On the strip, and close enough to everywhere I wanted to visit.
Feels good and comfortable with satisfying survice exelentexelent
Beautiful and clean rooms.
Nice pool
Hallway stink, room safe would not work some of the time and not all elevators worked. This cause major delays for people checking out. Ridiculous.
Super cool to see the ships. Unfortunately the show IS CANCELLED and has been for awhile. Didn't know that.. other than that it was quick to walk to and not too crowded.
Nice central location. The pool is nice and not too busy. Sweet rooms, and good eats
I love the hotel everything you need is in the hotel. a Starbucks a Cvs there you can find everything for grooming products and food at good prices
BEST BUFFET IN VEGAS!!!!! No question, this buffet is outstanding. The tuna is just as fresh as Hawaii. There where 2 of us at this buffet...so since we both gave this place 5 stars its actually 10 stars!
Use the self serve check in kiosk up the escalators near the parking garage. The reception check-in line was 45 deep (no sh**)!! We waited for twenty minutes and moved 6 places. It was only when one of the staff members came to the back of the line and advised about the self serve kiosks upstairs. Use them!! Took two minutes to check in. They were hard to find for a first time visitor but beats waiting in line for over an hour to check in. They are near the car rental desk!!
The show (Cirque Du Sokeil Mystere) was amazing.
The buffet was filled with (in my opinion) sub standard food and care over the food was questionable. Hot things were cold, soup was dried up in the bottom of the pot, ice maker was hit and miss.
Would go to more shows but won't go to the buffet again.
Free parking was very nice while other lots were charging as much as $20.
Fun location to stay on the Las Vegas Strip. We had the buffet twice during our stay it was so good.
Treasure island is a great place to stay. It has a casino for the adults and places like the, Marvel S.T.A.T.I.O.N, for kids. They also offer shows for all ages almost every night.
Staff was friendly and our room was clean. Definitely staying there again
We had reserved a 2 bed-bedroom, and came to find they only had a one with a king sized bed for us. Thankfully, they gave us a nice corner room on the 19th floor to make up for this. Unfortunately, our room had terrible wifi and the tv barely worked, it kept getting stuck on a 15 second loop of whatever show you were watching. Also, this run-of-the-house room did not include a safe, a mi-fidge, nor a blow dryer. Customer service was great, but quite disappointed with the room!
Good food .. Good Gambling .. Good Service .. The rooms were ok .. Bed was comfy and the a/c worked .. our sink drain was clogged up .. didn't drain well ..
Overall, good hotel. The gaming and some of the restaurants seem a little outdated maybe some renovating is needed. The rooms wete very spacious and better than most on the strip. Just like many Vegas hotels now, comps (only the VIP players) is no longer something practiced so don't expect much in terms of customer service going beyond checking you in and checking you out. Valet parking a bonus and free. Nice location on the strip and close to the freeway.
Great location to strip. Fast friendly staff at front desk.
I enjoyed my time in Vegas. As far at the resort. I was totally disappointed . I paid $360 to get a room that looks like a standard beat Western room. The pictures online when I booked showed so much more. I also thought that the theme for Treasure Island was Pirate. I paid $360 for a room and was really excited to feel the theme. I expected to walk into Pirates of The Caribbean. What a let down when there wasn't one Pirate anywhere. What a total waste of money. I definitely will go to Circus Circus next time for the same amount of money and get tbe theme related the hotel.
Rooms were clean, hotel was decent, pool area was good. Nothing amazing, but not bad either. I would absolutely stay here again.
One of the biggest advantages to staying here was the location, a bit more central on the strip makes for easier walking to everywhere. Still took the bus to get to some places, but for the most part we kept to walking.
One thing that just about killed me was the cost for a coffee at the Starbucks in the hotel. wow. Insane how prices of things like that get jacked up. Maybe skip your Starbucks while in Vegas!
Great hotel to visit. Nice to have CVS pharmacy right in the hotel. Night club, bar life great! I would recommend. Refrigerators in the rooms are great for a lot of things.
Went for a friends birthday had a great time staff was really helpful and friendly. Nevada law says we couldn't check in until midnight unless one of us was 21 and we had to stay out until midnight when my friend turned 21 but even with that it was still a great experience. I recommend you do your research though if you plan on going for a birthday.
Comfortable rooms, good wifi, friendly staff.
Didnt like that we had to pay a resort fee when checking in, we are here on an all-expenses paid company trip, this should have been resolved before we came.
Otherwise, the facilities are clean, everything seems well maintained, nice spread of restaurants and located very conveniently.
This hotel is one of the older ones on the strip and has a musky old smell. Good thing is they have cheaper tables
Solid mainstay of the strip. Lively casino and rooms more lavish than you might expect. Dope pool area, good restaurants, and I like how well they stick to the nautical theme here. Plus it's in the middle of the strip, you really can't go wrong here!
It s not a bad hotel, but I really don t get why it s 4 stars, even on Google's system. As always, I m not a big fan of the traditional theme (I do appreciate traditional decor, but only when it's done correctly), but the good news is that it doesn t take up the whole hotel, so the rooms are at least decently modern. The room literally had no soundproofing. However, the service is good and the rooms were comfortable and had a good view. The location is good too, but there are better hotels on the Strip.
