Order made via bol. 200 paid. Phone, email no answer and package still not delivered .. bad company ...

Our Thystoys trampoline needs a new protective edge for safety. Called Thystoys if it was in stock. I was told that this trampoline is no longer in production and that there are no edges anymore. Asked for an alternative and I had to google! What advice!
