Stone saunas, mostly dry Finnish saunas. Frequent sauna rituals.
Catastrophe! Not very clean, KAUM cabins, pool and landscape in the bathroom completely exaggerated on the Internet! Behind the pool in the outdoor area is old stuff around ... Terrible bathroom and never a spa!
Super thermal baths! Small but nice, good atmosphere, not for people who want to be quiet.
The best thermal bath around Altenmarkt. Super clean, great facilities and ample parking - even for motorhomes!
Beautiful sauna area and otherwise a small top spa!
We were here on a Sunday at noon.
... incredibly crowded and there were many more. Unfortunately, there are too few changing rooms available for this rush, so the guests had to change in the hallways at the lockers. I've never experienced it like this before.
This spa has many baths with various small highlights (for example: jump towers, etc.), Also great slides.
The staff is motivated and very nice.
But moving in the corridor, with constant physical contact, of people walking through the corridors, is very special.
A must on your annual ski vacation. There is something for everyone here and relaxation is still possible even when the sauna area is full. For the children, the slides and the program are a hit, the restaurant unbeatably good with top quality at absolutely fair prices.
Very cool place. An obligatory place for our visit when traveling to Austria. Been here already 10 times and not annoying. Nice price, everything is convenient. Cool outdoor pool, especially in winter, you can run out into the snow. Good water slides.
I was there apres ski on November 21 and 23, 2017. I have also been there twice in January and I would love to come back. The theme infusions are carried out professionally and with humor. I also like to go to the restaurant there.
I will gladly come again.
Badepersonal acted unprofessional (played only with smartphone), reacted very rude and irritated to the bathers.
Instead of going to the restaurant, I would recommend any future visitor to take their own snack. The capacity of this "restaurant" is a meanness, as you have very few tables available and waiting for a free table for half an eternity.
As if that was not enough: If you finally got a seat, you wait for 5 pieces. Chicken nuggets with fries say and write 1.5 hours - and that at 14:00 when the biggest onslaught is even over.
How to do business ...
Ideal with toddlers. You can borrow a stroller and in the quiet room even travel cots are aufgestefft.
Very nice Aqua park with lots of attractions for children and adults and even better sauna center.
Too loud ... bad information regarding discounts. I really liked the sauna area. There a lot of variety and offers ...
I never thought I would have to give such a bad review. I am disappointed with myself that I choose a place where one would like to give 0 stars.
Completely wrongly built for rest and relaxation. There is only one large lounge area in the sauna area. Passage room, very, very noisy due to the water basin in the same room, crockery rattling, no retreat, ancient uncomfortable deck chairs (not flat) 0 luxury. No rest rooms.
Really great - the sauna bistro is also directly in this room without any demarcation, i.e. At noon you can enjoy the smell of frying for about 3 hours.
No showers right next to the outdoor saunas, only a central shower facility (no canopy).
Furthermore: Reading on the cell phone is prohibited. Why? Inexplicable, you are only spoken to in an unpleasant manner by the staff. Several other guests too. Never experienced in any other thermal bath.
Water temperature supposedly 32 degrees .. unfortunately no thermometer, but rather 27-28, much too cold.
In the indoor pool for the outdoor pool no way through, everything full of small children (the children's pool probably too cold?)
Everything else as well, payment only with money directly, not with the wristbands as usual, paper tapes for the sauna that dissolve in the water and stick to the arm hair ?!
No hairdryers for your hands, just blow them from above - have fun with long hair.
In general, everything is very tight and crowded - and that with Covid19, how does the thermal bath have to feel without corona regulators?
Worst thermal bath I have ever been to (of about 20 visited).
The only plus - a touch cheaper than the rest in Austria. Unfortunately just not worth a cent.
Great offer for the whole family, even for a few hours! We'll be back soon!
The bathroom is nice, very noteworthy are the slides and the climbing wall above the sports pool as well as the canteen. the laser show can be safely saved. Another major negative is a missing student discounts if there is even a 55+ discount here. Show me the student who has more money than a 55 year old (most likely still working these days). that is changed, then this spa would get 5 *
Beautiful spa with indoor and outdoor pools. Games for kids such as slides and wave pool. Onsite restaurant and bar co affordable prices. Ample external parking and the cost is very cheap for a whole day. Clean and comfortable structure. Absolutely to try.
My opinion on the sauna area. The saunas themselves are generously designed. The sauna garden is also very beautiful and designed with love. Now for the negative. Everyone is allowed in, even a toddler in the sauna area ?? Other spas are consistent here and only allow saunas from the age of 16. The restaurant was overcrowded on Sunday, operation alone was completely overwhelmed. Prices in the restaurant too high, quality unfortunately rather average.
We have been to the Amade for the umpteenth time ... and every time it was just great! There is enough fun for my little one, he can move very freely and looks forward to it every time! They come from the Spittal area and are happy to accept the toll ... this thermal bath is highly recommended for families ...!
Great for a rainy day
3 slides - only 1 suitable for children, only blue
Very dangerous yellow - many hit the funnel quickly
In the thermal bath of cleanliness everything fits, but unfortunately it is just too hot even for a baby .... Unfortunately, the looping slide did not open all day but only a few minutes .....
Super thermal bath. Child-friendly, low prices and great slides.
For a quick visit to relax ok. Not a full thermal bath. Everything was clean.
Nice and large sauna, cool slides, relatively small indoor pool, but huge outdoor area, wave pool and hot water relaxation pool. Full house in the holiday seasons. Expensive if you don't have a guest card.
Loungers can become scarce.
Sauna with a lot of infusions / applications.
