Thrive Power Yoga Palm Beach is my home away from home. The studio has created a safe and welcoming community where yogis can practice freely without judgement. All the instructors and classes are incredible. Highly recommend this studio to new, in between and/or veteran yogis.
Best studio in town! It s clean, beautiful, and has a more luxury feel than granola-y or gymish types of studios (Nothing against them, I love granola lol and weight train at an actual gym). But thrive is like a white truffle amongst a sea of still very nice mushrooms in this area. Christina Woodard is a wonderful instructor :)

Love this studio! The instructors are amazing and the studio is always clean and warmed to just the right temperature. At the end of each class, the hand out or place a cold cloth with essential oils on your forehead - my new favorite way to end a hot yoga session! I attend 5 times a week and I appreciate the early morning options.

I ve been practicing at Thrive for many years and absolutely love it! I enjoy all the different styles of all the various teachers as well as the freedom to ramp up or ramp down my practice during any level class depending on how I feel. Highly recommend for any level male or female!

Great place. Teachers are into their craft. You can feel their love of yoga. They are amazing, happy, talented. Dancer bodies. Lean and strong. This practice pushes you physically. Its addictive. The studio offers classes all day long so easy to fit into your schedule. The membership is way worth the value offered. They have 1st time intro offer for $49 unlimited all month. I gifted 2 intro memberships for Christmas which worked out great because then I got work out buddys! They have 2 showers, hair dryer, shampoo/ conditioner and anything you can possibly need to get ready real quick for your next appointment or to return to work. This is one of the closest yoga studios if you live in the north Loxahatchee/ acreage area.
I didn t think that yoga was for me until my sister, who was visiting from Ohio, MADE me come with her to Thrive Power Yoga. It is the very BEST thing I have done for myself! The instructors are friendly, highly skilled and welcoming. I love the therapeutic infrared heat. When I m finished with class, I feel so clear minded, energized and happy all around! I've been a member of Bodhi Hot Yoga for over 18 months. From the moment I walked in I new that this studio was perfect for me. Not just for my physical well being but my spiritual well being too. All the teachers offer a slightly different & wonderful aspect of what I need in my yoga practice & inner being. Each class is taught for all levels from the 1st class as a beginner, as my practice has evolved and for advanced students & practicing yoga teachers. The owners are professional business owners, friendly, helpful & encouraging instructors. I am so glad that I found, Bodhi Hot Yoga & have meet wonderful people & friends there. I absolutely love this studio! All of the instructors are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had never tried yoga before coming to this studio and now I m hooked! I drive over 30 minutes to their classes after work because I want to go to Thrive and not any of the more convenient classes. The facilities are great too. Go join Thrive!
I am not a "video" person but doing the live stream was second best to being in the studio and didn't feel like just a video. I think it helped to know that they were doing the workout too.
Wonderful facility, amazingly friendly staff and the teacher was very beginner friendly even though it was an advanced class ! Highly recommend!

Vinyasa practice challenges coordination of breath, mental focus, balance, strength and flexibility. The instructor's cues are clear with concentration on correct traditional Hatha yoga alignment. Thrive is a community, a family of yogis from all walks of life. There are helpful workshops for concentration on particular areas of practice. There is joy and commitment here. It will change your life for the better.
I absolutely love Thrive. The studio is beautiful, exceptionally clean and well maintained, and all the teachers I ve taken class with are so amazing. I ve taken classes and also attended workshops here. I don t practice often, but I always feel welcome in class, and accomplished afterwards. Highly recommend!

Beautiful studio with a great vibe! The class was not over crowded and the teacher had an amazing sequence that had the perfect mixture of intensity/stretching/challenge but also was very relaxing!

The staff was extremely welcoming, encouraging and helpful which made me comfortable and motivated to get better in my practice. Spacious room, fun lighting. Nice changing area and shower. Pleasant surroundings and terrific workout. Challenging and plenty of sweat, but just what I needed. Quality class, well trained, experienced teacher. Nice flow, focused on strength and toning. A must try for new people, and leaves you waiting for next time if you have a membership!
Thrive offers both warm and HOT classes, amazing teachers and a convenient location. Really large lovely space and cute clothing...and if you have young ones, childcare!! That's a fantastic twist. Loving Thrive, check it out!

Nice studio. I like the aura of the place, it keeps me motivated to practice yoga more often. The studio is one of the reasons why I enjoy doing yoga no matter how hard some of the sequences are.

Thrive is perfect for beginners and advanced students. All of the teachers are amazing! Classes are fun and the flows are constantly being changed up, which I love. I have been taking yoga classes there for 3 months now and every time I go I like it more and more.
I'm new to yoga and absolutely loved my first class! The teacher was very sweet and made sure I felt comfortable when I checked in and during class. It was a great workout, but relaxing at the same time. Very nice studio, too. I'll definitely be back!

I'm hooked! I have been looking for a home studio for a while now. Their space is beautiful and the girls and guys that run the classes and studio were so welcoming and helpful to my practice. I did the intro promo that Thrive Power Yoga in PBG offered unlimited classes for the whole month for $49. Totally worth it if you are looking around. I just signed back up for another unlimited month!! They have showers and towels to rent too. If you need anything they have it. Oh and Mamas they have child care. Thrive has been my home studio for over 6 years. Post Covid, I'm continually blown away by the responsiveness, dedication, and innovation of the owners, directors, staff and teachers that keep the studio safe for yogis to practice in-studio, and keep the practice and information flowing and accessible to anyone practicing offsite. Live virtual classes, workshops and the online class library supplement and elevate in-studio practicing. I'm so grateful for this space, and Thrive's unwavering dedication to share yoga within our community.
Thrive is definitely the best yoga studio in Palm Beach County! After relocating to FL in 2017 I dropped in to all the yoga studios I could find around me until I found myself at Thrive. I was immediately impressed in comparison to all the other studios I had been practicing at. Not only are the instructors incredibly easy to follow with their concise descriptions of the poses you should be getting into, they are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Do not hesitate to check out this studio, you will not regret it!
Awesome studio! Very clean, incredible instructors, and I love that there is different class levels available to challenge you to get better! I also love that they have workshops available throughout the year to improve your skill set and deepen your practice. The instructors take time to help each student and they are very knowledgeable and experienced. I've been going with a small group of friends for over 6 years now and we LOVE it! This yoga studio is amazing. Their online teaching has brought me to a new level in my practice because they are so educated on how to explain movement of the human body. Every teacher that works here is so gifted and also teaches in a unique and different way. I love each and every class I take here. My friend brought me to Bodhi Hot Yoga when I visited her place. We went there twice when I was in the area and I really love the studio. Jennifer was very nice and gave me a warm welcome when my friend told her I was there for a short vacation. So, anyone in Palm Beach Gardens, Bodhi Hot Yoga is strongly recommended!
Thrive is the best yoga studio I have found! The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable and teach to all yogi levels. The atmosphere is welcoming and they have child care for the yoga moms! I drive over 45 minutes to take Katie's class and always leave feeling happy and challenged!
