Under rated hotel and casino with good gung options and casual places to eat. They also have a pharmacy right in the building which is really fantastic. Rooms are great value normally and I've always appreciated my time when I've stayed I the past.
The poker room just closed down so I'm eager to see what they'll replace it with.
Comfortable pillow top mattresses and soft pillows. Room was very clean except for the carpet. Bring socks lol...
The hotel rooms are not bad, but are quite outdated. Rooms are spacious and come with a comfortable bed and decent air-conditioning. The resort fee that has to be paid for every stay is an utter rip-off. Of course it appears as if you get anything in return, but out of the 'top 10 most wanted amenities' in practice you'll only use the WiFi. Why would 'a free printout of your boarding pass' be on such a list?
Clean rooms, good prices. Was able to get a bottle of champagne comped because check in agent liked us.
Stayed for CES and it was serviceable. The room was pleasant enough - dark when I wanted it to be, quiet, comfortable. The hotel itself is pretty sad compared to the newer hotels on the strip. It s dated and tacky in a kitsch way. You can tell they want to move away from the pirate theme but only halfheartedly. The food at the restaurants was good but the restaurants themselves were dated and tacky like the rest of the hotel.
The hotel staff were uniformly nice but I didn t appreciate how the hotel tried to nickel and dime you. They wanted a whopping $75 to check in before 3pm which is just highway robbery.
Overall I m just not sure who this hotel is supposed to appeal to and I m not sure they do either. There are better deals at better hotels on the strip to be had.
Very interesting place. We went to look at the architecture and it was fun.
Hotel is ok. Nothing to really write about. The staff was amazing but, the rooms were so outdated
It's a great place. But there are much better places in Vegas
Very nice hotel on the strip. While it is aging they are keeping it up and clean. Lots of dining options and clean and not overwhelming smoke smell.
Great theater, nice winning game at Roulette and the Ellen slots paid out well too!
Room was very warm first. Maybe leave room on cooler for incoming guest. Bed was very below average and pillows were like towels stuffed in a pillowcase. TV didn t work. Had to call to have them come reset it. Large Hotel. Great location. Would have loved to had a better experience. Spend the extra money and stay at Mirage or Venetian. Not worth the money.
Good customer service, nice pool, ample security, and I liked the avengers experience.
Wonderful weekend, great hotel, the room is very clean, wonderful staff.
Beds are very comfortable. Painless check-in and check-out. You definitely get your money's worth at TI.
It looks like Pirates of the Caribbean & Jurassic World
Decent for the price. Resort fee a joke. Room was spacious as was the bathroom. Beds not the best and wish there would have been an exhaust fan in the bathroom. If you plan on sleeping in this is not the place for you. Housekeeping alone is yelling though the halls (that exhaust fan would have been handy!). It was clean and the water was hot. Also check in was easy and the gentleman was nice.
You have to show your room key to get to the elevators (makes sense) but half of the time they didn't seem to care or notice. They looked bored and I cant blame them. People just cattled in and they just stood standing. I would think with the Vegas tragedy this would be more important. This being said I never felt unsafe on premise.
Tip: ask for a room with a view. We were looking at parking lots and roofs. A friend of ours had a great view of the strip for the same price.
Always a good value at TI.... underrated restaurants and bar spaces.... clean, sizable rooms. Great location on the strip especially I'd you attend events at the Sands, Venetian or Palazzo.
This is a crowded place. Room was clean. The reason am giving 4 is like they never replaced shower towels on first day... overall it is not a bad place . It has got free parking which is a good thing as many of the hotels in vegas dont offer free parking...
5star hotel for me.The location near I-15 and Fassion show mall is best.
They practice social distancing. The room was nice and clean. We had an issue with our refrigerator not cooling but they solved it right away by bringing us another one. We had a good view of the strip.
The High Limit Slot zone is so cold that I could not hit the play button from the cold and went to another casino with my friends. Very bad for sinusitis, I got a fever. (June 15, 2020)
Had a blast by the pool. Centrally located on strip
Great venue but air quality is kinda bad so bring allergy meds. Even non-smoking rooms felt like they need better filtration.
We do love the Gilley's bar and close proximity of shopping in walking distance.
I just got back from a convention at Treasure Island and am wildly impressed. 20 years in the business and the food was the best I ve had from a hotel. Everyone from the porters, in-house AV team, guest services, and the f&b team were amazing. They made sure all our needs were met and with a smile on their faces. They have a can-do attitude which is what you want as a professional meeting coordinator. Already planning the next conference at this great venue and I cannot wait.
TI has nicely decorated rooms but it did smell, we were allowed to switch rooms but only during certain hours that we weren't available. The place is crazy busy at all hours of the day. Parking is free but again, packed and hard to get. It has the monorail that will get you around the strip. The food in TI, not great, we tried a few, not worth the time or money. Pirate show no longer in operation, ships are still there, they are cool. Rooms are well maintained other than the smell. Poor charging access at the bed, and no vent in the bathroom.
