We just recently moved to Canada and a lot of dealerships were telling us that it is almost impossible for a newcomer with no credit score to be able to finance a car. However at the Hyundai Thornhill, we met Tara Fallah and while being realistic about the hardships of being a newcomer and getting a car, she was also optimistic and helped us in every way to be able to buy a car. My mom and I are very glad that we met Tara, she is very friendly, polite, and sweet and she did as much as she could to help us out. She is truly one of the best workers there! Thank you Tara for everything you did for us, we love the car and hope to see you again!
We also met Cam Cherry who was very friendly, patient, and understanding and helped us out so much with the financing of the car and giving us advice on options that might be better.
I highly recommend going to Tara and Cam if you visit Hyundai Thornhill! This was by far one the best dealerships we have been to, the team was exceptional, professional and friendly and we can't wait to be back again for another car :)

In at least two occasions I came to this dealer an...

In at least two occasions I came to this dealer and I was not pleased with the services. The customer services agent that I dealt with made remarks that was disrespectful and sarcastic about myself and the vehicle.
I strongly suggest to go through training with the costumer services personnel to avoid this unpleasant experiences when clients like myself needs to services their car.

Great service!
Took my car here when the other Hyundai gave me horrible service and they did great with me. Selar the service representative helped me out and he was very kind. He had my vehicle checked out and with minutes knew the problem. Easy process and they did great with me. Yasser the parts representative helped me get the parts I needed and made sure that they were the right ones. If you need help to get your vehicle fixed or maintained you should go to Selar and Yasser for your needs they will assist you with what you need and make sure that a good job is done!

We needed a 2nd vehicle for our family, and we've been shopping around countless dealerships. From the moment we entered the dealership, we were greeted warmly. The sales reps were non-intrusive and respectful. They gave us space and time to look around. Once we were ready to speak, they took great care of us.

Afseen helped us find the right car for a ridiculous price! She was very knowledgeable, personable, friendly and very down-to-earth. She got right to the point and did not beat around the bush. She gave us a great discount on the vehicle and winter tires.

Michael finalized our deal and the process was clear, concise and pleasant. There was no pressure to buy anything extra that we didn't need.

They also provided us a loaner car until we pick up the vehicle next week! My wife and I were extremely pleased with the customer service and we will definitely be recommending Thornhill Hyundai to all of our friends!

Thanks Afseen and Michael! You guys rock.

I had the pleasure of meeting Tara at Thornhill Hyundai Car lot. I came in to look at a civic for a second vehicle. She made sure to ask me what I wanted in a vehicle and what I needed in a vehicle. She took the time to show me multiple cars that were in my budget so I was able to grasp the differences between models in relation to the year of manufacture. She is amazing at her job. She made me feel comfortable, there was absolutely no pressure. If you are in the market for a new-to-you vehicle, I truly recommend Tara. Her beautiful personality really gives you that needed rapport when making such a large purchase.

I had service at this dealership for 2 years witho...

I had service at this dealership for 2 years without an issue but will not be returning ever again because of gross incompetence by the service techs. On 3 consecutive occasions they failed to pull my tires from storage so they could be installed on time. The first two times this happened, no one notified my until I came back to the dealership to pick up my car and did nothing to help until I complained. Each time this happened I was told the week before that my tires were ready to be installed yet mistakes consistently delayed my service and forced me come back multiple times for a simple tire change. I've lodged complaints with the general manager, service manager, and Hyundai Canada -- none have commented or tried to retain my business. They do not seem to care about customer service or retention.

In sum: Service was appalling, staff were frequently unhelpful and inconsiderate and did not respect my time. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I gave them three chances and they screwed them all up. I am no longer a customer here and will not be returning.

I am more than pleased with the experience that I had at Thornhill Hyundai.

The contact with the sales person was reciprocated immediately, and the service provided by the Internet Sales Manager, Afsheen, was exceptional. Michael, in the financing department, was very accommodating and did everything that he could to secure me a great financing rate, and made sure that I was kept in the loop at all times. Both Afsheen, and Michael, provided me with the means to contact them, day or night, and the General Manager, Greg, went above and beyond in efforts to assist during negotiations.

I recommend that everyone go to Thornhill Hyundai if looking to purchase a vehicle - it is rare to find a dealership that cares this much about its prospective clients.

I told hyundai about this and they were very nice about it n book me an appointment.
I took the car in Adam and Davis came out and explained what could be the problem and showed me what the problem was with a multimeter.
They were very generous and gave me a nice price on the new battery.
Now the car's running normal again.

They will fight against you for every warranty repair until you give up. They're more expensive than a few other Hyundai dealerships I've been to (for both service and sales). I had my car detailed here because I was already having it serviced, and their detailing package was $120, but the SAME package is only $70 at Agincourt Hyundai (so show them the price on the website and they'll match it).

