The bathroom smelled; I tracked the smell to the shower curtain. We put the "do not disturb" sign out in the morning and then took it down expecting the room to be serviced by the time we got back that evening; it wasn't.
I love the shops. Ri Ra's is the best pub in Vegas.
One of the older ones now but still decent. Had fun on the machines.
Went for the Avengers exhibit but got there a bit late. While waiting for the next group we went down and played a few games and was quickly approached for a drink which we gladly accepted. The Avengers exhibit was a fun excursion and what we saw of the hotel was enjoyable
The resort itself is in good shape despite being old and they are making serious efforts to remodel. Unfortunately however, any of the charms of TI were outweighed by downright rude management staff, hidden charges, and combative attitudes. The food selections in TI are okay at best though the service in these areas was splendid. For the same money, I would look elsewhere for the time being until the remodel is finished and the management staff changes over a bit.
There was a mixup in the room charges but they made it right before i left. Loved the free room upgrade amd strip view and the Cirque de Soleil show Mystere was amazing. Location is perfect. Definitely going to stay here again. Had a great time!!!
Interesting hotel and casino with a tropical/pirate theme. Good location on the strip. Service is a little slow in the restaurants but food was good.
Throughly enjoyed it with my son. Good for an hour or two.
You have not lived until u visit the spa. Get the package. It was awesome.
Did stayed for 3 nights got a good deal for flight and the hotel. Good service, nice staff. Room is good just needs an update and better maintenance. Good spot in the strip.
Only tried the coffee shop and it was quite good for breakfast. Try the belgian waffle with fruit. Excellent!
We really enjoy this property. There are plenty of things to do. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We saw Mystere here and thoroughly enjoyed the show. One of our favorites. We love that this property is still independently owned and that they keep their parking free. Keeps us coming back.
Free parking is fantastic. We went to the Marvel Avenger's station which was lots of fun. If you are a fan of the Marvel universe I recommend checking it out.
I was disappointed at first with my room then they change it give me something better. Very happy with the service. Wish they have microwave
Most beautiful room they did flowers and everything the ceremony and pictures everything was just perfect thanks all we had to do was show up
It's a maze kinda to go through but then again I was high, it's a really nice place to start a acid trip , but in overall directions to the self parking could have been explained better.
Beautiful view of the strip! Very clean and comfortable room! Bathroom was spacious! Staff friendly and very accommodating!!
First time at this location. Rooms were decent for price.. The issue in room was the tub was clogged and water went out slow. But location wise, it served the purpose.
Amazing place with excellent rooms! Very neat and well maintained. No complains at all. They have self/valet parking available. Definitely recommend to consider this for a stay in Vegas if you want to stay close to the strip!
Loved it. Older casino, but worth your time to check out.
Decent hotel and stuff but could loosen up on slots
I Love The Hospitality There, Awesome Food, Gaming And Fun A +++++
They don't have proper exhaus t in the bathroom. They made me feel suffocated. Not worth Is paid for. Horrible couchesMy child spilled water, When I wiped it ,the paper turned black No cleanliness at all
Great hotel. Nice rooms. Lovely staff. No problems. What's not to like? Would stay here again.
2 days of this was more than enough for me ,it didn't help that out side was 42degs
The place seems old. Not a lot of things to do. Parking was difficult. Room was just okay but roomy.
Treasure Island is an ok place. It is convenient for me since most of my conference sessions are at the Venetian and TI is cheaper but a quick walk away. I have their "resort fees", which don't even get you pool access unless you upgrade from $35 to $55 per day in resort fees. If location wasn't important to me, I would pick somewhere else to stay. Rooms are nice and clean though.
Friday and Saturday pool party with live DJ is incredible, had so much fun. Prices for drinks poolside are outrageous. But we definitely had a great time. We would absolutely love to stay at treasure island again next time we visit Las Vegas. Staff at the resort was very friendly, and housekeeping did a wonderful job. Never had to ask for anything for our room, it was always stocked up very well.
Rooms were fine for the price. They should probably update a lot in the near future. Alcohol prices were pretty crazy but that s basically expected at the hotels in Vegas. I wanted to order room service late and they told me they discontinued it due to Covid. I m all about practical rules that keep people safe during this pandemic. But the restaurants, casino, and pool area are all open. How does room service put anyone in danger? You can just be honest and tell everyone you discontinued it and laid people off instead of using Covid as an excuse.
Great place to gamble but don't like the cigarette smoke
Really good rooms. They have smoking rooms too and they don't smell like cigarettes. Have couple of good restaurants inside for fine dining but I wish there was food court inside for choices, anyway for that you can go across the street to Venetian which has really good food court. Senor frogs which is bar/club has small dance floor so if you are not in mood to go all the way to a nightclub then this place is cool too.
Hotel located in a great spot, which made seeing the strip out from the window of our room (strip view room) an incredible experience.
