Terrible...long wait times, not reasonable

Confusing criteria to submit final grades and payment proof. I feel like it was way overcomplicated...I enrolled for direct deposit and they still said it would take several weeks to receive my tuition reimbursement. Even though everything had been approved and accounted for. I'm very upset and wish my employer would use a different company for our tuition reimbursement program...
Also I sat on hold for a very long time every time I called asking for clarification.

Do the job

Do what is expected, send in receipts and the send me a check.....

They're hot garbage. Poor support, barely functioning website, and they don't even know their customers' own policies and deny applications for the wrong reasons to make you resubmit it again. I've submitted several complaints to my firm's contract officer about them. They are a disgrace. Do NOT hire them to serve your company.

Edcor is a cheapest-in-class option. Although they perform an important service that many have benefited from, they are competitive because
of - or rather, despite - cutting a lot of corners that people have come to expect from modern service applications: an intuitive and fast user interface (it's slow and confusing), a trouble ticket system (every communication is a completely new conversation), and email communications (you have to call and talk to an actual human... in 2020). It's hard to make a $4000/yr education benefit feel cheap, but Edcor manages to do so.
