10GB internet and the medium TV plan (called ?preferred TV), but they said that there was no way to lower my bill even if they let me do that. I tried 3 times to lower my bill this year but they said I couldn't get it any cheaper. They just said that when my current plan ends I can switch to a Spectrum plan which might be cheaper but I can't switch until then. But I've been with TWC for more than 15 years. They put me into a new plan without my knowledge or consent because it was the same price but with faster internet (then they highered my bill by at least $20 the next month). TWC is not flexible enough to let me downgrade my services so I'm no longer getting Time Warner Cable since 2 months ago.

I can't believe another increase on Broadcast TV Surcharge . I can't wait to get Spectrum Cable out of my life. They can't get kicked out of New York fast enough. The fine print on my bill I got 1/31/2019

Their customer service is horrendous and the bill is insanely high. The guy just hung up rather than transfer me to the right department. I'm trying to sort out my mom's service. I'll be switching to Verizon.

We made changes to our account. Still waiting for new equipment but all seems well so far. If you get new phones have all account information ready in advance if porting numbers. This will expedite things.
