Crowded market with huge selection of dishes. You can find here really delicious fish and seafood!
Amazing place. and what wonderful food choices! A must see and not just for the food.
This is definitely a place you want to check out. Hundreds of little restaurants Under One Roof. The food was amazing. Getting a table as a little tough you have to be patient. Great value for the money. A must if you're in the area. If you really want you can take your food outside to the park and eat it there
One of the highlights of my trip to Lisbon. Here are some of the tasty and memorable dishes I tried at the market :
(1) Seared scallops with mango salsa and green onion strings from Sea Me
(2) Thin crust Margarita pizza
(3) Huge tiger prawns from Marisqueira Azul (The restaurant was located on the outer portion of the market)
(4) Pastel de Nata (custard tart dusted with cinnamon) please do not leave without trying at least one! This is now one of my favorite desserts. For custard/cinnamon lovers, this is gold.
Cool food court concept. Problem as always, you'll spend time walking around with your food and searching for a place to sit.
Have to experience this food market. Every city should have one.
Great place to get something tasty for a quick bite or more. Huge selection of styles and flavours. Very busy, incredibly noisy so not the best place for a quiet drink or chilling.
Awesome little food market with famous chef promoting their dishes
Very touristy. You don t get the vipe of Lisbon. Food Stalls offer a huge variety of food.
Always crowded! Pricy. Even 10 to 15% higher when compare with those restaurants outside. I just managed to walk one round and decided to leave without any chance to taste any but I didn t regrets at all.
Very stylish food market with a great variety. Everyone should be able to find something here that fits their taste buds.
I went to Ground Burger and it was simply delicious, one of the best burgers i ever had
Great place for light food and drinks. Almost like a Chelsea Market in NYC
This place is a must see!!! So many food options & salsa dancing at night- its always busy & a great buzzy atmosphere too
They mainly serve meat and fish. Not really interesting for vegetarians or Vegans.
Exept for one little gem, a biological store with super friendly people working there, they had some gluten-free options!
This is a really unique food court. One of the best ones I have been to. There are food stalls from celebrity & Michelin star Chefs. The layout of the market is really nice.
However it is very popular with the tourist, during the lunch and dinner hours its is very difficult to find a place to seat. Foods are a bit over priced as well.
Best times to visit would be around midday, or between 5-7pm
Great, historic markets with lots of food shops and restaurants.
A real cool place for hangout with friends for a meal, a wine and some dessert perhaps
If you're a tourist in Lisbon you may as well try local food. Felt like a Western food court.
Food was amazing. Loved the vibe, music, communal tables, overall great space. Free wifi as well. At night, people party which is nice.
Love this place! Second time we who ve visited and it doesn t disappoint! One of the best chic food markets in Europe.
Nice traditional market in right sight bit also have nice local food with nice place in left sight.
A good location for having some Portuguese food and wine.
Great venue to try a variety of amazing food on offer in Lisbon. We visited five or so restaurants over a number of visits. Great food but it can get busy very quickly. Definitely a must when in Lisbon!
Be careful. Appetizers that appear in advance are not free and are not on the menu. At surf and turf this more than doubled our bill and was totally unexpected.
Too crowded, and its hard to find place, so its nice to see, but better to eat in other place
Love the job they have done to recover the area and the market... fantastic vibe, food and people. A must when in Lisbon.
This is very popular place so finding a table may be hard. There are many food stalls for every taste. The food was good and not expensive.
Awesome experience to eat food from the best Portuguese chef
Crowdy(good or bad),overpriced compared to the amount of food on the plate.
Loads to look at, and buy, and taste. You MUST visit this place if in Lisbon.
Must see in Lisbon! Great food and amazing atmosphere.
Awesome concept. Really crowded in the evening, but it's worth it to spend some time here. The choice in food/drink is fenomenal and there is something for every price. At peak times it can be hard to get free chairs to sit.
Excellent market for a meal, or grab some meats, cheese, or produce from the other section. Some food was familiar (ice cream, pizzas, beef stews) and great for the kids, and some was very adventurous- perfect for the adult foodies in our family. We ate here 5 times during our 3 week stay in Lisbon
Otherwise known as Time Out, it's a teue pleasure to wander around the various stands and try the most amazing, sometimes Michelin starred, food.
Great atmosphere - however zero vegan options so that's very disappointing
I had the octopus hot dog and my girlfriend had the grilled fish, different places, and they both were great. Then for dessert she went for the pastel do nata which was terrific-best deal for 1 . Lots to choose from for food.
good for buying fresh sea foods in the morning, it will close at noon
Marvellous, Many Pop-up restaurant booths selling all sorts of cuisine
Great selection, always busy but it didn't take long to find two seats whenever we went.
