Very poor experience trying to get any quote for a failure analysis and seemed to have been strung along with out any concern for our company and safety issues we are trying to resolve, many ignored emails with an occasional "we are still interested" or "I didn't get your email can you resend".... almost a month later and still no quote very disappointed and now a month behind looking for someone that can take care of business.
