Although I had a problem staying here because I am under the age of 21, I will give this hotel 5 stars. The staff on the phone was super friendly and not rude (like Motel 6 on Tropicana). Friendly service really does make an impact!

Treasure Island has gone through changes. It used to be actual pirates, but now everything is over sexualized. The best part of this place is still the shows and senior frogs. Our love sweet was nice. It came with a Jacuzzi hot tub with jets. It's location on the strip is perfect.

This is related to the handling of the stranding of an elevator at the Avengers exhibit, and mot specifically about the hotel or casino.

****

This attraction has a lot of good qualities. As a Marvel fan, It was worth it, despite obvious wear and tear on a lot of the decor, displays, common areas. Plus, much of the content is a few years behind the MCU.

My main gripe here is that the elevator that takes you to the interactive displays had mechanical issues. I'll note that throughout this that it was voiced by multiple employees that the elevator has recurring problems. When freeing us, the technician used the same trick he used "last time this happened."

As part of the attraction, the tour guide sent a group up the elevator. It lurched heavily when it reached the second floor and stranded us on the third. Only the inner doors would open.

There were 15 of us. First, we tried the alarm button on the control panel. We reached the Treasure Island service desk and were routed to several people, explaining the situation several times. Finally, we were on the line with a manager. This is how the conversation went:

Voice: "Treasure Island, can I help you?"
Man at the front: "A group of us are stuck in an elevator at the Avengers exhibit."
Voice: "Are you hotel guests?"
Man: "Why does that matter?"
Voice: (sarcastically) "It actually does sir, a lot."

And then he put us on hold after asking the number of people in the elevator. I had to call the Avengers front desk number from my cell to get someone to help-- once the tour people knew, they did go into action.

After about 15-20 minutes, a technician talked us through his "trick", using an interior lever to open the door.

TI management people were there immediately after, and talked to the group. After asking if anyone was hurt, they identified those who were guests of TI for some sort of accommodation. As for the rest of us, they asked if we wanted to file a complaint against the hotel. When no one obliged, they left. I wasn't expecting a full refund, but the discussion within the group circled around to that there should be some sort of "make good" for the inconvenience and the potential danger.

The elevator clearly needs repairs and should not be in service. It's fortunate no one got hurt. After the tour, We declined the photo op, and did not purchase any merchandise. I will steer clear of this attraction, hotel, and casino for the indefinite future.

As a first-time visitor to LV, I fail to see how this meets the Vegas mantra that "we take care of people", and being (presumably) titans of hospitality.

I hate to have to give this a low rating, but it is more about the hotel's response. I apologize to the friendly folks who run the attraction.

The remodel has made it feel up to date and clean. The front desk was super helpful. The room was clean and updated. We actually had a mini fridge that wasn't working but the front desk sent someone up to the room ten minutes later with a new fridge. Parking is simple and we always had a space which is some times difficult to come by on the strip.

In all honesty, this is the last place anyone should want to stay while in Las Vegas. The rooms are small with dated decor. The bed made my back hurt. The pillows were lumpy and the room service menu cost triple what any other restaurants in the area do. Definitely not impressed, really wish I had gone one hotel over to the Mirage or the Wynn

Locked out of my room for an hour while their computer system is down and they refuse to verify my identity. Then they locked me out of my room again because apparently my credit card didn't save after their computer problems. and the Wi-Fi was horrendous barely getting between 1 and 3 megabits and disconnecting all the time. Would not stay again.

Well lets start with I'm 100%disabled veteran and my wife is 70+ with new hip 3wks ago we are on our 20yr anaversery we got engaged when we were here 21yrs ago.
Now we arrive and we walk from the parking garage to the lobby we couldn't get in front because of all the taxis and ubers not able to get any assistance ,now they won't loan a trolley to help with the luggage so I got the wife in the room. and the bathroom vent not working they sent a mechanical worker and said it's not working it took 30min to get a new room and a key sent to the room we were in now we walk to new room up 5storys so no we have to go to the lobby and get on a different elevader now we get to new room 1.5 hrs after check in .so I used her walker to get the bag to the room .by now I'm getting exhausted I just drove 15hrs .
After all that they offered a bottle of champagne for 2.
I call and it took another 30 min by the time they show up I fell asleep.
Great anniversary.
That's only the first day.....
The photo is in the first room the second one we could only see a Crain and construction site.

we arrived for a wedding. The wedding staff was brilliant absolutely wonderful people to work with. However the stuff throughout the location where less than personable. In the buffet downstairs who's quite expensive however it did have a good variety of food and the wait staff in that restaurant area were very nice.

When you go to Vegas, you really don't spend much time in the hotel. However, the hotel was nicely kept, the pillows were fluffy, and the bathroom was super clean. The location was at the end of the main strip with a nice view of the strip. I would definitely rent a room again from this hotel.

