TI Hotel and Casino Review

Not a bad deal on the strip, not as fancy as some but it s got what you need.

Very nice hotel with a pirate atmosphere in some areas. Rooms were spacious and staff friendly. Perfect spot in walking distance to culinary experiences and shopping. I really enjoyed the Mystere show they have there and room service was surprisingly delicious. The Italian steak house was also a nice place to dine. There was Showtime in the room while winding down the night. It was also nice there was a CVS in the building for anything you forgot.

My only complaint is the dim casino area that reeked of cigarettes. Other casinos we ventured to were bright and smelt less like cigarettes. Probably a ventilation issue. I also had a room that smelled like a skunky chemical we believed was used to mask puke or some kind of other smell. Ended up staying away from the casino and enjoying everything else Las Vegas had to offer.

Still a great experience, but have not tried any of the many other hotels on the strip yet.

Nice and clean hotel with helpful staff and a great view to the strip

I stayed for a weekend in vegas which ended up being dead packed. The hotel had an issue with major backup on the elevator and on sat. During the day they ran two of them. The line was so long I couldn't even get down stairs after four elevators. I told the staff when one of them seemed off and then it got turned back on earlier. Then when I had the problem getting down again I told them again. However when I got back to the hotel at 11 30 while there wasn't a long line it still seemed like two elevators were running this time on the right side and not the left as the lights were out. They had four that go to the 25th floor. On a dead busy weekend line this and a sat night I have no idea why you would run only two elevators and then not the other two when there are only four!!
When I finally got down the elevator person was just standing there so I asked him. He claimed they were working on it but I still decided to tell the desk because it didn't seem to bother him at all and I didn't fully believe him. I said to him then why has it been like this all day??

The desk didn't seem to have any idea of the problem both times I spoke to them which was now twice in one day. So whats really funny about this is they got the other side to work but all four elevators didn't seem to run when I came back at 11.30 to the 25th floor.

Overall the bathroom was really nice. I tried the pizza place which was good but expensive. The pool had a dj which was fun. But way to busy so I didn't go in. I did have a good weekend but I could have stayed probably at a cheaper hotel.

Hotel staff stole cash from our room after delivering a roll away bed and risk management won't answer/respond to our phone calls, voicemails or emails. The lack of response is management approving the staff to steal from guests and not get punished. WATCH OUT.

My spouse and I had $180 cash in a wallet in our backpack zipped up in our room. We counted/put away the cash, requested a roll away bed from the front desk and headed to the pool for 1.5 - 2 hours with our entire party. When we returned the bed was present but we noticed our backpack had been touched. We opened it up and all of the cash was gone.

We contacted security and the gentleman was very nice and helped up fill out the needed documentation to report/get reimbursed. He gave us a card with a phone number/report number and said to call in about a week.

After waiting about a week to call, I have since called Risk Management 6+ times during business hours over the past two weeks, left a voicemail, called the main line where a friendly lady gave me an email address (she was unable to get a hold of them). The phone number always goes to voicemail and they have not responded to my voicemail nor my email.

Again the lack of response shows that Treasure Island is not committed to preventing theft that the hotel is liable for (their staff).

Aside from the theft situation and lack of response, all of the staff was very friendly and hotel rooms were nice.

It was literally my first trip to Vegas and I enjoyed every second of my 4 days there... Wasn't to big on the Seafood Shack guess cause I'm from Louisiana the food wasn't seasoned enough to me but the buffet was AWESOME ...
THE atmosphere was like WHOA, I LOVE IT. SERVICES WAS ON TIME ALL THE TIME. PLANNING TO RETURN THERE IN ABOUT 2 YRS. GOD SPARE...

Came in for a drink at the bar while waiting to meet up with friends. Really impressed with the heavy pours with the wine! Comfortable lounge seats for fun people watching!

The price is great, and the mall next door is cool. My issue was with how clean the room was. The counters were not wiped, the trash can in the bathroom still had stuff in it from the last person who stayed in the room, and there was hair in the shower that was not mine. Not really something I want to see.

Wonderful Hotel and Resort...!!!! By far our favorite place to stay while in Vegas....!!!!

One of the bigs in vegas strip. I found it a bit dark inside the casino compared to bellagio and Venetian. But it's spacious and have few food options too inside. It comes on the strip and it has lot of photo shoot stuff in and outside this casino.

Quite a few changes here. I'm glad to see the hotel is keeping up. As always the food was great at the restaurants.

Went to Treasure island for cirque du soleil show, good performance very enjoyable. Recommend you watch if your in Vegas.

Nicely updated and one of the few casino resorts on the strip that offers free self-parking. Decent selection of restaurants, lounges, and a premium/high-limit section separate from the standard floor of slot machines and games. I like this casino for it's "everybody" inclusiveness. Some of the modern alternatives will make you feel out of place if you aren't a high dollar gambler or upper income earner. TI has good proximity to shops if you aren't only interested in gambling.

