Nice store. I was looking for a new raincoat. I found one by North Face.

Lots of choices for many different things and excellent low prices..

Poor service more employees then customers and still no help. Management need to teach staff how to really work retail.

Huge selection and nice clean store. Friendly staff. It can be a bit difficult to find things if you don't know where to look.

I brought my son to the store to by some new sneakers. I could not find anything that was good for less than $90. It may be the manufacturers. I found a very nice pair of Nikes at Macy's for $75.

Great place to buy weights and clothing and stuff but sometimes the prices are a little high

This store never seems to have enough people working to help in each department. You have to go to the service desk if you do not know where to find what your looking for.

Please don't tell the customer that the Nike Flyknits they are inquiring about are "ugly" and that they shouldn't buy them because you feel there are better looking shoes on display.

Large store and well stocked. I just don't understand the way they organize their merchandise. It seems to always be a challenge to find a particular brand or product I'm looking for.

Only place to get sporting goods around here, and moderately priced items.

When you go in they welcome you and that will be the last time you will see an employee. The item I was wanting to purchase was in a display case. I had to find an employee who said it was not in his dept and would call for help. After being in the store for almost half an hour I just walked out. You can get better help at Walmart during a Christmas post sale ZERO help.

Incredibly friendly staff, very helpful. And the only place that carries archery supplies in a 20 mile radius...

Sporting goods? Apparel? Man, if they don't have it here, it doesn't exist.

I went there to get a birthday present for my best friend. He's an avid shooter so I sought specific ammunition. The salesman helped me find exactly what I needed. Within 10 minutes I had paid for it and was on my way home.

Too expensive alot of items are online only thats not the way i shop i want it...i want it now not later everything is always later

A big giant sporting goods store, they have a lot stuff in there, unfortunately the staff is poorly trained or don't care. You have to really look around before you can find someone to help you, and when you do, they have no idea about what your talking about. This isn't the worst part, wait until you get to the check out. You wait and wait some more, one or two cashiers and they are not in a hurry. I don't even go there anymore. Amazon or my local little specialty shop is getting my business.

Friendly staff, brightly lit. Stuff is really expensive though in comparison to say, sports authority or Amazon. But if you need it quick, it's there.

Prices are high and not enough selection. Wish sports authority didn't close. I'll buy online elsewhere.

Fitting room was kind of gross, but it got the job done. Staff could have been more friendly, but they weren't outright rude. Everything was just okay.

The parking lot was easy to get in and out of. The item I needed was in stock, which is what their website had shown. It was easy to find in the golf section. My checkout time was brief and the cashier was friendly and efficient. The store was clean and I had no issues.

The shoes are terribly organized. Prices can be hard to find for a lot of items. I don't mind being left alone in a store, but there were no employees around even when I wanted one. Only employee I ever saw was at the front.

I thought it would be better, But I got what I wanted.

Only place we could get the boots husband wanted. Pricey pricey.. and I didn't have crayons to explain what a composite toe boot is to 2 different shoe sales people..uuggghhh

Good selection but a bit over priced on some items.

More staff needed to assist people find stuff. Associate was pleasant when finally found.

Always clean and staff is very helpful. Checkout can take a while though.

I was browsing around in a rainy day and found the 10x10 canopy on sale, they didn't have the color we wanted so Chris was very helpful and got it delivered for us!

Bought a new baseball glove and the guy who broke it in and conditioned it was awesome. Played 2 ball games 2 hours later and it felt like I have been using it for years and a 2 year warranty

They have turned what used to be a decent store into a liberal mess .

Did not have the product out of the ad that was on sale.

Got everything I was looking for. They are getting ready for holidays and employees were so polite and helpful

Horrible customer service. I tried to return a trolling motor that was unused and unassembled. The store manager insist that it must be returned online to get credit back to my credit card. I checked Dick's Sporting Goods return policy and it states most item can be returned to the store even if purchased online. Only exceptions are firearm and ammunition and gas and electric powered scooter. No mention of electric trolling motor anywhere on the return policy. He tried to find where I can't return electronic and gas motors but couldn't find anywhere that it states must be returned via online only. Another employee said it's because they don't sell those item at the store. Well I walked back there and there was the EXACT brand and model number of the same trolling motor. Manager finally gave in and said he'll do this one time as a courtesy. Courtesy my ass. I'm just asking him to honor Dick's return policy.

Very helpful staff! My daughter taught me a trick. You Google "epson printer cartridges near me" or whatever you need and it will come up with places that have that item in stock. The day we went to Dick's we needed a certain kind of tape. At first they couldn't find it but then they did a detailed search and found what we were looking for. Thanks Dick's staff and Google.

I've only been in Florida for a short. Of time but Dick's Sporting Goods is one of the best sporting good stores in Florida customer service is outstanding and they are very friendly everyone is willing to help I recommend Dick's Sporting Goods to anyone that's looking for great customer service and great sporting apparel

As usual, a lot of items unmarked or over priced. Bummer!

When in looking for these of blue balls connected to a string. The guy at the front didn't know exactly what they were and said to go back to the Outdoor Sports. I had to wait a few minutes but when the guy came to the counter he knew exactly what they were. You help me find them online and order more. They go to a tailgating game but my dogs found them in the schoolyard and they love playing with them. Thank you so much Dicks Sporting Goods in Countryside Mall.

They have everything you need sports wise and clothing .Prices are a bit up there but when they go on sale there is a decent price