Comfy, cosy and adequate rooms. They are clean and spacious but lack the small touches like hot drink facilities and robes that are pretty much standard elsewhere. Food options at the hotel appeared to receive bad reviews so we didn't bother. Aside from that it's in a fantastic location, and a very nice place to stay especially for the cost.

A treasure indeed! This hotel is so amazing! My boyfriend and I's room has a whirlpool tub and a minifridge! The room was big and complete with everything that we needed during our stay! The staff were very professional. They made sure that we get everything that we needed as soon as possible. The view outside was calming! I highly recommend Treasure Island!

Disappointing, for a well known hotel I would expect more. While the room are spacious they are poorly equipped and maintained.
There is no coffee machine, the refrigerator does not work, shower has a weak stream of water and not even an amenity kit in the bathroom.
There are 2 stars motels that are better equipped.
While we were traveling with the kids and booked 2 rooms, they were not connected and several rooms apart.
Not all bad, but I had better expectations.

Absolutely disgusting buffet! Service was great and staff was wonderful but the food made my stomach turn just smelling it. The sushi smelt like it was out for a week. Everything was cold. My sausage was still frozen on the inside. Even the salad was horrid. The only thing that didn t make me want to vomit was the desserts and even that could have been better.

The worst hotel I have stayed at in Vegas we arrived Monday April 29 later than planned because our flight was delayed 2 hours so when we got to the hotel was told our rooms weren't ready we would have to wait one hour it's now 3 in the morning so we wait one hour go back to the desk was told only one room we wanted was available we would have to stay in a different room was told that you don't book a room you reserve one and it first come. We finally got in our rooms at 5 in the morning I would give them a zero rate

The hotel is showing it's age, but it's clean and the bathrooms in the petite suite were huge. Big shower, huge whirlpool tub and two good size closets. TI is not as sardine packed as some of the newer casinos, so we liked that. The staff was hard working and friendly, especially to vegas first timers.

Hotel was about a 3.5. I ve been to Vegas a few times and stayed at a wide range of 3-5 star hotels. While I understand this is an older property, it was merely mediocre. I can t say that I would stay here again. The main restaurant (coffee shop) is not good at all and way over priced. We even gave it a second chance and we re less impressed the second time around. The service here is also slow. The housekeeping staff and valet were very nice. In my personal opinion , the location is a downfall as well. To each their own, just my opinion .

Stayed 4 days. The room was ok,but the twas outdated, very dark picture and did not show well. The staff was very nice. The restaurants were ok but not great. Buffet was too expensive.
The casino floor and bar was good. Will not go back.

Had a fantastic time with the wife at this great resort. We enjoyed the great variety of restaurants. We really enjoyed Gilley's and the Steakhouse there. The Golden Circle Sports bar was a fun place to watch the March madness games. The casino was great and we even won some money. We will definitely choose Treasure Island when we visit again in six months.

Bedding was dirty, no housekeeping services were offered, but we were charged the $39 resort fee each night. In addition we weren't given any information regarding what time the pool opened or closed (found out after going into the pool at 8 that it was closing.) Huge waste of money!!

Upon arrival staff were very friendly. It is a convenient spot on the strip. Only negative was that the housekeeping could have done a better job with the cleaning. Other than that the rooms were great and the beds were comfortable, I enjoyed being able to listen to music while in the pool with the DJ.

Worse hotel ever!!!!

i spent 3 days at this place , dirty carpets, stinky, dirty walls and mold everywhere, i have hard time believe how come this much bad place they still operation, i cant believe it, i will attached picture in case, i told Ashley from front desk past 3 days nothing happens. also they have hidden fees for bullshit reason i recommend to be very careful, for example they charge $190 from me for internet which is very slow, its only 10 mps, pool, TV which is very stupid idea who want to go Las Vegas just watch TV. NO breakfast, if anyone care about their family i recommend to look another hotel .

Came to Treasure island to see a Cirque du soleil show! As always the show was amazing but so is the casino and hotel! They have an awesome pirate theme throughout and two beautiful pirate ships out front which are great for photo opportunities! Even if you do not stay here I highly recommend walking through just to check it all out!

Great hotel. Right on the strip. After getting there early in the morning they were able to get us a room before the standard check-in time which was awesome. Great restaurants, friendly staff. Water pressure in the shower was par. We stayed on the top floor and it was nice and quite which I greatly appreciated. Definitely will stay there again when we go back.

I like this casino. It's home to the Marvel station and I love Marvel. I do miss the pirate battle that used to take place out front. I feel the theme here is in transition so if you were a fan of the old place, better get here while it lasts

The wait to register took way too long. Everyone who assisted us were helpful they just were too busy. The rooms were clean and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle. Hotel didn't serve coffee in room or lobby and visitors were required to go to Starbucks if they didn't want full breakfast.

Treasure island has the best pirate ship battle. I've stayed at the hotel before and it was a memorable trip. But this afternoon we ate at Senoir Frogs and my friend asked how much I thought our bill was? I answered $35 and he answered $125. We had 2 appetizers and 2 drinks! Wow!