Our room was not very sanitary, the bathroom was terrible, blood spot on the floor, dirty wash clothes hanging from the top of the shower curtain and shower has long black hair on the walls. My mother in law's room had blood on the toilet lid. Not happy at all with this hotel, we'll probably not stay there again.
The room was nice. The staff in the building great. The bell hops and valet are terrible. The center console of our new car was broken when we left and leather was torn. Almost like they joy rode it. Our blue tooth connected to the car when we were walking the strip several hours after we dropped the car off. And they were just rude. Never coming back.
The room was dirty. Had to demand another room. The pool was so packed you couldn't get in. I rate it ZERO!!
I did not stay at the hotel here, but I love this casino. The drink lady's are awesome and come around frequently. This place had my favorite machine there. And out of all the casinos I stopped at they are the only one that had this particular machine, something bling. I wish more places had this machine I had so much fun with it that I walked all the way from Tropicana on my last day just to play it again. Maybe next time I'll be able to stay here. Also it is in a fantastic location.
The rooms are feeling pretty dated. We were in a suite on the 10th floor. Things were clean, people friendly. WiFi was pretty spotty in our room.
I'd give it a 6th star because of the pirates, but it will only let me give a maximum of five.
Just left this sunday and it was amazing although everything wasn't opened yet it still was the best place I ever been rite on the strip and it's close to everything the machines are back open and are cleaned as soon as a person gets up I kept a bottle of of hand sanitizer and had a ball
Great staff! Super accommodating considering it was a busy convention weekend. Great room with a great view of the strip. Location is great if you want to see the volcano at the Mirage and a short walk to the Bellagio fountains.
I was not impressed with the interior of Treasure Island at all. The casino was dark and drab. The atmosphere lacked excitement to me...
Probably the only hotel on The Strip with free self parking. Google will take you there (in google maps type Treasure Island Free Self Parking). Park your car go to casino or go anywhere you like on the strip. Casino has lot of slot machines, cozy rooms and lot of fun areas. Pool opens during the season only. Prices are reasonable. Staff is friendly and cooperative. There are express self check in booths. Good restaurants and bars. I specially liked the 10 Dollar store, which offers variety of gifts to take home (everything in the store is 10 $ each).
Everything was fine the staff was great the place was clean however the decor with a little less than what I expected
Me and my wife had been here for my birthday and we enjoyed the Buffet and the amenities. Rooms are cool and nice. Is a great Casino and Hotel you should go.
The seafood shack is a must try! We also went to the cowboy/bbq themed restaurant, sorry can't remember the name, and it was amazing as well.
It was a delight to watch Mystere. It was beautiful and awesome, not to mention funny! Treasure Island is a beautiful hotel. I plan to stay there in the near future.
Free parking,at a good location on the strip and economical place to stay
The hotel is clean and spaceous, huge and has many activities for guests. There is SPA, circus, cafeterias, restaurants, souvenir shops and, of course, casino. The swimming pool is full of people at any time. Hotel suits are spaceous and nice though not new. The good thing with this hotel is location, many nice places to visit are so close. Be careful with Wi-Fi in the rooms (should be free) and checkout timing.
A fabulous hotel few minutes from the very central of the strip! Love their service and rooms... There are many restaurants, pool, casino, shopping etc.
I would come back again!!
Stayed here for a week in October for a family vacation (3 adults). The hotel is well kept and all the staff a friendly. There was a pretty major discrepancy in our reservation that we overlooked and the hotel ended up canceling and rebooking our stay on the spot at no extra charge which was nice. The Casino is clean although Las Vegas allows patrons to smoke in casinos so for non smokers it can get a little smelly at times. There are two security agents at the entrance to the elevators and you must present your room key to them prior to going to the elevators which is nice. We stayed on the 21st floor which is one of the floors that has not be renovated yet. (The renovation began the day we left, 10/20/19.) Our room had two queen beds which were just OK, and smaller pillows than we would have liked, But the room was clean and had a good view of the northern part of the strip. Housekeeping did a great job of keeping the rooms clean and getting us fresh towels when we requested. And of course, the parking at TI is free! A huge advantage. Would stay here again!
Another great stay. Clean rooms, great view, and many options between gaming and restaurants. I'm glad it's still free parking as well since all other casinos are just killing customers with the maximum extra fees.
Machines are not loose and you gotta control your money good. The room was nice, but the bathroom had some issues. Seat too far down, toilet paper dispenser wrong place, bathtub too high to get into. Restaurants Gilley's is nice.
Great size room and comfortable, casino is big if that's your thing great food and drink locations
Rooms need updated, restaurants are extremely expensive and food is medeocor.
