Value for money. Prefer strip view rooms. Their Pirates show is excellent
Very clean and affordable and the staff was very helpful
Place is not as pinache as some may want. For others, I'll work.
Casino is nicely spaced out so you're not overly crowded with other patrons.
Great hotel to stay at, it was clean, they offered free parking, in a great location on the strip, and right by a Walgreens and CVS
Great people but entire property needs updated and new restaurants.
Well I reviewed the casino previously. T and the show outside is worth seeing. Gilley's bar inside is fun. The mechanical bull is as tough as it looks. Rooms are nice and the show Mystere is still one for the whole family. Go visit. There is a team that connects Treasure Island with Mirage. Ceasar Palace is near by. There is lots to see and eat on the Strip. HAVE FUN.
the pool is cool but I think the hotel needs more luxury and their sink in our room was clogged... and their electric stairs were out of order....on the 3 days we stayed there.....but other than thst it was good...
Lovely casino. We walked around. We did not get to see the pirate show.
Very nice hotel good room's good prices and very nice service I love it
Great place 2 stay and Jeff the Manager (Front Desk) was really great and treated us great!
Rooms are fine, we went as a group. We have 4 rooms altogether. But the casino is pretty run down and dead. I went on Christmas time.
Went to TI to see A Choreographer's Showcase in the Mystere Theater. The show was fantastic. Just sorry it only happens once a year; however, we will be back next year. Ruffin has definitely cleaned TI up since the last time we were there which was great to see.
Great independently owned (not MGM or Caesars) resort. Feels like at least a 4 star hotel, if not 5 for upgraded rooms. Staff was really nice and rooms had good view of the strip. It's not centrally located, but everything is walkable from this location. Also, free parking is a definite 5 star amenity.
One of the best bang for your buck hotels on the strip. Rooms are clean and fairly spacious. Service was great during my stay there. Plenty of in site restaurant and entertainment options. They offer several coupons to their bars and restaurants when you check in. I would definitely consider coming back.
A lot of lightest but don't spent your money there. Buy yourself something nice
Easy to drive to. Fast, Free valet parking. Check-in was a breeze on Thursday and they opened it a couple hours early.
Petite Suite was more than accommodating with 2 bathrooms, large 5ft all tile shower in one and a 2 person whirlpool tub in the other.
King size bed, pull out sofa w large ottoman, desk w/ chair, dressers, room safe and plenty of lighting.
There is a souvenir store where everything is $10 or less.
Drinks at the seafood shack are $10. Phil's Italian Steakhouse is right off the elevators. 5 star. Don't go to the Gilleys buffet it only gets 1 star.
Hotel is too far from the monorail to take advantage. Bus would probably be best unless you opt for ride-share.
Pool is small.
No frills. Rooms clean. Food options overpriced and not that great. Senior Frogs wad the best of them.
I asked for a bigger room. Although the view of the strip was nice. The dresser had greasy finger prints allover it. I didn't touch it very off putting. Half the closet space was taken up by the mini fridge and safe. No coffee maker to make coffee in the am in your room. The a.c. had a very loud humming noise.First time at this hotel I expected better.
Great food, shows. Rooms are perfect. Comfortable with views of the Strip from our room.
Free parking, very smart, we gamble there, it was packef
Great hotel, nice staff, super clean rooms, sad part, you have to wear masks at the pool, and the beds are kind of hard.
The rooms are always clean easy access in and out of hotel
Nice, average place to stay. Two queen room was fairly small, not nearly enough electrical outlets for today's technology. At least one elevator was down for my whole stay. Pool is nice, service is good. Adjacent CVS is a really nice amenity.
This place is affordable; however, the rooms are just ok. Also, we had to move rooms around midnight on our honeymoon, as the water was shut off due to maintenance. No apology from the front desk....no upgrade provided.
A little older hotel. Wait to get room was ridiculously long. I get there's COVID and they promote social distancing but the line was so long it seemed like it was handled poorly. Should have self check in like other hotels.
We didn't stay here but I forgot my camera here while gambling - called the next morning and they had it in security last and found - I will stay here next time
The rooms are spacious and very well decorated in a contemporary decor the housekeeping staff are very nice and do an excellent job. The hotel does have many restaurants and a lot of different gaming options. Unfortunately once again Treasure Island lacks guest service and Hospitality after having to ask 2 different slot attendants if there was any waitress service available for drinks 27 minutes later get a waitress come around to take our order. She was very quick and returning with our drinks and the order was correct but after we had already deposited a few hundred dollars into slot machines and losing the one drink each that we were able to receive with almost an insult as we virtually died from dehydration.
Since it was 6 a.m. on a Saturday morning with maybe 20 patrons in the casino and they're being more employees roaming the casino floor than there actually are patrons in the casino I was very shocked and disappointed once again and their lack of hospitality and zero guest service got your act together Treasure Island if you're going to be a competitor to Caesar's or MGM you have a long way to go you may offer free parking but if you die of thirst in the casino it doesn't matter about the free parking will never be able to enjoy the free parking because we had already passed away from dehydration in the casino.j and we were extremely disappointed to see that some of the machines in the casino are not handicap friendly they do not accommodate or are any anyway wheelchair accessible.