Not to busy, every other machine disabled for distancing. Would recommend!
Nice place. Lower priced games and amenities. Cool garden by checkin
What? No coffee in the room? Breakfast buffet at $60.00 for two on Sunday?
Nice room, however, no outlets by the bed, very noisy neighbors needed security to quiet then down, and only one bedside table.
Overall, the staff seemed with out. Few smiles were seen.
For the money, I suspect we'll be going on a week long cruise instead of returning to Vegas.
Full disclosure, we didn t stay here (or see a bedroom) but we did get drunk here (you need to be slightly intoxicated to drown out the stale smells) and play some slot machines. It was actually good fun (could be intoxication speaking) and much cheaper than some of the newer casinos on the strip. It is tacky, but good for a giggle!
Tough to beat this place for the price. Very casual compared to some of the higher end hotels. The night time performance is a fun treat as well.
Parking is free, rooms are not high end but they are comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. I like the less glam and old school vegas feel.
Rooms were good, no problem with staff, but jesus christ ask them to change the air filter on the hvac unit. Got such a sore throat after the first day, opened the unit to see a filter that probably hadn't been changed in a year, disgusting..
The Treasure Island is a very nice casino hotel. The table games are reasonably priced and the rooms are very nice. It is a bit dirty overall most especially the pool due to the amount of people but a fun experience.
Ok. Not a lot of dining options. Casino needs some updating. Seems dark and old
Hotel is a little dated and at the end of the strip. We spent most of our time in other hotel s/casinos.
EXCELLENT!!! Rooms are SO clean and the hotel is very well kept with new carpeting and very updated, comfy clean beds. Outstanding customer service in every area. Pool is clean and well kept. All for a very reasonable price! We had a blast and will never stay anywhere else.
I went to pick up my car rental, although the girl at the counter was nice I ended up with charges on my card that I did not authorize also the directions says she gave me to find my rental were a bit confusing I had to go back to the counter once again to ask how to find the vehicle.
The beds are super comfortable and huge. That is what I remember most about this hotel. The hotel itself is huge and so much to explore. As soon as you enter you are introduced to a lobby full of slots and casino table games. A few hidden gems are around to help make the Vegas experience a great one.
Place wax empty of people. Not one restaurant was open . Only bar opened was golden circle sports bar. Never saw anything like this
I wasn t sure what to expect at Treasure Island. I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms. The location is perfect for the shopping and playing at all the best casinos. Free Valet parking. I have to take away a star because the casino was very smoky. I hope they can get a better air control system in there and it would have gotten 5 stars.
Gilleys is a great place for good music, dancing, and just all around country fun
I had a great time. The staff was great. I'll be back soon
I stay here everytime I come to Vegas and they never let me down.
I Like to stay here often when I come to Vegas.I'm an independent make up artist and travel there often For work. Staff is always friendly and eager to make sure that your stay as comfortable and pleasant. The pool has excellent customer service and the waitresses/ waiters that come to check on always greet you with a smile and make sure that you stay hydratedTheir cabanas are always clean and spacious. The buffet that they have in the restaurant of the hotel has so many breakfast, lunch or dinner items to choose from. It's always Presented nicely . Very clean and the food is fresh. Sometimes my nephews like to tag along and their rooms are very clean and spacious and the best part is very kid friendly!
Stayed here for a conference. Look forward to staying again!
Very nice updated rooms. We got a strip view.would not recommend the buffet over priced and not much selection. The treasure island is close to everything..
Treasure Island was Nice, but the Yogurt Place there is Insane. They were tying to Charge $5 an Ounce for Yogurt... Their Cheese has Completely Slid Off Their Cracker.
Excellent customer service from all the staff and buffet was so cheap yet so good
We stayed a three nights and were given a king bed instead of 2 queens and every day we were told that we would be able to move to 2 queen bed room the next day. But it never happened. Was not happy with the service. However the rooms are ok.
No in room coffee and shop downstairs didn't open til 9am. Bummer long walk to Starbucks. Otherwise was clean, quiet.
Check in was nice and easy. Getting to the elevators and getting to the room was easy too. Other hotels you have to try to navigate your way, here is no problem. Room is spacious and comfortable. Pool could be bigger, but it works for a place to relax and have a few drinks. Spa is amazing, had a great masseuse, well worth it.
We only walked through treasure island's casino, it didn't attract me very much, plus it smelt kind of bad, like an old musty smell... Probably wouldn't stay or play here
Better than what I expected. Room is clean with comfy bed. Highly recommended
We didn't stay at Treasure Island. We just visited the casino. It was a nice casino.
Decent hotel, very smokey in the game area. The rooms where very nice though. Rooms service was prompt and the food decent. We had a room with a view of the strip. The glass was filthy though, which sorta ruined the views. I did visit the gym which was surprisingly decent, I wouldn't say they had stand gym quality equipment but it worked. Cold water and complimentary fruit was nice.