Truthfully I thought this wasn't going to be great because it's an older casino in Las Vegas. It turned out to be amazing and they've kept it up very well. Great restaurants including some Vietnamese soup. Definitely consider here as the price is very reasonable

The cafe where we ate lunch and dinner was one of the best meals I've ever had out I own a cafe and so I'm pretty picky but this place was awesome their server was awesome we will be back to eat there again gambling was good rooms were clean

Had my birthday party here. Some guy wouldn't stop following and hittling on me. Security was on him in seconds.

Treasure Island is the best casino and hotel in Las Vegas. Treasure Island has nice employees who will treat the guest like their royalty. I completely recommend treasure Island for you.

The hotel was nicer than I expected for the price I paid. It was also a great option if you have a conference at the Venetian, the walk is not too bad. Last year I stayed at the Mirage and while it looks about equally as close, the Mirage is much farther from the Venetian. The room was clean and spacious enough.

Nice hotel. No pirate show anymore but Beatles show is awesome

Went there for re-opening weekend and my birthday. The only thing they did differently than before is add a few hand sanitizer stations and some plexi glass on the tables. I can t believe they still charged the resort fees and would not reverse them at check out. We did not use the WiFi, gym, pool, nothing. We were there to support their re-opening and got shafted. Don t think we will be staying here again.

Love going to treasure Island people r very friendly

The hotel was nice for it having plenty to do, but for a known semi-lavish hotel, updating the room would be better. The A/C is old and was hard to adjust. The room didn't cool off the way it should. It smelled a bit muggy. The shower head had white corrosion and some black mildew along the tub. I recently stayed at another hotel, Fairfield, and they had a wider selection of TV channels than here. I will say the Cirque show was fabulous. If I have to stay here again, I will, but personally, was not as fab as I thought.

Had a really good time here. We walked the strip, it's close to everything!! Next time I won't leave the hotel tho, because it was my favorite part! The food (The Seafood Shack), was Excellent. The casino was better than any other hotels, my players card gave me extra games, and free tokens. Can't wait to go back!

Treasure island always makes us feel at home and they always go above and beyond when we're here to make sure we're comfortable :-)

Rooms are super awesome and clean, pool is amazing. Lots of things to see and do, great casino and restaurants!

Liked playing the slots there... great perks for new players

Had a great stay, the beds are AMAZINGLY comfortable, cloud like pillows that don't go flat throughout the night, great location. The parking was free and was no hassle which was great for a strip location.

Great resort and nice hotel. Desapointed with the resort fees.

Great location, newly remodeled rooms, great view of the strip from the rooms. The only let down was the buffet I tried breakfast and lunch, I didn't like either. Make sure you find a package deal they seem to have them quite often.

We had a blast at Voss Drag Brunch! The ladies were fabulous! Make sure to also visit the mammoth tusk sculpture from USSR, it was a beautiful and interesting work of art. Gilly's is here too.

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at Treasure Island for our honeymoon! Upon arrival we were upgraded to a nicer suite (it was just so mazing and made us feel extremely pampered!), and were offed a complimentary bottle of champagne! We spent time at the pool which was wonderful, we saw Mystery; their Cique De Soleil show, spent time (and a small fortune) at the Casino, and dined at the buffet. Every area was clean and well serviced, we could not have been more pleased with our first trip to the Strip! They offer not only free parking, but free valet which is a commodity on the strip and really makes Treasure Island such a deal!! We're already planning our anniversary trip back!!

Room was great. Service was ok, except at the bar....awesome Service! Bartenders made conversation, and made us feel comfortable. I left something valuable behind in a drawer, and hopefully would've had someone try to help me get it back. I felt I had to keep calling back. Never received the item, or a follow up.

Love Treasure Island. Easy in and out if driving yourself. Many Great Restaurants. Perfect location on the end of the Strip. Would be 5 stars if they still had the Sirens or the Pirate show. Miss those.

Staff was very professional and were very nice, kept clean. Was disappointed I was not notified that the pools will be closed for the season. Other than that I would return.

2 easily accessible coffee options. Pool parties on the weekend were fun! No complaints!

Loved loved loved this hotel! Very nice rooms and good sights depending which room you get. Very cozy and clean. And let's be honest. It's a very great value and at a great location in the middle of the Vegas strip! Honestly what I enjoyed though was the pizza place in the first floor of the hotel that had the best pizza I've had in a long time!

Treasure Island sits at a great corner location on Las Vegas Boulevard. A walk across the bridge will bring you to the enormous Fashion Show mall. I especially enjoyed Gilley's Saloon on property. It is western style bar with friendly highly attractive cowgirl waitresses and a very energetic vibe that immediately gets you in high spirits. The casino here is large and well maintained with a great variety of slots all over the place. Had a great time, hope you do too.

Clean, close to mall, other casinos. Laid back. Fun

Nice medium sized venue to watch sports and get good eats at a relaxed atmosphere with great service and cold drinks. Portions are huge. Nachos are layered and every bite is full of flavor.
Beer specials and food makes this a go to location.
Nachos were 12 dollars and kept us busy for 3 hours.

