Love this studio! The instructors are amazing and the studio is always clean and warmed to just the right temperature. At the end of each class, the hand out or place a cold cloth with essential oils on your forehead - my new favorite way to end a hot yoga session! I attend 5 times a week and I appreciate the early morning options.
