Horrible, horrible, horrible! DO NOT buy into this place. They charged me for months and when i cancelled my services with them, they refused to cover the bills for the times that I was still insured through them! They apparently stopped my services in August, but proceeded to charge me through October.

Most everyone is nice but Nicole is great nice and knows her business, my disappointment is with a claim I filed October 2020 which was approved and have still not received my reimbursement. Really!!
KBA is a Third Party Administrator that processes the health and benefit plans according to the guidelines of the employer companies and insurance carrier clients. I can say with confidence that the business is operated with integrity and is a great place to work for employees!

Worst insurance. I pay so much monthly and now I received a bill always after any consultation. So sad that my company choose this one. I guess that I can't be sick any more on the year. :( I think that as they area a third party they charge you for everything and take advantage of you.
DO NOT buy into this insurance if you have a family. I have never heard of an insurance that puts a cap on the amount of RX coverage you get in a year, I will as soon as I can drop this so called coverage as soon as possible. I have been lied to from the start and for what they charge I expect better I HIGHLY recommend you stay away from this company and buy in else where.
