I will never be a customer again. I had canceled my services, then I was still charged two weeks later (even after I also cancelled autopay). After bringing it to their attention they still can't expedite the refund. They said 3-4 weeks, so basically they took money they shouldn't have and I won't see it again for a month and a half. Sounds criminal in my opinion.
