Today on 11-1-2020 I enter the store for a nice shirt. I needed one shirt so it was unnecessary for me to buy three right away. I am advised to look in the back of the case. One shirt there was 25 euros. I thought that was a good deal. I ask the boy in the back if the sizes match the size that I wear. That was all right. I became curious about another shirt. The sizes were all mixed together. I asked the boy if he knew if my mate was somewhere in between. Then I immediately received a smart answer. In other words, whether I was allowed to view it. A female colleague picked this up and indicated that the black shirt that I picked up there was for poor stores. In other words: her colleague gave me advice that made no sense. Eventually try to fit this shirt. The shirt did not fit at all. I also immediately indicated that I found it very annoying how her colleague dealt with me. Then she handed me a nice black shirt. I could combine that with 2 other shirts for 130 euros. She had also unpacked the shirt so that I could fit it. I first wanted to take 2 other shirts and fit them so that I was immediately complete. I had two beautiful shirts in my hand in my size. Apparently I could not fit it immediately according to another seller. The seller gave me two shirts that had the same fit as the two shirts I had taken. Finally he referred me to the fitting room. On the way to the fitting room, another colleague stopped me. He pointed out to me that I was allowed to take max 3 shirts to the fitting room. Then I was really done with it. I handed over everything and indicated that I was fed up. I packed my things and walked past the female colleague and the colleague who indicated that I could take max 3 shirts. Hereby indicated that I was referred to the fitting rooms to fit it by the other colleague. The employee reads the house rules to me while his colleague is not even aware of this. You should mainly focus on the customers. Very unprofessional. Also indicated that I thought the way things were ridiculous. I'll never come here again. What a difference of service compared to 10 years ago. I always liked coming here. Just despicable. Will also share this throughout my network. I do not wish anyone such disrespectful treatment and service. I calmly explain all this, but I was really in all states. Bunch of debiles!
