We had a few issues upon arriving (it was very late and our room wasn't ready). However, the hotel did make up for the issues wonderfully, including giving us a bottle of champagne. The location is perfect for exploring the strip. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and actually had good soaps and hair products. We had a great time and will go back!

Love the atmosphere and staff. Amazing rooms and food. Such a diversity of bars and entertainment. Country, city, international. By far my favorite hotel/casino on the strip. Just wish they never removed the pirate show.

I can't say enough about how much fun we had while staying at the Treasure Island in Las Vegas. We were in town getting married at the Treasure Island, and the staff made sure that they bent over backwards to satisfy our needs. They ended up giving us a complimentary upgrade as well as a few other goodies at check-in. All in all, it was an excellent stay and I can't say enough about the hotel.

Check-in is a pain. There's no information on the website to show you where to check in (when coming from the garage area). The self check-in kiosks didn't work . I was upgraded to a suite, so that was very nice. Overall, a very nice stay.

Hit or miss overall! They have some cool dealers and some who aren't very personable.. The pit bosses are always nice though. They have less expensive tables than many other casinos in the area. My biggest issue was with this cocktail, she kept forgetting my drinks even after I tipped her well and the third time she forget, she raised her voice to tell me she's never seen me before and I didn't order from her! It was ridiculous and I left soon after. She thought being forgetful was cute until I reminded her about my second drink like three times then she was mad at ME! The first drink, I had to remind her once and gave her $6 as an incentive. She was very obnoxious and if I see she's working, I usually leave soon after. I really like one of the dealers and a few pit bosses so that's the only reason I go but I prefer other places now. It has potential to be a awesome place again, with their theme and decoration, everything is generally nice looking. It's also a place th as t I feel is easier to win a little on slots, just for fun. The parking is free, easy access to casino and strip. They have a few little shops, I like browsing as t their $10 store on my way out.

It's the right price. Our 2nd stay. No complaints other than the elevators were not all working. Not exaggerating, it would take 15-20 mins sometimes to get to the lobby because after a long time waiting for an elevator it would open and be packed and we would have to wait for the next one. Stairs not an option as they are for emergencies only. In the end though you get what you pay for.

I have updated this review and increased the rating. The hotel is a little dated, but when you see the other places on the strip, its is on par with them. Treasure Island is also well located and there is lots to do without walking to far. Overall a good experience and saving now to go back

Great hotel. I was told the smoking rooms were "VIP", but aside from higher ceilings, there isn't anything different about it versus the normal rooms. Plenty of restaurants (was so choked about the Vietnamese eatery charging $30CAD for a bowl of pho). I had great room cleaning service and all the staff was friendly. Only downside was the view of the Trump Hotel from my window ;)

Treasure Island is decent. Not as up to par as other hotels I've been in Vegas. Rooms were clean. But for some reason cigarette smoke was basically in hotel room hallways. The food in the hotel is pretty wack but expensive. I would say do not eat there. Beware if you taking uber it does not come to the front area of the hotel. It will be on the main street.

We stayed and got married here in February. We were very happy with the service provided. The minister was awesome. The chapel was amazing and exactly what we wanted. The only comments I d make were that the smell of cigarettes was a bit strong and the scents they use to cover it up were not great but it is a older hotel so I understand. We had booked a room with a king size bed and when we arrived there weren t any available which was a bit upsetting. They told us we could switch the next day but we were to busy to bother.

The room was fine, but they gave me a room with 2 queens instead if the 1 king I reserved. The person that checked me in was unapologetic and unhelpful. The gym was pretty nice. Housekeeping was excellent. Everything outside the room smelled of cigarette smoke VERY strongly.

Economic place to stay if you plan on only staying here. Restaraunts inside are expensive and low quality. Lots of options for gaming and multiple nice sporting areas. Room service was fast and accurate. I constantly had issues with using company credit cards. Very friendly staff, and a great bell hop service.

Wow!

Wow!
What a hotel and casino.
I wish they would reinstate the pirates show again.
That's the signature mark for that place.

The King room i got was okay. Walls were scuffed up like someone threw around furniture. The bathroom sink was clogged The internet and tv were both worked randomly. I've stayed in better hotels for cheaper on the strip. The casino floor is fine tho and the room service was fast and very polite.

Treasure Island resort and casino is one of many top rated event spaces. The TI is quite the TREASURE of the LAS VEGAS strip. The casino is very friendly and clean, the rooms are classic hotel style spaces but very clean and the restaurants feature several different classic cuisines and buffets. They have find seafood and steaks to boot. One of the awesome styles and design is it has a great Western/Cowboy flavor. If you enjoy staying in a country type resort, this is for you.

Awesome place to stay.

I ve stayed here twice the first time my experience was not the best but the second time everything was great. I love the pool parties-great people and atmosphere. The best thing I love about the room is the bathroom, it s really big. I ll stay here again. You really can t beat the price and everything T.I has to offer.

The room decor was antiquated, making me feel like I was stepping back into the 90s. While remodeling is definitely need, the hotel was courteous and super helpful. While they didn't have the room we reserved, they upgraded us to a bigger room and ensured that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay

After going into several of the hotels on the strip to check out all the casinos, Treasure Island seemed to have the best machines.

