Pleasant shop. Skilled staff and also suitable for tall people with long arms.

Bought a wedding suit with my father a month ago. We were nicely helped by a middle-aged woman. We bought a nice 3 piece suit.

Now comes the lesser ..
The day we picked up the package.
We were helped by a gentleman from the Gentlemen. He asked my name to my father, who gave me my last name. He was unable to find my suit within 1 minute and became stressed.
After we told the color he came up with a suit that contained another name. Namely my first name. Sir did not like this. He was very precise in this and thought we could not be less. The atmosphere was ruined right away. This the day I happily came to get my wedding suit.
Then to the dressing rooms to see if everything was to your liking ... while we were escorted to the dressing rooms, Mr. suddenly walked over to another customer. Once my suit was on, mister was busy with others.

In short ... a nice purchase from Ms, a nasty handling from Mister.

Have a tailor-made suit for the wedding of my sister here in the summer. Was well helped, good choice, delivery was fast and fit perfectly. Very happy with this because I now also wear this tailored suit for my work.

I got my first job and needed a few suits, trousers and neat shirts. I just had no idea what size I had or what is important when buying a suit. Just outside the station I came across this store; it's the only store I've been in that afternoon, because I've been perfectly helped and came out with clothes that I'm still very happy with. How wonderfully helped, looking for a suit for my father. Where there were some bored responses to other things, we were really super helped here and my father is totally happy with his new suit. Well-informed staff and a broad inventory clearly make the difference here.

I thought I buy an expensive pants quality. This torn between my legs in two months. Then I was told that this can absolutely not be reimbursed at the supplier and that it can be due to how I wear the pants. Did receive a nice discount on a new pair of pants. Unfortunately, this is not long gone. I do not feel like going by anymore and would like to leave it here.

Today on 11-1-2020 I enter the store for a nice shirt. I needed one shirt so it was unnecessary for me to buy three right away. I am advised to look in the back of the case. One shirt there was 25 euros. I thought that was a good deal. I ask the boy in the back if the sizes match the size that I wear. That was all right. I became curious about another shirt. The sizes were all mixed together. I asked the boy if he knew if my mate was somewhere in between. Then I immediately received a smart answer. In other words, whether I was allowed to view it. A female colleague picked this up and indicated that the black shirt that I picked up there was for poor stores. In other words: her colleague gave me advice that made no sense. Eventually try to fit this shirt. The shirt did not fit at all. I also immediately indicated that I found it very annoying how her colleague dealt with me. Then she handed me a nice black shirt. I could combine that with 2 other shirts for 130 euros. She had also unpacked the shirt so that I could fit it. I first wanted to take 2 other shirts and fit them so that I was immediately complete. I had two beautiful shirts in my hand in my size. Apparently I could not fit it immediately according to another seller. The seller gave me two shirts that had the same fit as the two shirts I had taken. Finally he referred me to the fitting room. On the way to the fitting room, another colleague stopped me. He pointed out to me that I was allowed to take max 3 shirts to the fitting room. Then I was really done with it. I handed over everything and indicated that I was fed up. I packed my things and walked past the female colleague and the colleague who indicated that I could take max 3 shirts. Hereby indicated that I was referred to the fitting rooms to fit it by the other colleague. The employee reads the house rules to me while his colleague is not even aware of this. You should mainly focus on the customers. Very unprofessional. Also indicated that I thought the way things were ridiculous. I'll never come here again. What a difference of service compared to 10 years ago. I always liked coming here. Just despicable. Will also share this throughout my network. I do not wish anyone such disrespectful treatment and service. I calmly explain all this, but I was really in all states. Bunch of debiles!

I have walked into this store several times (at least 5 times). So far I have not been warmly received and I have not been well helped, which results in the fact that I am not buying anything. No favor factor towards this store. If people stick together with several staff members instead of walking along when I ask for nice trousers, then my time spent in the store has been too much. Incidentally, I approached a somewhat older lady and another time a younger gentleman, with no good help at both and they did not get involved while they had no other activities.

Bought 2 nice polos today a very nice, helpful lady had helped us but there was also a man who was very uninterested in front of me. It is a pity that such a beautiful and luxurious store retains such employees instead of people who really love fashion. Of course I give ***** for the lady but rather send the man away yesterday than today!

Customer is king (if you behave accordingly)

They have a very clear view of what you want and are very good at color combinations.

So you always go home satisfied with a non-standard color suit, size with something original that you would not think of yourself.

Plus the whole corona hassle, they have stayed open to their customers every day.
For me, that testifies to their loyalty.

There are three pairs in such a 6-pack ..

Friendly staff and non-intrusive, good service if something is not good for it

Today I bought a suit from Thom Broekman, and am very satisfied with that. Madam has helped me a lot with different articles, and I finally went home satisfied. Good service, good quality clothing and very nice staff!

What a shame! No customer in the store, five staff and I am not addressed in 10 minutes! Bad experience, very disappointing!
