When we checked in to the Three Stallion Inn, my husband asked when the pub was open and she replied with a snide attitude saying it's not open to the public. It seemes the website is misleading and the Pub is not available for their guests. The only reason I gave them three stars and not less is because they offer gluten free options among the breakfast.

I've stayed at the Three Stallion Inn many times over the years. Our entire family loves it there--the lovely inn and rooms, the delicious food, the cross country skiing, snowshoeing in winter. It's an especially beautiful spot. We've also enjoyed hiking in fall and summer.

We stayed only one night but it didn't take that long to realize that this place does everything right. All of the facilities are attractive, well maintained and spotless. Our room was large, tastefully decorated with nice views, a screened-in porch and very comfortable beds and linens. Dinner was excellent and at under $100 including wine for a family of four, a great value. The friendly and service-oriented staff makes you feel welcome.

If we find ourselves in northern Vermont again, we will certainly be back!

Three stallions was a B&B my wife found for a motor trip up through VT two Summers ago with our two girls. This was a great stop, with great accommodation, food, a terrific swimming pool, and gorgeous surroundings. The history of the place was a plus for the horse lover in the crowd. Comfortable rooms and amenities, delicious dining with quite decent portioning (neither too little or much). In all, not a disappointing moment.

We hosted our daughter's wedding at Three Stallion a month ago. I can't say enough good things about Willy and his team. Everything was perfect. Willy accommodated every request, whether it was about the ceremony logistics, revisions to the menu, decorations, sound system - and he does it with attention to detail, professionalism and charisma. I wish we could repeat the day. If you're looking for a wedding venue, this is the place and Willy made our weekend magical and spectacular. He's a real gem!

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. Everything, and I mean everything was perfect. The room was quaint, well decorated, with a great view. The continental breakfast was the most extensive I have ever seen. It had everything! Even maple syrup...cuz its Vermont...and I'm pretty sure its mandated by law. Any way, we will remember it always. The hiking was spectacular, the staff was spectacular. Maybe I'm overly positive because it was my honeymoon...nahw!