I recently started the adventure of buying a new car. I went to multiple dealerships and found Marc (sales manager) to be one of the most helpful and honest people at any dealership from any brand. He asked us what we were looking for and how we would use the vehicle and made us realize we likely didn't need the highest model but the second highest would suit us perfectly. In a world of trying to get every penny out of you, it was refreshing. He was a DREAM to deal with. I cannot say enough good things. Anyone looking to buy a Hyundai should go talk to Marc. We are very happy with our car, we reviewed the ratings prior to going and was excited to see such great reviews, it provided us confidence. Our first experience with the associate (Sonia) was great, she was quite nice, knowledgable. Though at pick up, we dealt with another, (Afsheen) we felt rushed, no review of the car and conditions of purchase not addressed or completed. At time of purchase they noted car will be detailed, clean, granted it was winter, car not cleaned inside. The car was on E at test drive, we noted this at time of offer, they advised us we had to pay for the gas, so we did. Though at pick up it did not have the gas in it. (They did refund the money though imagine picking up a car and heading right to the gas station as it was on E). We were told we would get SiriusXM for three months, never told how it would work, associate left and while getting ready to go we noticed so went back in for details. We were committed a copy of the final inspection report, it was to be emailed to us, it never came, its been three weeks since we purchased the car. On the weekend I called as the owners manual that we did have at time of test drive was not in the car, we didn't think to look at time of pick up. We called Saturday and it's Tuesday no call back. I can appreciate you sell many cars, and you will continue to do so, though the experience is important to keep coming back and for referrals. I would say we felt disappointed with the experience and will not return, get our car serviced or refer friends and family. I honestly felt like a number, and even though the car is super nice, the experience after is not acceptable.

I can't say enough good things about my whole experience with Thornhill Hyundai. I walked into this dealership after I was treated poorly at another Hyundai dealership, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but Sonia and Osman made sure to do everything to make the experience a great one for me. They were both super friendly, patient and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my Hyundai Kona and my payment plan. Sonia even messaged me a few days after I got my car to see how I liked the drive and if I had any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Thornhill Hyundai to everyone who wants to have first-class customer service. Thank you Sonia and Osman. You did a wonderful job. :)

Greg, GM (General Manager of the dealership) can't run his team to fix customer communications; commitments made by email, (and in person) and still no results!

My father purchased the car in June 2011, ownership transferred to me in Jan 2012, they have MY name/address in 'their system'.. i have occasionally gone for service but find them mediocre. I asked them in 2012 to remove his contact info....

>>> MY DAD DIED in 2013.... I went again into the dealership and requested that his name be removed from the file... more than once... what's wrong with the CRM internal computer systems?

>>> FEB 2016: After complaining about the letter for my dad's birthday, a staff person emailed me and copied Greg, the GM. "I have updated your information with Hyundai Canada, as well as in both of our internal systems to make the change going forward."

The services were good and the advisors (Mimi and Larry) were very helpful. The only issue I had recently was the shuttle ride not cover my work place. It was one and half block away from the boundary.

brought my car in for a large fix. Over paid because mechanic didn't know how to install engine that we discussed before hand. PROMISED a loner because it's a big job. 5 months QUALITY CAR RENTAL calls and demands I pay. Quality rental charges my credit card. NEVER AUTHORIZED THIS TRANSACTION. THEY COMMIT FRAUD.

Will never buy Hyundai again and will tell all my clients to stay away. Horrible and completely unacceptable. Unprofessional and dishonest

Though we had not shopped around, and were not intending on buying a new car that day, we stopped in at the dealership just to take a look, and ended up buying a Venue on the spot. We were well taken care of by Mohsin, who gave us a fair price for our Acura trade-in, and threw in a number of accessories. No negotiation was needed, as he gave us items before we could ask for them. The only negative experience we had, related to an item that was on backorder, and was going to take a long time to receive. Luckily, Mohsin stepped up and found us a part, delivered it to our home, and installed it.

One word, AWFUL. Made customer waited 2hrs for pick a car. I didn't know that takes that long. Relationship manager told us he will get someone help him, it will be faster. End up he didn't ask any one for help, we have go to reception to make complaints to get someone else. It was just ridiculous, unacceptable service.

Just picked up my new Santa Fe 2.0T, couldn't be more pleased with my whole guest experience from beginning to the final delivery of my Santa Fe, everything that was discussed and promised by Greg Carrasco was fulfilled and met to my expectations. bought demo model Elantra which had break issues. It took 4 visits to make them realize its a Legit Problem and I am not making up things. These people gave me loaner and it took them 2 weeks to fix car. Well guess what the problem came back after 4 months and now the ca is out of warrenty and I have to pay for Rotors, Brakes, Drums which were supposed to be fixed in the first visit...So what did you fix 4 months back? Avoid this Dealership for any service jobs.

Initial sales experience was fairly positive but unfortunately that sales guy has since left this dealership. It's really salesperson-dependent. The sales and finance managers are just snakes though. Sales manager told me he was giving me the same deal as someone else I knew who bought the same car. What the manager didn't know is that I knew what deal he had given to the other person, and that he was trying to squeeze me for an extra $500. Finance manager will give you the usual hard sales tactics to get you to buy the extended warranties (this was such a ripoff) and other coverages/protection packages, with the occasional lie thrown in. Service dept used to be ok but the techs that are still there just don't seem to care anymore.

Before I got my car - excellent customer service. The moment I walked out of the dealership with my key and would try to follow up with questions and appointments, worst customer service ever. As I am a new owner of a car you d expect I d have questions. They ignore calls and keep you on hold for hours. It s terrible to try to get a service appt. Parts department workers are rude. I tried to switch dealerships but they don t let me as im tied to a lease. I was going to refer clients as I m at an age where everyone is purchasing a vehicle and get a new lease with them in 4 years but now I ll just go else where. Not the type of service I d expect from an establishment such as this. The owner told me I would be taken care of when I was paying for the down payment of my lease but I m not. Also, when I got my car there was sap on it and I didn t know until my detailer came the next day to clean my car. I don t live in the forest lol.....
