poor customer service I pay good money to keep my ...

poor customer service I pay good money to keep my internet working and with out a disconnect notice they shut me off I had to waste 3 hours of my time to pay my bill the clerk said all set. WRONG!! had to call customer service unplug and plug in multiple times they keep telling me it says its working while i am saying it is not I finally get mad do a little yelling finally its working. I shouldn't have to go thru this hassle when I pay good money.
