Wait time was unbelievable.. I understand people have different situations but wow .. Would've gave a three if refreshments and doughnuts where served..

Very expensive parking. I was in court for 15 minutes and had to pay 10 DOLLARS. What theft, how they take advantage of people.

Went there to help out a friend to pay a ticket was very fat friendly and courteous

Sheriffs were very polite ...scary place. But they made u comfortable

They have good care with all the people who enter the site, with great respect.

Traffic tkt payment and cancel court date. Safe and quick from parking made ez to covid check security check check in clerk window payment walk back out all within 15 mins give or take a couple. ... Covid ? Or They got it together ? It works ..

What can you not say good about the judicial system and the courts s a place where a lot of things get sorted out is definitely need it is definitely important and I know most people that go in there on the wrong end of the stick probably would like it but it's just one of those things in today's society that's necessary is very professional and safety rant and unless you go in there like I said on the wrong side of the law it's really not a bad place to go to I personally love jury duty

Not a fan of court or dmv appointments but was pleasantly surprised. Fast and easy to visit

Taking care of business while dealing with this virus..they are very organized and are taking all necessary measures to make your visit a fast and safe one.

Alot of walking for the disabled. Terrified of over the road building bridges. Remember going to the Twigg St. Building when a child. Still smells the same. Worry about asbestos and mold in the air. Building needs a redo. Employees were nice and accommodating. Did have clean attended snack area. Clean restrooms.

I go because I have to. So I hate it, but otherwise it's a decent courthouse if you're in need of one.

Not too bad for Clerk's office. Went quickly and they took the proper precautions for the virus. Everything was clean and they also were sanitizing after customers

Court is what it us. Not all outcomes are great. I was with a friend, her outcome could have been a bit better but thats not up to me.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with any type of Circuit Court they don't know what they're doing that couldn't even tell me how to pay them I hope to God you never have to go through this

Car accident on I-4 caused me 2 B late 8 minutes; Bailiff refused 2 even ask Judge & I was willing 2 wait. Had 2 go & fill out additional paperwork upstairs. I'm still waiting 4 new date

What a joke. All mgrs are working from home. Could not see magistrate for misinformation provided and had clerk tell me different procedure. Who do you believe? Court system does not work for the common person who can't afford a attorney. Family law needs overhauled. Judges ruling not entered in final judgment paperwork. Big PITA!!

I was selected for jury duty on a 4 day case. I tried the breakfast in the food court once and it was pretty good. Finding food in a walking distance is made easy with google maps. And you can always ask your bailiff for recommendations. Overall the process was mostly painless and it seemed like there was a dozen friendly security officers everywhere you look who are happy to help you find where you need to be.

My jury service was at this building. The guards and people were all very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the coffee machine was empty so bring your own.

So, so, crowded, it was unbearable!!! The pushing and shuffling, like on a line for food in a school lunch room, or at the Social Sec. Office.

Lines were short. I took a number and was called before i could even walk into the waiting room. Fast service i was able to get my driving record with in minutes.

Due the pandemic there was hardly no wait time to pay for my traffic ticket something positive from the pandemic!
And I went at 12 p.m.

Loved the judge and the way he decorated his courtroom for Chrisrmas.

Dont ever want to go there. If you do, probably not good

How do you rate the court house??? What kind of question is that? Way too broad!

Easy parking, good process as long as you follow the process. Make an appointment online, you will go security just like the airport, so plan accordingly. And you'll then get in and out in like 20 minutes. Eezy-peezy.

nobody could find out why I was supposed to be in court when there was no open courtroom and I got sent back and forth from the clerk office to the judicial office until finally someone in the judicial department was able to stop what she was doing in a busy setting to help me out and I highly recommend that area in the annex building if you need anything

I had a wonderful experience with the help I needed. Everyone there is so friendly and are there to assist you with everything you need and will walk you through all the steps. Thumbs up to all the employees that work there!!

What can I say? This place has been a blessing and a curse in my life. I've gone to court here, I paid tickets here, hell I even went through a civil case here. It's designed very well and there's a number of things you can get done here

I can't give this 5stars cause this place has always scared me and taken the most important things to me away.

This court office has great helpful staff and is very efficient. I was so pleased with work they did for me

Great place to do your civil duty! Be prepared for long lines to get parked, through the building and security, long lines to get parking validated then another long line to turn in your jury summons, best to complete before arriving for jury duty. The court room has limited seating so get there early to be at the front of the many lines. It took me 2 hours and 15 mins to get there and another hour and a half in lines only to be sent home because I wasn't needed. I should be good for another couple of years. Ih and lots of people there for jury duty that do not listen or follow instructions at all!! Before arriving and while they are there. The dress attire is business casual, not sleep wear and athletic attire. Some should be introduced to a brush, comb or pick!! They ought to be ashamed of themselves but hey, showing up for jury duty is half the battle!! Peace out

Due to Covid 19, this by far was my best trip. Got in and out in 10 minutes

With everything that has happened in light of this pandemic they were very efficient and got through quickly

Crowed, every where I looked folks was lining the walls. My Attorney & I had a successful day without complication. Very helpful team working with the attorney also was on point.

I don't think anybody LIKES going to downtown Tampa Circuit Court House. But we gotta do what we gotta do. I have had to administer a will through probate, small estate (thank Heaven) which allows a non-attorney to handle without employing an attorney. This is for good reason as small means literally minimal cash in the estate. The good points. All the Florida Statutes and Florida Probate Rules are on line. I am a "student type personality" and with enough interest or with enough stimulating drive, I can pretty much learn anything if given the educational materials. Thus, I have read and studied Probate Process and learned the way the System works with these family matters. My 5 stars go to the Judge who was kind enough, when citing my deficiencies on my original submission, listed the deficiencies with a statement of the exact Florida Statute and/or Florida Probate Rule along with instruction on how to correct. God Bless Her! I was able to go to the exact Statute and study the requirements needed for proof. While the Judge really knows what to tell you and also direct you, please use common sense when filing with the "clerk". All clerks are not alike in their expertise. If you get one that seems to have their personal life bleeding into their professional work ethics, just tell the clerk to put your "number" back into the pool. That you will wait for "another clerk". Bad attitude does affect your filing. Especially when the clerk wants to rearrange and/or eliminate some of your documents. "Clerk" does mean "clerk". They can really mess up your filing of documents. Trust your gut and your research when apprising the capabilities of the "clerk". There are good ones with incredible knowledge and professionalism, and then the others. I have had both and know how to get out of line and wait for one that actually knows what they are doing. Yes, I am very blunt and just speak my mind. Thank God I am in America and we have the Constitution.

My mom went there and it looked good and the people were nice.

The trial was fair and the proper sentence was granted. Thank you.

Had to get paperwork from the clerk if circuit court. Was easy to check in and had no waiting time. The person helping me was very nice and knowledgeable. CDC guidelines definitely in place here from mask requirements to social distancing

Due to the virus there is ample parking and short wait times.

Helpful people to direct you and security is tight. The cafe is run by the blind. The food is delicious, inexpensive, and service is fast!

I came to court....so.just based on that I vote 3 stars. I had to pay a fine for driving on a suspended NY licence. I payed my fine and I am legal. The court was clean and it should be considering how much tax and fine money that gets payed into the system.