Also, it's a little too immature for a "4-star" hotel.
Overall Score: 38/100
The rooms were priced reasonably, the staff was helpful and the overall vine of the casino is great. Having only stayed at the Bellagio during my trips to Vegas I will certainly stay here again!!!
Superb in entertainment and very courteous and loyal to their clients
and guess. Well guaranteed peace and order to their casino and hotel rooms.
Great location and attentive staff. Our room was comfortable and had a nice view of the strip. Parking was easily accessible, and having a CVS and two Starbucks locations within the casino was very convenient.
The check in took forever but they upgraded us to a suite and extended our checkout time
The restaurants are too notch. The slot machines offer good payouts and the staff members are courteous and helpful. The slot tournaments were fun as well. For good barbecue, country dancing and mechanical bull riding nothing beats More
It was ok for an older Vegas casino. The fitness center needs work, and it's only open while the spa is open. Has a CVS on site which is nice. Pretty easy to get in and out of. People at the front desk need more training and some capacity to make decisions. Took a full 45 minutes to check in, and that was after I waited in line.
Excellent location right in the middle of the strip. Super Rooms, awesome views
I stayed here for 5 days. I found this hotel a nice one but not so good for his 4 stars. I was expecting much more.
The toilet seat was not cleaned when I entered the room and the sink was really used... I had better conditions in a 3 stars hotel.
It is nice that is on the Las Vegas Boulevard and close to the Fashion Show Mall.
Hotel, staff was very helpful, when needing to ask questions! I had a problem when it came to taken my electric chair scooter, up on the elevator! My question, is why isn't there a off switch inside to stop the elevator, so you have time to load your chair! There should be a delay, on the elevator. Instead, if there wasn't someone there, to hold the elevator open, for you, you get banged up, like I kept getting! Unsafe, for handicap users! Needs to be addressed!
Stop by and see the pirate ships out front. Nice place to go on that end of the strip with free parking.
They upgraded us to a room that we could see the strip from the 16th floor. Nice room comfortable bed and pillows. No refrigerator in the room.
I love this place. Some of the best employees on the Strip. FREE PARKING!!! That is just unheard of on the Strip. One of the best buffets ever. They've been written up repeatedly for their superior food. Again, the employees. I can't explain it. Nobody likes going to work, but the people here are genuinely nice. Must be a heck of a work culture. The employees here seem HAPPY. Crazy good place to stay on the Strip. Best value for the money of any of the hotels on the Strip, and that includes the much pricier upscale hotels I have stayed in on the Strip.
The rooms were great. Beds comfortable. Hotel clean and staff very nice. Was offered complimentary early check in at 1. Was asked what we were celebrating and was offered a complimentary bottle of wine. Also would recommend The coffee shop restaurant for breakfast, was wonderful food and service.
Nice environment, only thing was you hardly ever see cocktail waitresses around
Took the wife on a vacation for her birthday and just to get away from work. From checking in to checking out, I m giving Treasure Island 5 stars because among all the hotels and casinos they rank up there with the best! Everything about this Hotel was great, from the Room( don t let any review say rooms are dirty or anything bad about the rooms ours was excellent and very clean), service, restaurants and the location. You can t beat the price and all you want in Vegas is here. Middle of the strip and never a need to rent a vehicle.....By far a big sleeper and great value for your buck. COMES HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!( And that s from someone experienced in field......
Park your car and ride the Tran it's a trian in the sky it takes you to the Casinos on the strip
The hotel was clean and house keeping staff were good at giving towels and asking if we needed anything . But we were supposed to have a king size bed room and got two double beds with older furnishings . The beds were not comfortable . We usually book at treasure Island Hotel because of the clean rooms and comfortable beds .
I have the worst gambling luck here! It never fails, I always loose my money here
Had a great time here, pool party was amazing live DJ!
Great hotel! Room was spacious and clean. Was on 32nd floor overlooking Las Vegas Blvd and the Pallazo hotel. If opportunity comes again, I will stay here at Treasure Island again.
The parking was easy and the bar on the strip has really good food and drinks, with a view.
Fun casino with lots of the newest slot games. More slots than you can find in a lot of the casinos. Well laid out and many table games. A fun place to play and they do pay! Waitresses and staff very friendly.
Decent hotel on the vegas strip. I enjoyed the 'coffee shop' restaurant.
We got upgraded to a suite, we had wanted 2 queen beds, we got a king with a full living room (pull out couch) and 2 bathrooms.
Couch was really uncomfortable, even just to sit on the but the room was wonderful otherwise.
Room was good, many amenities and shops like Starbucks. On the strip. Room had a fridge. Bed was comfortable.
However was supposed to get a king bed and only got two queens when arrived, front desk was like ...well to bad. TV was slow , room smelled of weed, can hear neighbor through door partying all night, tram was broken, sink clogged. It wasn't bad but honestly I think I would of paid slightly more for a bit better.
Beautiful hotel and casino.
Great comps.
