I cannot believe that Thunder Bay Hydro and Kenora...

I cannot believe that Thunder Bay Hydro and Kenora Hydro having merged, Thunder Bay being the controlling company and we can't keep the lights on in 2019. The excuse for today's outage (Mar. 12/19) was "we don't know what caused it. You know in Spring animals are the big cause of our outages."
Please give us all a break., these lame excuses are growing thin. Protect the transformers properly so the 'animals' can't touch them if that is the case, and get the infrastructure up to date. And to the suggestion of animals in spring, let's look outside our windows right now, 3ft-4ft of snow. March is not spring in Thunder Bay folks . Please also explain the 6 outages we had from January 3rd/19 in less than a week and a half in the Red River Rd and Clarkson area. I do not remember this many outages since I moved here in 1980 up to 2015 and we have had ice storms and the lights were still on, and now all of a sudden with 2 hydro companies under one roof we can't even keep the lights on during a still, sunny day. SMH.
You folks boast of 127 something in staff, what are they doing? Let's get this stuff up to snuff. Cut the trees far enough away so when they fall they don't hit the wires. Our winters, especially, are not a good time to be without heat, and other necessities such as medical equipment and such in some of our homes. If you guys can't do it, maybe it's time we supply our own hydro and shut you guys off.
Let us not forget the citizens of Thunder Bay, and Kenora now, own Synergy North. This company is run by these City Corporations . Maybe it is time to start putting pressure on City Hall to look into this.