Super cool Motorcycle by the front door. The place was neat!!!
This has been my favorite Vegas hotel so far! It is so close (walking distance) to so many things, the staff have been amazing, the restaurants here are great, all around just a wonderful time!! I love that they provide water upon check-in, and leave them there for you throughout your stay. You NEED water here! Aldo, Mystere is at this hotel and it is my favorite show so far!!
Beautiful hotel....didn't give 5 stars because there was no coffee maker or microwave in room. Other than that excellent
Just a place that serves such a great service and amenities are just good. buffet was yum and close to all attractions
Our room is on a non-smoking floor and is clean and pleasant, if a bit worn. The casino takes up much of the ground floor and you have to walk through it to get to the elevators to get to the guest rooms. Smoking is allowed and just walking through the area three times in a night was enough for the stench to seep into my clothes and hair. Some restaurants and bars are also in this area, ensuring I won't go to them. The service has been great - can't fault the employees at all. This hotel and others really need to reconsider their smoking policies. I haven't lived anywhere in a decade where you could smoke indoors and it feels very out of step with society.
Always try to book our stays here. Always great customer service. Rooms are great! Love our stays here. We got married here too!! Great resort.
Not as children friendly as we had hoped from the title. Programs were canceled due to the covid-19. Sculptures and structures were awesome. Can't wait for the shows to return.
Clean washrooms and good layout overall. The Deli in the casino is great.
Great rooms at a great price. Great customer service
The newer renovations are improved. Still not a 5-star venue or service. You get what you pay for. Overall, nice and clean rooms. Not smoky. It is higher of the 4 stars, though.
We got the suite for our son's 1st trip to LV! Had a blast! Everything was great; one terrible cocktail waitress won't ruin it for me. TI even has a CVS inside! BYOB, it's expensive at CVS.
I loved Las Vegas. Nice hotel, no issues at all. Friendly staff, we had a good experience here. I would stay again.
Pleasantly surprised. Our suite was really nice 2 separate bathrooms is definitely a plus.
Treasure Island has lost the charm of its former pirate theme. But it is still a worthwhile destination in Las Vegas.
Beautiful Rooms, Very accommodating Staff Right on the Strip.
Beautiful hotel.. will definitely stay there again..
Will never be back. After spending majority of my day here gambling (and loosing several hundred) I finally ordered a drink while I was actively gambling and they charged me.
After getting management involved they said the rule is the server has to see you spend at least $20 while playing maximum bet.
I've never been to a casino in Vegas with this BS rule!!
Good service & warm welcome friendly nice & clean. Good food. & Safety.
I love parking at T.I when I visit the strip. Easy to get in an out to the interstate. Its a great location on the strip to get anywhere if you decide to walk.
Fast paced but intriguing. Alot to see, went for the cirque show staff was more than friendly and helpful. The show was amazing the tablet was breathtaking. Took my grown kids to the show they enjoyed it so much they want to go to more shows now.
Nice and Clean hotel.., worth it ., pool is the best.
Their buffet brunch with champagne is generous and variety choose. Baggage service is well organized and staffs are ready to help always.
They had really good service and were very polite the room was cool it had an amazing view and the pool was nice.
Went to see circus de Soleil mystique wonderful show very entertaining music was great in the third row right close to all the actionwould definitely suggest if you go to Vegas to see this original circus de Soleil
We had 2 different rooms while we were there, both were clean and comfortable. The food was overpriced for how ok (at best) it was. The staff was kind, helpful and quick. Overall a nice stay. It was a great view though.
Staying at Treasure island while in town for business. Very nice rooms but dates compare to other local hotels. Price is much cheaper so the dated look is very acceptable! Casino is full of different games. Plenty of amenities and closer to other attractions. Everyone here is very pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed my stay and will always consider as an option regardless of the dated feel.
Rooms are small compared to other resorts friendly staff nice casino most resurants and bars still closed
For a hotel of this size and location, I expected more. Room are little outdated and not looked like they don't get cleaned thoroughly. Bed sheets are not comfortable. Theu are coarse and feel like sanding paper! There's dust on the desks. Shower curtain rings are rusty. Shower head is fixed in an awkward position. I don't understand the logic behind it, there's so much space in the bathroom yet they decided to include a tiny tub!
Room rates are reasonable at first glance until you get there and discover that there arr additional fees that were not clearly declared. You know, the usual misleading fine print and all. For example the receptionist and booking receipt say that there is a resort fee not included in online booking price, but inside the room the guest guide says resort fees ONLY if you want to access the gym/resort.
Anyways. Bottom line is, this is not a luxury hotel but it'll do if you are on a business trip and on a budget.