The service was immaculately I got everything I want, the room View was magnificent WOW
Nice place , service again failed!!
I expend some money and my waitresses only show up couple times in a 3 hrs gambling
Good location and great base price.
Very old linen and the worst pillows anywhere also questionable stains on the curtains and lounge chair.
This is a nice, big hotel but it should definitely not be listed as a four star, it's more of a three star hotel. You'd think that for the almost 200 dollars in fees they charge, they would have better cleaning but I guess it's just one more way to take our money. We had to deal with mold, clogged sink and bathtub, dirty toilet, dirty shower head, the pillows are hard and uncomfortable but other than the rampant dirtiness it was a comfortable room.
Disappointed they dont have the pirate ship show. The display is still there. Its a good party spot and the facility is about average compared with the other resorts.
Great we went to the marvel experience was very awesome
This hotel is located in a great spot on the strip. It s convenient to get from one hotel/casino to the next. The price of the hotel is very affordable. The rooms are very luxurious, especially for the price. There are different restaurants within the hotel. The pool can get pretty busy during the day, but it s still an enjoyable time.
When it comes to pick a place for best location and good price this is the way to go
This review is mainly based on how much fun we had on one particular night.
We walked into TI and instantly headed to the bar which just happened to have a mechanical bull. Many $$ were spent but all of them were worth it!
The Bull operator was, in my experience, top level.
The fact that I managed to strain my groin whilst still maintaining a massive smile is a testament to the amount of fun we had here. Every legal disclaimer that I signed that evening was 100% worth it
Thanks Bull Guy!
I just pass by in the are but l have been there before
Nice place to enjoy.
Very SMOKEY atmosphere which is quite overbearing to a non smoker. Buffet is a mess with very limited selection especially considering how much they charge for their buffet. The seafood shack what can I say...an outright mess.
We went for a a holiday weekend and got prepared ahead of time with the rooms. We got very good prices and our rooms were very nice...our kids enjoyed the pool and my Sister that was her first time visiting Vegas was very happy too. Will be back to this hotel!
Rate 4.7 stars.
Compare to other hotels they had less space. But the bathroom was spacious enough to fit 4-5 max of people. So it depends on your preference of the living situation and how many people are coming w/ you.
I used to really like it but from what I see they got rid of the poker room which I'm not a fan of.. The hotel itself is very nice but I usually go next door to play slots at the mirage or go to Excalibur for the poker
Lots of fun! Had a good time gambling in the casino
It was an amazing stay. All the staff from the casino, house keeping, and check. This was for my birthday celebration and i really appreciated the champagne. I will definitely stay here again!
The pool left something to be desired. Drinks are expected to be expensive but the pool was crowded and the water was freezing cold. It was a nice pool it was just on the small side compared to others. The rooms were nice and updated better than other hotels on the Strip for the price. You get some pretty sweet coupons upon check-in like a free breakfast buffet and a two-for-one voucher at the Seafood Shack which is a really good value as well as a buy one get one free cocktail. The cocktails at the Seafood Shack Bar are easily the cheapest and that is where you should do most of your drinking. The casino itself is nice but there is very little room between machines when you are not on the walkway. Waitresses are more attentive and frequent here than at other hotels ready to offer you whatever you want from the bar as long as you're gambling. The location of Treasure Island is also nice as it's in the middle of the strip.
We had a great time at our stay at Treasure island!! The staff was great and the hotel accommodations were outstanding!! Thank you TI!
Nice resort pool very small the DJ however was excellent. We got stuck in the elevator going to the 33rd floor it took us straight to 36th and the doors won't open panic started to set in! Resort gave us 3 days of our resort fee back SMH!!
We used the parking garage at treasure island and walked through the casino on our way out to the strip. It was a very crowded garage, but felt pretty safe and secure. The casino was nice and clean and kept at a good temperature on a warm day. If I had more time I would definitely spend the night and spend more time on the casino floor.
I haven't stayed at the hotel, but have been to the casino a few times. Customer service was very helpful and the slots were great.
Nice casino hotel resort. U can come any time they r a good customer service.
Gorgeous hotel! Couldn't be happier with our stay. There is plenty to do and see. The casino is pretty big and the smoke smell isn't as bad as I thought [I dislike cigarette smoke] also our room was a king room and it was very comfortable. We had a strip view and it was stunning [especially at night!]. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious! Try Francesco's pizza!!! [Located in the resort] all in all would definitely stay at TI again!!
Great place to stay. Everything was nice and clean. Friendly staff. They were constantly asking what else they could do. Fyi. Late checkout is an additional $50 and takes you to 3pm. Actually worth it.
I was given a room above the pool. The music is very loud and booming. the walls are paper thin; I can hear a child crying and the people talking. I can't make out what they are saying but still. I tried using the iron and it won't turn on. The elevator from the garage to our room is so confusing. They actually have arrows on the floor through a store and then thru its backroom.
Great stay, great value. Beds are super comfortable. Helped recovery a lot. Helpful staff, good casino. Would stay again for sure.
Homeless taking over the area and parking for oversized vehicles mostly were cars. Nobody enforcing so if you drive a truck there be warned
