DO NOT USE TIGER SANITATION TRASH SERVICE. THEY TAKE MONEY AND DO NOT PICK UP TRASH FOR WEEKS ON END. READ ALL OF THE REVIEWS HERE AND THEY SAY THE SAME EXACT THING. THEY DO NOT REFUND MONEY THAT THEY OWE TO YOU FOR NON SERVICE. Worse company EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do yourself a BIG FAVOR and find a dependable company with a professional attitude instead of this Podunk-Mickey Mouse outfit. They never answer their phones. It's on a perpetual answering machine so they don't have to deal with all of the upset customers. They wanted a credit card payment up front to start service and then just 6 weeks into our service, their truck broke and our entire subdivision had trash piling up for 3 WEEKS. Could not get anyone to answer the phones to refund me for those three weeks. And after that, the trash truck operator told us that they were discontinuing ALL SERVICE to our entire subdivision. Still no refund for the 3 weeks they failed to pick up trash and then got scammed for paying for 3 months of service up front which we will also not get refunded. Sorry, SORRY ass company and poor customer service or service at all. Also Felt sorry for the guys that drove the trucks. They explained that they were on a Chinese Work Week which somehow screws them out of any overtime and is a loophole so the company does not have to pay them for their work. Sorry company practices all around.