Of all the Portuguese food we had over a week, we had the best here. It's probably modernised/aimed at the tourist market but not to the point of being unrecognisably Portuguese... of course there are lots of international options if you want.
It might be tricky for groups of more than 2 to find space to sit together but otherwise I'd definitely recommend visiting.
Great place for delicious lunch especially if you like seafood and fish. A must-see of Lisbon.
Always crowded and noisy, many restaurants but only 1 time I was able to sit and eat ! The food was good .. I didn t find much options for kids.
What stupendous place, very nice atmosphere for a gourmet meal. Several options for local and international dishes . Definitely a must go
Busy and not super tasty. Might be a more pleasant experience outside peak hours
Great space with different restaurants to choose from! Love the atmosphere and energy of this place! Highly recommend!
One of my favourite place to go in Lisbon. Realy recommend to try Polvo Lagareiro in this place.
After walking around in a way too quiet neighborhood, I found everybody at once! Very lively place, great food. Sometimes a bit difficult to find a seat.
We had an Uber driver recommend this place, and it was a great recommendation, as there are probably 30 small restaurants inside with all kinds of different food. Outside there is a cafe in the park where they serve coffee and desserts. And near the cafe a Peruvian restaurant we ended up at for a very enjoyable meal. A short walk away is pink street, a street lined with cafes where we saw our first faro performance in Portugal.
We came back to the outdoor cafe another night for a coffee to cao off our evening.
Great place to sample some of the best food in Lisbon, some places have a limited stock of dishes so if you have your heart set on something best get in early.
Wide selection of different foods, optimum place to eat if everyone in your group wants something different. Very quick and friendly service.
Great place to eat alot of varieties, but because its too trendy its also too crowded
Great place. Loads of choice. Banquet dining. Loved it.
Great place to dine. Big variety of food good atmosphere.
a lot of different food, but the prices are not very pleasant and quite noisy
You must visit Time Out Market during any length visit to Lisbon, so much variety of food and drink, but overall an unrivalled experience even if you don t stay to eat. From Octopus to the Portuguese Pastel de nata, from sushi to steak you d have trouble to not find something you like here.
Just had the best pizza of my life here
You gotta see this place if your in lisbon
Excellent food choices, including vegetarian options. Most dishes seemed around the 9-15 range, with alcoholic drinks 3.50-6ish.
Very nice place to hang out with a lot of nice people around. It's a huge Market hall with different shops, bars and restaurants...
We all loved it here as there is something for everyone to eat and drink, that is except for the "one" who is awkward in the gang
All the choices of different food. Very noisy and alive
Fun place to visit in Lisbon. A wide variety of great food, whether you fancy a cheese and meat board, want a full out meal or just a coffee with a decadent desert! This place has it all.
Great place to taste different kind of food: cheese - meet - sandwiches or nice plates. Wine of course or cocktails. They have a terrace.
Busy with OK food. The other smaller markets are better for a visit with less crowds and better food.
Hahahaha I love this place, Always parties and Busy Market.
The place has a lot of good places to eat. I had a burger and it was super good. However the market was packed with people and it was really dirty around the tables
Muxh variety of food and goods. Ideal for tourists.
Had a fabulous time here! Food for tourists but still very delicious
Super place to eat and with children, albeit quite busy and noisy, it has a good atmosphere and incredible choice
The diversity of this place will make it very difficult for you to decide what to eat.
Very crowded. I did not have a chance to try some food, but it looked very delicious.. Maybe next time.
Great variety of food shops to order from.
However so packed that we couldn't find a place to seat and eat.
Really cool experience in lisbon! Definitely get a little bit of everything here! Couldn't recommend more !
Wow. The food at this market is just delicious. We had so much to eat, but it was such good quality, that we stayed for lunch and dinner. Good prices for even better quality and love that the setting makes you interact with the people around you. Would come back to Lisbon for this place alone.
This place is always very packed and seating is difficult to find. There is tons of options for food, drinks or shopping but the prices are a little high for the portion sizes and options. Very touristy and cluttered but still an interesting place to find some food if you are interested.
The dj on this Sunday is really good. Mixed it to perfection. 1star less cause their menu doesn't have chorizo
Affordable way to try delicious dishes by famous chefs, as well as sweets and small bites such as traditional Portuguese croquetes. Even though it was crowded, it's easy to squeeze into a seat or two next to other people... but I guess it would be harder to find a seat for bigger groups.
Great food, a lot of options. Only thing tricky is to find a spot to eat if you have a big group