Great place to stay ! Stayed with family for a weekend gateway.
Pool was not as big as other resorts but fun atmosphere , DJ was playing from 3-6
Casino area was well maintained and sanitized.
TI was a clean and tidy place. They went by the rules of Nevada with the social distancing, face covering, and sanitizing.I would stay there again and recommend the casino to family and friends. Just be careful of the package with the BOGO package. You still will pay for your drinks.
Good place to visit. We enjoyed the time we spent three. I will recommend to visit. Do not see any issue or negative about the place. I would say this place is too much rated as other people says. It is good place to take kids as well.
It was not worth a walk in price of $110 dollars. Bed was horrible for a king they only had 2 pillows on it with dirty sheets. Stains on carpet. Toilet was running. I'm amazed this place has such great reviews
Great show! Awesome performers! Can't go wrong seeing this show!
Nice hotel. Staff is courteous
Machines don't pay as well
The food venues are a little pricey. Treasure island is one of the oldest hotels on the strip.
Hotel well located , in the middle of the strip , rooms really comfortable with a great view of the strip, trump hotel is facing it , the hotel has everything in it even cirque du soleil is in it , i recommend this hotel
One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel. I booked our trip MONTHS in advance and indicated that I would like a 2-bed NON_SMOKING room. I called a week or 2 prior to the trip just to confirm they had our reservation and all of the details.
Upon arrival, however, the front desk attendant stated they were all out of non-smoking rooms and we would need to take one that was smoking. I am not a smoker and furthermore have TERRIBLE allergies. I told them this was just not doable and they would need to find a non-smoking room.
With no prevail, we ended up in one of the rooms where they promised it only smelled in the hallway and someone would come and spray. The room, sheets, pillows, carpet, etc REEKED of stale cigarettes and the spray they used only made it worse.
After one night, I woke up with completely swollen eyes and the typical heaviness in my chest. For my troubles the hotel comped me a bottle of "champagne" which was actually just a cheap bottle of Cook's. It's so terrible that it is not even on the room service menu....how nice of them.
This hotel was filthy, the ceilings were staining, bathroom floors were sticky...I could go on. They have zero respect for their customers and even less for their health. I highly recommend NOT staying here.
Terrible service, terrible room. Booked a room online and arrived to Vegas at midnight, front desk told me the room still wasn't ready. Might look like a good deal, but you're better off spending some extra $$ and staying next door at Mirage.
We go to Vegas twice a year. For the past couple of years have been staying there. The place is clean the people are friendly the parking is free.It is close to a lot of the action will be going back
Went and played here couldn't win to save my life lost $100 in less than 10 minutes
It is good to know they have free self parking, and their buffet has all you can drink liquor, which you pay separate however. Interesting theme you can discover here.
Room was clean and quiet, pool was nothing special. Was disappointed in the atmosphere, felt like they were getting away from the pirate theam everything was branded ti. Felt more like a corporate retreat than a treasure themed hotel.
Experienced a rehearsal and then the show at Mystique. A great theater with lovely and friendly staff. The production was awe inspiring taking you on a dreamlike mysterious adventure. If you attend the rehearsal, you will receive a coupon for a discounted ticket.
This place was quiet, clean, and offered free parking. Beware of resort fees, I did my research before booking and felt like the fee helped to cover the cost of parking. They have a tram that runs to the Mirage for free, but it was out of service for most of our visit. If you want to see shows at New York - New York and the MGM Grand they are on the other end of the strip. Good price for the quality!
Fantastic stay enjoyable lunches at the Buffet. The pictures we took are memorable. Will definitely stay again.
Staff unfriendly/unhelpful. Seems a bit run down and/or unloved
To be honest I wasn't expecting much but was really surprised! Nice rooms, easy check in, text number to ask questions! Great stay!
I so loved this place! Very nice, clean theater's. This was the last place I saw before I left and I was upset I didn't come there first. Next time I come. This will be my 1st pick and stay for sure.
The people's at the front desk was excellent at their job. I love the cleanliness of the room.
A few rough spots but solid hotel experience. Good value for price paid.
I absolutely loved this place with my husband for I'our honey moon. Great place to relax and unwine. So beautiful !!!
Everyone had on a mask, all games were atleast 6ft apart and the other visitors were practicing social distancing.
Ti is an amazing place to see if you have kids. Its a great and exciting place to not only to treat yourself and your family but also the kids i love it
FREE PARKING
The casino is small and easy to navigate. I miss the pirate shows they used to have. Staff is friendly and overall not a bad spot
This hotel offered several amenities when our original room wasn't ready in time. It's a great hotel to stay in and once their buffet renovation is completed I am sure that will be great too. My daughter and I enjoyed the luxury hotel room as there was plenty of space for us.
Room and casino were clean. Attendants on the floor were seen regularly cleaning machines after gamblers left. Everything was at the level you swould expect for this level casino/hotel. Good value for your money.
