The common theme in contractors right now is we are just so busy.
As a consumer, I m ok with busy. I m not asking you to drop everything you re doing and put me first. What I am asking is that a contractor keep their word, return a phone call within a couple of days, and treat everyone how they d want to be treated.
Left a voicemail for the group, since no physical person was able to answer, but never heard back. Basic business skills - create a six month sales funnel.
I can t imagine leaving money laying on the table. Apparently these folks, like so many other folks, are so rich they don t need any other money. We surely won t be doing business here. If they can t return a call when I m trying to provide them business, I couldn t imagine what it d be like during the install.
**Their response below says it all. We are busy and can t call a potential paying customer back. Wow! I d probably have not responded at all if that s all I could come up with.**