Check in was handled quickly, professionally and courteously. Requested early check in and that was done as well as setting up the other rooms to be close to ours for regular check in time. Rooms were a decent size, comfortable beds, pillows could have been better. Pool is small by comparison to some of the other Vegas hotels, but we weren't looking for the party scene so no problem there. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
Friendly staff, nice and clean room, casino was good too.
I kept winning money. My wife dragged me out of there.
Great food. Shakes are amazing if you are looking for a sugar overload!
we were the only ones in line at the front desk and it took him over 45 minutes to take care of us the worst customer service ever
Like that they still have free parking food wise ok not to much of a selection..
Having fun searching for treasure maps in bottles at TI.
Nice hotel cool rooms and loads of attractions which made it fun to walk around. The outdoor dining is kind of weird cos you have no privacy and it is easy to get lost. Besides that my only down side was that it was dead and in like 80% as busy as the other hotels. Cool place and right in center of strip so close to all the fun.
Perusing the Las Vegas Strip we decided to stop and gamble a bit. We enjoyed the Fishing Slot Machine and a few others. Had a couple drinks at the bar and moved on. It was a nice, clean casino without being too smoky
What bothers me about the response from the owner is that it seems computer generated and not genuine. They say the same exact thing repeatedly.
I checked in late last night so I really didn't look at the cleanliness of the room. I get up to take a shower and the tub was never cleaned. I found hair all in the tub and water stains on the knobs. I go downstairs to complain, they compensated me for two nights on the resort fee. I come upstairs a hour later it looks clean but there is still dirt and hair in the tub!
Even without the pirate show TI is still a great hotel!! I enjoyed my stay from the minute I arrived. Brinkley who checked me in made me feel at home and gave me some good advice about navigating the strip. Plenty of good food choices to choose from and a nice sports bar available to watch NFL games on a Sunday if you're in town through the weekend. I found everyone working at the hotel to nice and courteous. I had a room with a nice panoramic view of the strip and a very comfortable bed. TI is a good location if you're planning on spending time on the strip and is conveniently located next to the fashion show mall in case you need to grab something for a night out on the town. I would definitely consider staying at TI again the next time I'm in Vegas!!
Pretty old and trashy. I don t think they do the pirate show anymore which sucks... however it s very iconic and a great place to see!
Very nice clean casino...with a nice variety of games.
Mystere cirque du soleil ...in Treasure Island Hotel...Recommended for the whole family, but particularly for children of all ages. Magnificent acrobats, live music and exceptional singers whose voices are a delight. Very colorful, full of fantasy, although having the mark of Soleil, I expected a lot more. I was not disappointed, but to my liking he needed something shocking.
A great place to eat, gamble and take in a great show
Beautiful hotel but it was under renovation when we checked in there.
Hotel is decent, casino is old with low ceiling but honestly who cares right? Gambling is gambling! Food is good at all restaurants that are in here and there is a CVS in the casino which really helps if you need something late night for snacking or a hangover.
Very nice place to visit, I truly enjoyed the pool and other amenities the hotel had to offer. When I come to Vegas this is a place I visit.
IT very much Good and the personal it's wonderful thanks from everything
Vegas has not fully opened and was not a fun stop on our trip
Even with a floor only accessible via key card the rooms were still quite dark and stale. At least the fridge was useable without an extra charge
I love there food. Big portions, happy, fun environment. Can't wait to go for my birthday, or just going there to enjoy food and the atmosphere.
Treasure Island is a place where you can relax, eat, gamble and live a vacation that's worth every moment. Of course the prices are extreme and the front desk can use some assistance on certain employees. Its right on the strip of all the excitement. That's where I would recommend staying.
Very nice place! It was my first time in Las Vegas, and truly enjoyed my three day stay. It was a much better place than I anticipated:)
Location was great, but the biggest complaint is that the pillows felt really cheap. The down pillows were lumpy beyond use for sensitive sleepers. I would definitely spend some money on better pillows.
Good room prices, nice restaurants inside, good selection of gambling options
Absolutely good choice for the Strip lodging.
Nothing wrong.
This.is the second time that I have visited Treasure Island Resort and Casino There rooms are beautiful and the hospitality is outstanding. My only complaint was that the price of meals was too high. Example. Pancakes eggs and bacon with coffee $23. compared to Denny's grandslam for $8.99. I will say that their slots are good won another small jackpot of $2210. not bad for a penny slot, betting ,40 a spin and had my room comped. If I am ever fortunate to be able to visit Vegas again before I pass. Treasure Island will be my destination. Thanks for paying for my trip and hope I will be visiting you before the end of time
It was really nice, the only thing it didn't have though was a microwave. So we had to bring our Airfryer in. But other than that the hotel was good.
Best Hotel Casino in Las Vegas, no question.
Inside there are also many of the best restaurants and boutiques in Las Vegas.
Neat place but I'm super sad to see the awesome show they had was cancelled years ago. That's a huge loss for the strip. Met several people at the location wanting to know when the show would start.