We booked a non smoking room but they were all full when we got there and ended up in a smoking room. House keeping did spray the odor eliminating spray but it was so strong that it gave us headaches and still did not eliminate the odor.
The room was ok...nothing special. No coffee maker in the room. Didnt think the redtaurants were very good though.
It is a casino. They have a large variety of slot machines. The buffet has closed.
We came here for Drag Show Supper Club and had a fantastic time. Afterwards we went to the casino where we had good luck. The layout is nice, they have a decent variety of machines, and drink service was fast.
The worst customer service ever, the management is clueless, they gave us the wrong room, then we waited over 4 hours and still nothing, then they gave us a room 4031 and the door did not lock. I would not recommend this hotel to my worse enemy.
TI isn't what it used to be. It is still a good budget spot and the rooms are very very good for the price. The casino is starting to look aged a bit. Restaurants are good. Gilley's is really good.
I have been to Las Vegas 5 times now and I have never thought to stay at this hotel. Just so happens this is the only hotel that does not charge for parking. The Valet service is great and so are the staff. The next time I return to Vegas I am definitely going to stay at this Hotel.
Beautiful, cozy rooms and awesome entertainment. This is our Vegas home away from home. We'll be back again
Some staff were generous, yet some at front counter still gave attitude and were not helpful. Wish there was a microwave in the room. Room service and maids were very kind.
I really had a nice time at the hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Casino area is a little smoky. The restaurant on the first floor between the lobby and the bar was a disaster for breakfast. I still don't know what the sausage was made of but it was not good. Pool area was fun too. Bartender makes a hell of a drink.
Nice hotel. Checking in was a bit long since alot of people were checking in at the same time. Attendant was able to get our 2 rooms on the same floor but not adjoining.
They are undergoing a little construction inside the casino area. Overall TI is usually a good value for money and strip access. The room was clean, and probably will need to upgraded in the next couple of years. The Bed actually was very good, not saffu or over used. Front desk staff was accommodating and very friendly.
I hit it pretty big coming from the Midwest when we visited treasure island. We love the machines and the ambiance in the casino was very nice and old school Vegas. The wait staff and the food was excellent as well as the shows that they put on there in the treasure island casino. The rustic cool pirate of the Caribbean atmosphere made a perfect funny time to be at.
Very nice and clean hotel casino, and good customer service!
Pool was alot smaller than it looked in pictures. It was fun and nice but just be aware.
First time staying in vegas and here. No complaints. Room was clean and comfortable for the price. Casino was no better or worse than any of the others. Food service at the coffee spot? was very mediocre and overpriced badly. We would stay here again if in vegas.
I love this hotel it definitely was an honor to stay here my room was beyond anything I could imagine I wouldn't change this experience for anything the service was excellent
A well maintainesd hotel with such a nice bar and staff are just friendly
We've been going for more then 15 years ,this time it was different nobody serving drinks at slots and 25 minutes waiting for breakfast and we are VIP ,but hopefully things get better soon when all this is over, because we love going to Tresure Island, hopefully we don't have to stay anywhere else on our next trip, praying everything goes back to normal, we miss all the cocktail waitresses that used to treat us special like "Melissa"...we miss Lupe Ureno our Casino Host, hopefully next trip in October everything will be great like it used to be
Got great deal for air fare and hotel, the price is better than I expected. Clean, organized and friendly stuff. Loves self check-in, check out system Snack will be provide at Gym as well.
Good location, we can walk to lots of place from here. I will definitely come back here for next Vegas visit!
While sad the the Sirens Call is no longer an attraction, they still have a fantastic mini shopping mall, one of the Cirque du Soleil shows, a very clean and friendly atmosphere and a free parking structure. The are doing construction at the Pirate Bay, and l am looking forward to seeing what TI adds to their experience next.
Played some slots. Didn't win but I didn't lose either. Had a great time
You guys rock at Treasure Island! The rooms are great and the comps are phenomenal! Thanks for an amazing stay!!
Standard histiric resort on strip. Biggest issue it has seems to be a conflict of identity. Lots of various themes including it's old pirate theme, western theme, etc. Seem to exist without any plan.
Really rude can't get drinks, its our 34th anniversary and upgraded to the suite wanted a 10 fun time got a 5... so we've been to 5 other casinos and hotels... the south is awsome
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. It is a smoked filled hotel, in which I did not realize. The room itself was small, and not as clean. It appears they need a lot of updates. This was not a luxury experience at all. They charge a resort fee and you do not have access to all of the amenities, which is not fair. I had to leave and go to another hotel. Think twice before you book here. Make you sure you get details from booking off of priceline. They were not the most accurate.
Hotel stay was great. Awesome, friendly and informative staff. Bed was super comfortable. Everything was clean and nice. The bath was probably mt favorite part.
