We had a great day in the thermal bath. Our children had a lot of fun. The gastro was okay but not special. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was heated similarly and the brine content was similar.
We would love to come back. Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the sauna area. We were traveling with children.

Beautifully designed spa, which is suitable for young and old. There is a children's slide and three large slides. The slides are well looked after and supervised by staff. At the free fall tower, even my son (3 years old) was allowed to stand at the security agency and follow my slide ride on the screen. The different pools are differently warm and lovingly designed. The service staff met us very friendly and the snack was absolutely our expectations. We (family with 2 young children, my brother and mother) could not find any negative things about this spa. Surely we will visit this spa soon.

Great spa! Great sauna area.

Great spa! Great sauna area.
One point deduction:
The lanyard system is unfortunately very outdated and the key is easy to lose, no chip payment possible, you always have to have cash or cards (credit, EC, ..) with you.

I wanted to use the sports pool in accordance with the purpose. So for sporty swimming. That was never possible. Either the diving tower was open or the climbing wall. The rest of the basin was blocked by floating non-swimmers. For that I ate a delicious soup for 4.10 . Oh yes, you know what excites me

Great thermal bath worth a visit every time!

Great thermal bath worth a visit every time!
Thanks to the Flachau Card, prices are also very pleasant, 17.10 for 4 hours.

Before visiting, you should check the occupancy display on the website due to Covid-19. In my opinion, the utilization display could be graded much more precisely (instead of 50%, 51%, etc.) and enriched with better data.

I expected more, maybe too much. Facility is rather outdated. Was in many thermal baths in Austria, but this is at the back. But still better than nothing. You don't always have to have the best, although the price isn't too low.

Nice thermal bath with warm brine pools. It was really quiet in the morning. After lunch, several school classes or groups of children and young people came every half hour. It was over with relaxation. Food was good with a large selection. We didn't visit the sauna.

A very nice spa in wheel base (Austria). There is a wave pool, a large outdoor pool with various water masses, three really good slides, swimming pool, a water climbing wall, children's pool and a hot pool. In addition, a small restaurant with direct access from the spa. Ample parking is available. Highly frequented on weekends.

Unfortunately overfull on this day. Otherwise very nice sauna area with good infusions. The bathing area is more suitable for families; You will not find peace here. The access system should be renewed: no chip system with which you can book also consumptions but old-fashioned with key and extra bracelet for the sauna access.

Great thermal bath, offers everything you need. Ticket prices okay, restaurant also good and varied. In the main season or on rainy days it is of course quickly used to capacity, but understandable.

There are too many people admitted. There is no chance of a seat at 11:30 but the ticket office does not mention it. There are still lots of new guests coming in and everywhere people are wandering around who can not get seats. Not recommended.

Disaster high 47!

Disaster high 47!
Worst thermal spa experience of my life! The thermal bath was overrun with visitors, there were no free lockers, not a single free couch! As buyers of four adult tickets we should have four lockers at our disposal, with difficulty it was possible to get a working one! Then when I pointed out to an employee of my broken locker, she just turned around and went somewhere else instead of helping me!

Visited the spa yesterday for the first time.

Visited the spa yesterday for the first time.
I am very disappointed. It is normal for a bit of lint to be on the floor - but not tufts of hair, cotton swabs, wet handkerchiefs on the edge of the pool, patches and other indefinable things. Employees simply turn the dirt on the wall and let it lie. The bathroom was extremely overcrowded. The waiting time for the changing rooms is around 15 minutes.
Once again I will not visit the spa and recommend it not.

It is very crowded there and it pays to buy a ticket to the sauna world Although you have to be naked but there is one outdoor pool where you have to be naked too but there is a lot of empty otherwise in the normal zone is a lot too good you have artificial waves and there is a water slide called kamikaze and there is such a loping but I would not recommend going to it because it is really brutal there you completely sink into the ground and you go terribly awfully awfully fast and you just do the loping and I'm there hit Well it will be about everything So it probably Visit I recommend it

A stay in the thermal baths is always recommended if the peak times such as B. Christmas holidays or weekends can be avoided. Personally, the ban on cell phones bothers me enormously, because I would like to listen to music or just relax and surf the net
In other spas, the cell phone is allowed if the camera is taped. That would certainly be worth considering to dispense appropriate glue at the cash desk.
Saunas are poorly ventilated before infusion. You always have to open windows and doors yourself.
I can't judge the bathing area because I only use the sauna.
Too bad that there is no ticket for the sauna area only

I was there with my class. It is very nice and quiet. I also slipped the three slides with my students. Of course, the top loop is not for the faint of heart, but it is by far the best. The other slide has a funnel installed. Just because of this slide is worth the visit. The thermal area is beautiful, of course.

Great thermal bath with great slides. There is a loop slide with a flap start and a funnel slide. There is also a wave pool and a diving platform. It's expensive, but with the SalzburgCard you can get in for free.

The spa operators and the mayor are against the EU...

The spa operators and the mayor are against the EU equality law of EU citizens and have a class society Tik. The police punish the car park during operating hours larger cars, vans, cars with trailers, trucks or RVs, which are larger than the car parking and parking on the not fully occupied bus parking. The management of the spa sees the unjust and arbitrary wrong decisions of the sheriffs of this "wannabe city" inactive. The mayor (village sheriff) shows unsuspecting and tries these wrong decisions with unanswered and amateurishly unobjective explanations to go out of the way. The best indication is to plan a major detour around this spa and this city and to honor friendly hosts in the area. Nice holiday and good rest - but not in Altenmarkt, because they do not need our EURO. In the German border area at the spas for such mobile guests, suitable larger parking spaces are available or are there all customers regardless of the size of the mobile subset welcome and are not punished by the local police.

Pleasant swimming pool close to the center of Wagrain, with lots of fun for children, complete facilities and absolute cleanliness. Possibility to rent a parasol for 2 euros per day, which you should definitely use.

Medium sized sauna, very well maintained and in a modern, attractive condition. Several saunas of different temperature ranges inside and outside. Nice and heated outdoor pool in the sauna area. Steam bath, massage, infrared cabin, cold water sink etc. everything available. Infusion variety.
Food in the restaurant was also very good (I had tortellini). Recommended.
