We are very happy with our car, we reviewed the ratings prior to going and was excited to see such great reviews, it provided us confidence. Our first experience with the associate (Sonia) was great, she was quite nice, knowledgable. Though at pick up, we dealt with another, (Afsheen) we felt rushed, no review of the car and conditions of purchase not addressed or completed. At time of purchase they noted car will be detailed, clean, granted it was winter, car not cleaned inside. The car was on E at test drive, we noted this at time of offer, they advised us we had to pay for the gas, so we did. Though at pick up it did not have the gas in it. (They did refund the money though imagine picking up a car and heading right to the gas station as it was on E). We were told we would get SiriusXM for three months, never told how it would work, associate left and while getting ready to go we noticed so went back in for details. We were committed a copy of the final inspection report, it was to be emailed to us, it never came, its been three weeks since we purchased the car. On the weekend I called as the owners manual that we did have at time of test drive was not in the car, we didn't think to look at time of pick up. We called Saturday and it's Tuesday no call back. I can appreciate you sell many cars, and you will continue to do so, though the experience is important to keep coming back and for referrals. I would say we felt disappointed with the experience and will not return, get our car serviced or refer friends and family. I honestly felt like a number, and even though the car is super nice, the experience after is not acceptable.
