There,is a few good carers but there good work is ruined by the the rest who are lazy and just want to get in and out and most of them are not trained up the management are rude and obnoxious
Avoid!. Unfortunately TLC based in Llandudno Junction is both a rude and unfair company to work for. Shifts constantly change without notice. Dont dare loose your way on your first shift or you will be belittled and bullied by managment. Serious lack of empathy/understanding and organization from a company who is supposed to 'care'. Very expensive to fund your travel costs between numerous calls while waiting a month to be paid and alot of wear and tear on your car. Complete chaos to be honest.
Caring for my elderly father long before the pandemic and during has only been made possible by the devotion of TLC carers. TLC have always responded fully for our changing requirements and have tried their hardest to provide continuity. Not only has this provided the care, familiarity and continuity that my dad requires but has helped provide respite for his family on a daily basis. TLC have been the company we have turned to for daily needs and emergency needs, they have always been there for us.
