Very neat and convenient spot. They provide generous meals and for affordable prices. We loved the food a lot and the waiters were very personal and informative. Recommended.

In my opinion Theo's is the best restaurant in Grand Prairie !!! So much variety of good American home cooking! We've been there several times and so far everything has been great. The service is impeccable not to mention it is very clean inside. The outside is not much to look at but the food is EXCELLENT!!!! Best place in town

This place is nothing but a damn bar... it's a good bar but not a good place for food

Great food and service, large helpings, friendly, calm atmosphere. The service is nice enough to build personal relationships and are very attentive. I got a breakfast meal and the ham slices are 5 times the size of ihop.

Nice family place! Food is always awesome! Service is great too! If you haven't had the breakfast you're missing out! Burgers are also great too! I use to karaoke there years ago I think they still have it.

My eating experiences here have always been good; HOWEVER, I just read that you refused to honor a 29 year US Veteran with his Service Discount. I thing that is a shame and does not say anything good about your restaurant. If he has appropriate identification, you SHOULD DEFINITELY HONOR HIS MAN'S SERVICE DISCOUNT, WHICH YOU GIVE TO MILITARY MEN WHO ARE IN UNIFORM... ABSOLUTELY... NO DOUBT ABOUT IT. JUST DO IT.

Comfortable atmosphere, great food. Pancakes we're fluffy and aerated, not so dense that it consumes your palate. Coffee was great! The waitress "Andrea" was amazing! She Kept our coffees hot and checked in with us to make sure we didn't need anything else. The portion sizes are large considering the moderate price per meal. Very friendly and polite staff. I would recommend this place, so go check it out.

My family and I have been coming here since I was a little. The staff are friendly and attentive. They are accommodating to food allergies and diet restriction. I like their veggie plate and their breakfast meals. Their pies are delicious! Highly recommend this gem to folks looking for a good breakfast meal before hitting up the farmer market in Downtown Grand Prairie!!
