Old building needs major retrofits. Noisy elevators disrupts sleep. Exhaust fans in bathrooms too loud. Quality toiletries diminishing. In general, I think $250 + the resorts fee is too much to pay for this decadent structure to stay in.

Stayed at TI Friday - Sunday 08.28.20 - 08.30.20.
Room was nice. Bed comfy. Bar was extremely overpriced for drinks and seriously charging $4.00 for a small cup of nasty coffee is wrong on more levels than 1. Staff at the cashiers cage was rude. Waitesses at the bar were rude. Ate at The Coffee Ahop and the service was terrible and the food was cold an hour after we ordered and it finally got to our table. Wasn't the experience we were expecting. Probably won't be going back unless I see great reviews .

Its located right in the middle of the strip and is relatively economical. The service and rooms are well maintained. Met a few amazing people there and made new friends. The best part is that the hotel s casino had an awesome bar, restaurants and a CVS open 24 hrs. The food in the coffee shop was very bad, I wouldn t recommend that. The coffee shop food prompted me to give it a 3 star.

Rooms were nice, but my check in was rough. Was told not to wait in line for my early check in and had people bum rush the line when it finally opened. Overall good experience but could use improvement.

this isn't personal it's a review for hard working people , who spend their money on quality, so they can have a great e experience. Check is 3pm.or 4pm if you have the hotel hold your bags before your room is ready, you cannot get your bags back unless your not staying their. they said you must call to have them deliver, so if you tip them to hold your bags, except to tip them when they are deliver they dont mention that at time of check in. I was in the the 17 place the view was on the Wynn and the roof of some bldg at treasure of air conditioning and litter. The cheaper room like my double the ceiling in the bathroom might need more cleaning. Also not only is there a resort fee ,but to use the sauna, and or spa is an extra 17 bucks a day. So if have a special trip , wedding , birthday etc, like in my case it was a birthday , you might want to pay for a more luxury resort

Nice place, clean, friendly staff. Lots to do just inside this hotel. Only reason for lower score is because our reservation was messed up and we were told there was no vacancy. I was able to book the room myself 5 min later on their website. So obviously there was rooms available.

I you re walking the strip it s cool to stop in and check out the different hotel/casinos, honestly you can pretty much skip going into Treasure island not much going on there. Outside they have some restaurants though you may want to check out and the big pirate ship is cool for photos.

We Come here often. Great location! Awesome customer service, nice atmosphere, nice rooms. Although it may not be the newest, this is one of our favorite places on the strip. The CVS downstairs is awesome, it will save you a lot of money if your on a budget! Free parking is awesome too!

Treasure Island is the affordable hotel resort for the blue-collar class. I visited this pirate-theme resort for the Marvel Avengers STATION... And brunch at Coffee Shoppe. However, Le Cirque De Soleil's Mystere plays here and there's a nice casino with great drink deals. Maybe, there's a spa. Comfortable place, but not plenty to do. Plenty shopping across the street. Tram that connects Treasure Island to Mirage for a resort experience.

Staff were not friendly at the front desk when calling. My flight was cancelled due to connections caused by weather and they refused to reimburse me for the night stay. I will not be staying here in 2 weeks when I rebook my flight. Completely unaccommodating/not flexible which is a shame when this was completely out of my control. :(

It was extremely difficult to even find the front entrance to this hotel because it s in a wandering sort of maze to get to the front. The table games were much higher than even the Bellagio. The overall atmosphere seem like it was very dated and needed to be updated especially for the price that each hotel room costs per night.

I chose Treasure Island to stay in for my honeymoon because of it's prime location and fair prices. I arrived late on the first day and was greeted promptly by an attentive and helpful front desk clerk.

Me and my wife were checked in quickly and since it was our honeymoon he upgraded us to the tower suite along with offering us a complimentary bottle of champagne.

The location is great being located near the center of the strip and never too far off a walk from anything you'd need. I enjoyed my stay very much and all the staff we encounter were extremely courteous and helpful.

I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Vegas.

The room was nice, comfortable beds and linens. Self check in and check out was absolutely perfect. We gambled there, shopped there, and had dinner at Senor Frog's. It was my first time staying and I will most likely stay again.

This is one of my go to places in Vegas. Nothing fancy but rooms are always clean, they had pretty good drop in poker tournaments that were cheap and the mall is right across the street if you want something other than hugely overpriced food. We would go there for lunch most times, pretty good selection.

I am updating my review as I have now been here 7 days and have been suffering from breathing issues. Las Vegas resorts appear to allow smoking anywhere and you can not escape it. Treasure Island with its low ceilings appeared to be one of the worst. Which then drives you out of the casino you have set up a players card. Not optimal at all. Last two days I ended up staying in my room. If you are sensitive to smoke maybe check to see if "any" casino's are or offer smoke free gambling.

This was out 4th stay at Treasure Island and we do love this hotel. However, this time we had some issues that did annoy us just a bit. We upgraded to a petit suite which we thought would be really nice. Not so much, a basic room is more comfortable then a petite suite.

