I had purchased a thunderworks shirt for my dog for his birthday. I payed for 2 day shipping on Wednesday to ensure my dog got his birthday gift on his birthday which was Sunday. I got a notification Saturday it would not be delivered till after 8pm Monday night. I called thunderworks and the customer service rep was not able to assist me so she sent me to a managers voicemail, TWO days later i never receive a message and i had to call back myself! I spoke to a manager and told her i would like a little something refunded because i had to go to Fedex myself to pick up my package and Fedex had to find my package in the container with over 400 other packages and for a manager not calling me back! she was so rude! This manager was calling me a lier and proceeded to talk over me not to mention she hangs up the phone on me!!!! NEVER ordering from thunderworks again!