Treasure island is awesome! One of the few resorts along the strip that's not owned by the big boy resort companies that over charge for everything. Treasure island still has free parking even

TI is laid back and comfortable at the casino. Rooms are clean and reasonable. A nice place to stay as an alternative to the 'fancy' places nearby. Right on the Strip. Recommended.

The property is just okay. In my opinion it's went down over the last 10 years. This used to be one of my favorite places and now it is not.

Asked to get towels and they stoled money from my purse. To this day still haven't heard from management.

Ate at buffet there, was good, I suggest if you order alcohol drinks get unlimited for 14.99$ well worth the price. The bartender was polite and made great drinks.

Very hospitable staff members! Room was extra clean and the view from the room to the strip was amazing.

The room was clean and had an excellent view. Casino was clean even with the smokers. No overwhelming smell unless someone sat down and lit up beside you. Drinks at Sr frogs were delicious.

Great place to stay. Stayed for infocomm 2018. Service was awesome! I had one bad experience in the Starbucks, went to the coffee shop instead, and service was awesome as well as my little breakfast. Picture is from petite suite 34 floor room 46. Ashenea from the front desk offers great service !!!!!

Was pleasantly surprised and how comfortable the beds are and how quiet the room was. Very clean as well. Staff was very helpful at check in. Great location too.

Free parking on the strip used to be the norm, but few places left offering it. Treasure Island has free convenient parking on the strip. I haven't stayed their in quite a few years but liked the time we did. The rooms were slightly above average and the pool was probably average. I like the theme and decor as it isn't like all the annoying trendy places which try way too hard to be "cool".

TI has new owners. Still free parking. Good access off freeway. There's lots of new slot games. Clean interior and good air quality. Good customer service.

Love hotel and all the amenities. Only bad thing was the Friday Night Buffett, which was absolutely horrible. We waiting until Friday so we would have crab legs and prime rib. Crab legs were almost frozen and smelled and the prime rib was the fattiest I have ever seen. Hotel YES. Buffet NO!!!!!!!! Would have given hotel a 5 star rating if not for the horrible buffet.

I left my laptop computer bag (with computer in it) at the valet stand when we checked out. When I called to report it missing and tried to contact lost & found and security I was given the run around by 6 different people. I had to call literally everyday for over a week before someone called me back. My last message I had to "threaten" calling management and then low & behold someone returned by call. The hotel looked at the video coverage and said they deemed it NOT hotel fault. I asked to see the video but they said it was proprietary info and I had to get a subpoena to look at the recording myself. So there was no way to verify if it was or way not an employee and hiring an attorney to follow up on the stolen item (i'm out of state) was going to cost more than the computer value. Highly disappointed in the service I received here through the entire process.

This was the third time booking with treasure island and they have yet to disappoint. Got a great view with plenty of space for activities. They have gotten a lot cleaner and it doesn't smell as much of smoke. The table minimums are medium to low do it's a good place to gamble to kill time. Miss the pirate show with the singing, though.

During check-in the worker at front desk was lying about non-working elevator so that to sell us the room at a lower floor

Nice hotel, with cirque du soleil show! The show is a must visit!!!

My wife and I really enjoyed our last visit to treasure Island. We had missed our flight coming into town so we arrived a day late. They were so accommodating with us they didn t charge us a resort fee for the day we were late they gave us additional discounts for that day plus upgraded our room for our entire stay for free. They did all of this without us asking. They had us checked in in a matter of minutes. Our room was meticulously cleaned every day and we had an awesome view. We love the location of treasure Island because it s right in the middle of the strip with close access to everything. If you ve never stayed at treasure Island you really need to check it out!!!

Well the free parking is nice these days with every other resort charging an arm and leg.

Love the Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. My family loved it as well. It is a very fun interactive museum.

Honesty is definitely not one of their values, nor customer service. I reserved the hotel because an offer for the cirque du Solei of free tickets for a 3 night stay. I stayed the three nights but no free tickets. I made a complain and received no answer. Be aware of their fake offers

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, helpful. Would like to see our floor after they are done with renovations. Definitely will return.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The VIP services were fantastic. The casino floor was clean, not inundated with smoking, and the staff was friendly. The pool was refreshingly cold and the wait staff there was great.

My only negative was that the outlets in the room hardly charged my phone at all and were not in the most convenient places. I would plug my phone in at 30% and come back in an hour or 2 and it wouldn't even be at 40%.

I'm sure it was because of pandemic, but the water outside smelled.

We went for 3 days on my weekend birthday and gambling I was playing for 2 hours in the dollar machine and I asked one of the cocktails server for a bottle water and her response was this is not my section ask the other one with short hair, I was very disappointed with the service across from the cafe, hotel was clean and the NY steak was really good, my suggestion it's to train better your staff with customer service we are going to play and have fun, and because us they have a job.