First off all, the room we got was incredibly noisy. The cleaners DO NOT care that you are sleeping or that you're in Vegas. Nobody in Vegas goes to bed at 9pm so to make the amount of noise that they do in the mornings is RIDICULOUS. Secondly, the lights in the bathroom were making a god awful noise, I actually thought the light was going to explode. The water pressure in the shower is not so great but the showers are still nice.
The pic of the bed is how it looked when we walked in the room. It looked as though someone had already slept in it??? I showed this to the front desk but not much care was given.

As for the safety of the room, well that was taken care of promptly once we complained to the front desk. Half of the electrical plugs were either missing covers (as shown in the pic) or they were covered but hanging off the wall. All this in an upgraded petite suite ??? The front desk staff really couldn't be bothered with us saying much and gave us a half hearted appology and handed us some food vouchers to keep us quiet.

As I said, normally we love staying here and up to now have not really had a bad experience. I don't normally complain either but I think this time it was warranted. We will still be back though. The location is fantastic and we love the smaller hotel feel.

The location is great, right off of the highway, and easy to park. There are numerous restaurant choices, and we've been to three that have been delicious. The room is nice, with a non strip view. Great size armed lovely.

One of the old and traditional hotels in Vegas.. It has CVS and few food joints in the ground floor.. Rooms are spacious and good.. Waiting for lift on weekends to reach the top floors is a pain..

I was actually really impressed for this being the cheapest option to stay in vegas. Basic hotel by most standards, but everything was clean and worked in the room. We had a cool view of the Venetian. The casino was great and had everything we wanted, including our favorite slot machine and some 5$ blackjack. Staff were nice and helpful. I will likely stay here from now on.

We stayed there years ago & it was fine but this time was not good, it needs some serious updating. Our mattresses must have been the very first Sealy sensaTIonal mattress they started off with because it was horrible, woke up with a backache & headache every day. Pillows were hard as well. The toilet was so low it was hard to get up, I'm 5'6" I don't know how anyone any taller could get up from it. It was like one of those kindergarten size toilets. The casino was just meh. I'm a fan of old Vegas but I'm also a fan of comfort so we will not be staying there again.

This was my first time staying at TI. It will not be my last.

In the increasing resort AND parking fees their free valet is AMAZING (please always tip-people depend on those). The check in was smooth, the it had a ton of people on staff making sure it was all nice fast and efficient. We where there for my birthday and they gave me a free bottle

The room was nice, modern, and clean. I did wish there was an outlet near the bed but that's it. The bed was nice and comfortable. It had a little fridge in the closet and 2 ice machines on every floor.

The casino itself is really nice. There is a nice range of table game in price and selection. There is a lots of slot machines. And high-quality drinks. Now if you win money it's a win all around!

Check out was super easy! We called the front desk somebody came up grabbed our bags took him down to the valet. We checked out with a text as we were heading down the elevator to the valet. We waited for a car and they put her bags in the car and we went home. I would do it all over again!!

After figuring out parking WAS/ IS FREE!!! Parking began with Guest I'm a guest, hotel violators are tow, I exit and ended up going around the block to the Mirage, exiting back on to Desert Inn, had to find a place to u-turn, then back up three flights to park. Whosh, but its free. I venture INTO THE $10 store bargins of high quality yet perfect for the pocket. Slots were ringing!

Very empathetic and thoughtful. I needed her to send me a parcel that was delivered after my friend checked out the hotel, and she did everything she could to help!!!! Such a lovely lady!

Good deal for what you get. I suggest calling the hotel and asking what deals they are providing during your stay because sometimes they get really good discounts on shows, but only for certain days.

Surprisingly good and well renovated rooms for an oldish Vegas hotel, got a nice room with partial strip view, fast check in, free parking on site. Well located at the far end of the strip, by the Fashion Show mall, just across the Venetian, Encore and Wynn, close to Trump.
Text check out was great, fast and efficient.

This was a pretty good buffet. The options were plentiful, and I left satisfied. The drink options were actually surprising. Some of the items were a little salty, and some items a bit dry from too long under the lamp, but that's true of all buffets.

Excellent proximity to everything on the strip. Great amenities and comfortable rooms. Was a bit disappointed at the prices at the restaurants and that the buffet wasn t available, but we went across the street to several eateries nearby and were pleased with transit times (although in 100+ degree heat there was nothing trivial about walking across the street!).

The place was nice and modern. Elevators were a long walk from the front doors compared to other places. The only place that actually had security checking to see if you had a room card to get in the elevator area, which I liked. Drinks at the casino were fresh. Rooms were clean. Food selection was good.

Came here with my kids to take them to the Marvel S.T.A.T.I.O.N. Moving through the casino quickly with kids on a Saturday night was surprisingly not bad. Especially with the helpful navigation of a friendly staff member. It's one of the few properties so near the center of the Strip that offers free parking, so that's a huge perk of going for a quick visit.

Treasure Island is a stop we always make on our vacations to Vegas. We've stayed there before, and weren't overly impressed with the accommodations, but my wife and I always have a great time in the casino. It's a must stop on the strip.
