LOVE Ticketbud, and not just cuz they are Austin-based like me. Layla in support has saved me from my bumbling self several times -- at lightning speed. I run events in Austin AND NYC, and advise anyone who has ticketing needs to use Ticketbud!! Bravo, Kayan and co.
I've used three different ticketing tools, and the customer service with Ticketbud is by far the best. Twice, I have direct messaged them with questions that I was 100% sure they wouldn't be able to address or fix for me (based on my experiences with other tools) and their first response was "Got it, we fixed that for you just now. Anything else we can do?" That's unheard of. If you're on the fence, go with Ticketbud!
I run a local festival, and I was transitioning to online sales. A friend recommended me to use Ticketbud for a festival I was running. They have everything I needed, like scanners, email invites, and responsive support. This year, the festival was very successful and I know that Ticketbud helped a lot in the process!

Ticketbud was recommended to me (after I expressed some dissatisfaction with the terms and conditions of Eventbrite) and I have not been disappointed after making the decision to move forward with them over 2 years ago. The platform is user-friendly. Every possible tool you would need relative to effective event project management from inception to execution is available at your fingertips. It's clear they have the consumer's best interest in mind. Customer Service (which I have rarely needed) has always been available and friendly. I have recommended Ticketbud to every committee I have been a part of and every Event Planner I know!

Ticketbud is excellent for both local and international festivals where we needed physical tickets in addition to online tickets in areas with low connectivity. Ticketbud was able to perform well in both scenarios.

I used this site to purchase tickets to a local show. It's pretty easy to search for shows and buy what I want.
I took over a website design and Ticketbud page for an organisation that had originally been setup by someone else, after explaining to your support staff via email who responded almost instantly (in the evening, UK time) they accepted my explanation and credentials and I was able to access the setup.
After reviewing the page I decided I'd like to change a few pictures, this didn't work for me so another email to your support staff was again answered almost instantly and who then solved the problem for me.
Unfortunately we are not using Ticketbud for this event now, this is in no way a fault of Ticketbud just the late decision of the organisers to change some of the ticket structure and publicity for the event.
I was amazed to see the Ticketbud page for the event had been indexed by Google and I cannot emphasise enough how much I was impressed by Ticketbud and your support staff, I shall certainly bookmark you and if I get a request to use a ticket service on a website again I will certainly come to you first
Best ticket service I have worked with. EASIER and MUCH better than Eventbrite, Ticketmaster, etc. Looking forward to working with Ticketbud again.
If i could give it zero stars i would. I purchased tickets for an event and they never e-mailed me my tickets. I had a screen shot of the order so i know i didn't put in the wrong e-mail address. If you try to call them, they will not answer. If you e-mail them, they will not answer you. Do not use this company under any circumstances!
The difficult task of organizing a Football fundraiser was made a lot easier with Ticketbud. Their convenient online system allowed me to quickly do a great job to ensure that a large number of people attended. The fees were low and I had easy access to the revenue. Strongly recommended!

Yes very very Outstanding Customer service! had a snag in dates for and event wrote and email Friday after hours did not think I would get a response due to the weekend. Saturday comes around they wrote me acknowledge my issues switch my ticket with out any problems really appreciate the convenience in your Customer service OUTSTANDING!

I was looking for an alternative to Eventbrite, and came across Ticketbud. I really loved being able to get paid every day after I sold tickets. I found their widget to be useful as I was selling tickets on my square space site.
Ticketbud is GREAT! It is a great tool to use when managing events both big and small. It allows you to sell tickets and have the funds automatically deposited into your checking account of choice. It also has the features of keeping all data and also allowing you to email all attendees without having to use a different engine for a broadcast. Most importantly, the Customer Service and their entire staff are outstanding. It is so important to have a live person available to answer questions and give guidance on using this tool. Congratulations to Layla, Bri, Blake and all the other reps that I have had help me. They are EXCELLENT!!!
