We have had our Timberland Cabinets for a year now...

We have had our Timberland Cabinets for a year now. Over the past year we have had several cabinets and drawers come unscrewed and fall away from the cabinet boxes. The hinges and the drawer glides just pop right out of the cabinet boxes. Timberland has been out 2x over the past year to re-screw things back together. Now we have three more cabinet and drawers that have come apart and I can t get a response from anyone at Timberland. I have called 4x. Each time I have to go through giving them all my information and explaining the problem. They then say someone will be in touch with me but I have yet to hear back from them.
It s been a very frustrating experience and the quality of cabinets to not great.