Unfortunately, babies are also taken to the sauna area.
If you found it informative, I would be happy about a "like"
If you are looking for recreation is wrong here, is an adventure spa.
Expected more for the price
Little changing clothes.
Beautiful Saunerbereich otherwise a little bit.
The 3m jump turn was not opened.
Cool climbing wall for kids.
In bad weather very crowded.
The thermal baths had a lot to offer.
It had three slides, wave pools, several relaxation pools, a sports pool, outdoor pool and sauna (not in use).
We enjoyed it there very much. It was never boring, and the staff there were friendly.
Expensive and very, very busy on rainy days. But otherwise great fun for the whole family. I would also like the funnel slide here in the north
The entry for season ticket holders would have to be organized differently so that you don't have to queue at the cash desk every time, even though you've already paid.
The management approves that all beach chairs may be occupied throughout the day. Also in the sauna and relaxation area.
... lowest level.
Beautiful on the outside, flair of the 80s on the inside (cheap wholesale tiles) paired with tasteless romantic huts - a bit expensive
I can only recommend it. Everything you need, friendly, clean, very good food
Not up to the rush of visitors.
I was today - admittedly on a Sunday and in rainy weather - from 12:00 - 16:00 with our son in the swimming pool.
A queue of 15 m had already formed at the entrance. After 10 min. Waiting time we came in. It was at least pointed out that there would be no free loungers inside - that's exactly how it was. However, we were lucky and after 10 minutes we got two vacancies from a family that was just leaving.
I - and other guests - noticed that there were only 4 (four!) Changing boxes in the entire "changing room" area. At that time there were an estimated 50 people in the area ... So they changed their clothes in front of the numerous cupboards.
The bathroom was really jam-packed. The pool area itself is good, with different pools inside and outside. But only pleasant when about half the people are there.
Wave pool and slides also good for kids.
General cleanliness (despite the flood of people) ok. Showers were occupied at the same time when we left - also here at the limit.
Restaurant simple, burger with fries for 10 on the high end for the quantity and quality. Seats are also in short supply here.
All in all a good thermal bath, but clearly overwhelmed by the flood of guests.
So if you see the warning flags in the entrance area about the availability of loungers on arrival - you better come back another day.
Nice place to spend the rainy days while traveling in Austria
Basically everything is ok, unfortunately the food area with the tables is too small. In my opinion. Staff is friendly and helpful
Bathing area one of the best in Salzburg surroundings. Pure fun for children and adults, as there are perfect slides for children and teenagers, and for adults, there is the sauna area, which is equipped with several beautiful exciting, but also hot saunas!
Long waiting time when eating because there is no seat, too few tables for the number of visitors. Otherwise, it's a nice little spa for families!
Best thermal spa in the area with a huge offer: looping, funnel and normal slide, climbing wall, wave pool and wild water channel; Paradise for children
Therme clean, nice and funny staff, but unfortunately the food is a disaster
Very nice and modern spa. It is relatively small but still a lot is offered. From action-packed slides to relaxation, everything is what your heart desires. The water slides are one of the highlights of what the Therme Amade has to offer. Something like that does not happen often and that's why you should go there. As for the sauna area, every sauna lover will be overwhelmed. It is a true sauna village with a panoramic view. An absolute recommendation. The spa is a must for spa lovers. You will not regret it.
Very crowded for these times ... but under other circumstances a very nice thermal bath ...
We were to 4, 2 adults and 2 half portions; in rainy weather. I mean the spa, without open outdoor area, was already very crowded - there is somehow no recording stop, as you know it from the competition. As the beach chairs were occupied you formed chair circles on the already too little free space. The noise level - extreme. Changing rooms - far too little. The gastro area - too small for these masses can happen, that one stands then with the tray without place. Here was the friendly staff but then we tried to organize a place in the sauna Gastro area. The entrance fee was, in view of what you experienced there, too high.
We were there on a rainy day at 17 o'clock.
The swimming pool was not so crowded and we had a lot of fun.
As the water is pleasantly warm in all pools.
Slip the right one for every courage.
The funnel slide was mega. The warm pools are also cool. My son especially liked the outdoor pool and the strudel outside.
Beautiful swimming pool. Fun slides, wave pool, outdoor and indoor swimming pool, climbing wall above the water, competition pool with diving board and diving platform. And 2 warm relax baths. Just a pity that the most exciting slide and diving platform were closed at certain times. Swimming pools clean and tidy.
The admission price is decent. For a 2-hour ticket for adults it costs around 17 euros for children around 11 euros
Very nice therme, not crowded, price performance is ok. The restaurant is also recommended with various menus and normal prices.
If you are looking for a change and relaxation with the family, this is the place for you.
Terrible Therme..Personal not friendly and annoyed.
This is not a spa but a swimming pool
Heavily overloaded. No cabins only.
The term Therme is not suitable.
Nothing for toddlers.
Conclusion .NY AGAIN AGAIN.
Definitely not worth the money.
Great bathroom. Here and there the painter would have to work. Apparently price normal in Austria.
Nice pool with thermal water. Inside and out, and also a big Sauna complex (no bathingclothes allowed).
In love with Austrian spas. They have two distinct areas, one for families and one for adults (nudist). It allows you to go to the spa with your family.
Awesome sunset from the outdoor pool
Nothing very special except good relax after skiing.
Super thermal bath with slides and water slides for children and adults. Lots of swimming pools with massage programs, it is also possible to buy a sauna world. After skiing they provide perfect relaxation. Also suitable for families with children.
Very nice thermal bath! The sauna infusions were fantastic and very varied!
