The doorbell rings and the order is already at the door. I just see that Note Thys himself (!) Jumps into his car and drives away to the next customer, no doubt. BIG toy store with outdoor toys such as Space scooters, kiddie cars, trampolines, skateboards, playhouses, pools.... And best of all the kids can try out the bikes and cars and jump on the trampolines. The sales people were friendly and available to answer questions. The location is a little bit hard to find, but well worth the trip.

To avoid! Decent products but terrible after-sales service! We bought a trampoline from ThysToys because we could easily buy parts if needed. I have to replace the safety net at the beginning of the summer, but it appears that they do not have any stock and that they will not get new nets until March of next year! No trampoline in the summer, the children are very disappointed. Last year we already had a similar story with other components. Just no service and the employee behind the counter also had no suggestion for a different solution.

Nicely ordered a raised pool on time and that would be delivered in 2 days. After 2 days they were not there and now still not and called but then they are not available because you get a voicemail that they are too busy. Bol.com knows nothing and PostNL does not even know the package. Really bad! If it is so busy then set a realistic delivery date but do not sell anything and then do nothing and nobody can be reached now!

The jumping mat of a trampoline had a crack within two weeks without having to play with shoes or sharp things. ThysToys has made itself quite easy here by observing from a photo that it is not the product or the manufacture and came up with the limited offer to deliver a new jumping mat with only a 10% discount. It took me a month and a half before I received this response, so that the crack has become larger and is not or more difficult to repair. In addition, I had to spend quite a lot of time looking up all kinds of serial and article numbers (which they should be able to find them in their own administration) and emailing about this, assuming that this would lead to replacement of the jumping mat. .. unfortunately in vain.

We had been looking for a suitable playhouse for our children for a long time, but wanted to see him before we bought it. Very bad service, go-kart put together, but unfortunately it is too small for my child. While the go-kart is for children up to 5 years old, my child is 3 years old. Asked if I could exchange the go-kart for a bigger one I couldn't, in fact I get half of the purchase price back, then they say Doodleuk to put this on the marketplace, you might get more. Really crappy service all this. The worst part is that your child has to disappoint.

4 weeks ago placed an order for gift for birthday son. Due to an error message on their website, payment initially failed, but I still paid a few hours later. 12 days later I sent an email with a copy of the payment and indicated that it was a gift. No response at all. Not available by phone. Now 4 weeks later on my 2nd mail I get a reaction that the order has been canceled. No personal response to my email, payment or let alone the birthday. Last weekend we received a sandbox for our 16 month old son! He is completely happy with it! Thank you very much ThysToys! Unfortunately the screws were missing in the package, after contacting customer service we unfortunately had to go up and down to Woerden ourselves, but that way we could enjoy the sandbox the same day! All in all, ThysToys couldn't do anything about it and it has been resolved well. We are happy!!

Ordered a protective edge from this store last week. The rim was delivered quickly but it soon became clear that WE had ordered the wrong rim. We contacted the store and we were allowed to exchange it, but it turned out that the model we wanted was not in stock, but a more expensive one. We got it and the price difference (where you can enjoy a chic dinner for 4 people) was given to us. For example, the drive from Germany was worth it. Even without the free upgrade, very friendly staff and extremely customer-friendly! No nonsense company, Recommended!

Almost 3 months on 2 stainless steel plunger rods have to wait. Only once reported that the order would have 1 week delay (2 days after order). Called a few times to ask where our order is, the same story every time: we find out, we will call you back tomorrow. They just don't do that. In short, not a good experience.

The collapsible Nijdam Limited Edition for 99.95. It was delivered the next day Thursday, which was also the reason for ordering, the fast delivery!
But when we unpacked the sledge on Saturday night and tried to assemble it, we saw from brown tape that the box had been opened before.
The sled could not be put together. You couldn't get the metal pins in the appropriate holes and the threaded bolts turned through ...
In addition, the backrest was a different color. Very disappointed in this, because apparently it was a returned product and you made the next customer happy with the same unsound product.

What I found most disappointing is that the market forces were used very eagerly!
Thursday 11-02-2021 the sledge in similar colors was rapidly increased in price with the top price at the end of the afternoon 169.95 !!!!!!

Some time ago I bought a trampoline for our kids here. A bull's eye (that will be known or experienced by several of you). What was a big hit for me is to buy this trampoline here. What a GE-WEL-DI-GE service this store has! Not only with the purchase but also afterwards they are ready for you! The contact with all employees is very good, fast and pleasant. You are really thinking along with you. The majority of the contact even goes directly through the final boss (class Thijs) !!! They also have a fantastic showroom where you can view / test the products. A retailer who understands very well how it works and puts the interests of his customers first.