Had the buffet when we visited and it was good but not the best, selection of food was thin in each area, also some of the stuff looked like it was sitting out for awhile. Service was great.....slot machines very tight betting 3 bucks a spin and dropping $300 at least give me a $20 winner. Got maybe 10 bucks on a good win, dropped to $1 a push and did better. I was out of there within a hour and lost 300 with no decent wins

we stayed for 7 nights at ti from july 1st to the 8th this year. the 20 dollar trick worked gott upgraded to a petite suite from a basic room which made the 7 night stag alot better. casino was average terrible slots and staff was rude not all of them were but majority were the "updated buffet" which is awful wasn't worth 10 dollars. we love the pool. the only reason it got 4 stars becuz the massage spa was top of the line they really do a good job takin care of you and rubbing out all the stresses in life!!! other than that we won't stay again due to the fact they never send us any compt stays or discounts were heavy gamblers also and they didn't even seem to care all that much!!! MIRAGE 2020 HERE WE COME!!!:)

Downtown is much more fun and less expensive. 40 dollars for a breakfast buffet is crazy. Explains why not too many eating there. Not very many table games indicating that $$ is primarily made on their slots. Free parking is an asset tho.

Absolutely enjoyed the stay at Treasure Island. The self check in process was the best of it making it super easy to get the keys to the room without much hassle. Even the parking is free which is a great plus point. The hotel location is good on the strip and convineant to those who want to take walks to both sides of the strip to cover various hotels and casinos.

I only stayed there a night after a flight, so there wasn't much to experience. Nothing seemed to be wrong with the room I stayed in; it seemed clean. Two queen size beds, and a relatively large bathroom. Air conditioning was effective.

Rooms are what you would expect from an average hotel chain. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and hassle free. The location of the hotel is great as it is location near many other attractions. Located in the hotel is a very nice Marvel Avengers store with a high end selection. Easy pedestrian Bridges to access the other side of the strip.

Always a great stay here at treasure island. The rooms are always very well cleaned, front desk are usually very welcoming and friendly. The casino itself has a few restaurants , that I ve never tried. It now has the Avengers experience , great place to take the kids who are into the whole Marvel universe. But other then that there s really nothing for the youth here. There s also a CVS now inside the casino as well

This was my first time staying here. I wasn't impressed with how controlling they are. I was on vacation with my 70 year old mother. I was out at the pool and my mom stayed inside to use the slot machines. When she went back to the room, her room key did not work. The pool guard guy would not let my mom go out to the pool to tell me she couldn't get in the room I found that rediculous-- as if my 70byr old mom who wasn't in a bathing suit was going to steal from their precious pool? Give me a break. I had to pay $37/day for the resort fee. This place just felt too much like "The People of Walmart" to me. The employees are too distrustful of the patrons. The constant need to show your room key just to get to the elevators is annoying. I did not encounter this sort of attitude when I stayed at The Flamingo. I did like the convenience of the monorail for getting to The Mirage and the Sub Sandwhich place is great.

Great value for your money but wifi signal could be better and the the place needs some renovation. If you like to gamble do the player club card and enjoy the great benefits, the casino hosts are amazing!!

Not really impressed with the hotel room. First time staying here. There was someone else's hair on my bed sheets and the pillows are so lumpy. The room itself was clean. Housekeeping did come after I complained to front desk. Casino is clean and alot of casino games to choose from. Only reason giving the 1 star the bed sheets.

We have always enjoyed TI. This time a little set back by the resort fee and the options. We don't need self park, fax copy center, local calls. Our newspaper is digital, our boarding passes as well.
Gym access is fine one voucher in package for two people. However, 2 for 1 drink feature is misleading. It is listed as a daily benefit on the DAILY RESORT FEE CARD but it is a one time use. REALLY .... seems a bit cheap. The only way I can opt out of resort fee is by booking on the TV AD. Do I get the ad in Canada?. $25.00 for internet outside resort fee would be option for WIFI if you opt out.
A small price for TI to offer 2 for 1 daily.
Thanks we will move on and stay elsewhere.

Went to see Mystere by Cirque du Soliel. Excellent show, can't recommend it enough. And Treasure Island has it marked very clearly how to get to the show theater from the main entrance so you shouldn't get lost in the casino... Unless you want to.

We had a great time here. Everyone was extremely helpful. Basically when it came to checking in/ out we didn't have to lift a finger. If you're from a humid climate you might wanna bring a humidifier because they didn't have any. If you go during the pandemic WEAR YOUR MASK inside everywhere. If on the streets and no one is really around you then take it off. We got lost at one point and the police were very helpful with directions. The only people in Vegas that I thought were rude were a couple of uber drivers but soon realized they just didn't speak English. They understood "left" and "right". So be patient with your uber drivers.

This casino isn't bad, however, this is not somewhere that I would prefer to stay at unless I were on a budget. The tables are at a low price, which might be a great thing if you are visiting. I would prefer going to this establishment for fun rather than staying there.

I would not recommend TI. The floors are stained. The furniture is stained. The bed spreads, stained. Also blood stains on bathroom wall. Won't even walk around room without shoes. We were also supposed to have a king room with view but were told they were sold out, and were offered an upgrade for fee.

My favorite Las Vegas Hotel in the strip. I visit Vegas once or twice a year and keep coming back here. It's not the newest hotel by any means but it's clean, well maintained, friendly staff, and not too smokey. Also, conveniently located close across The Venetian and Fashion Show Mall.
