Classic diner type atmosphere with great food and service. Very busy and for good reason.

This is the best home cooking place you can eat at!

Not a bad place for a bite to eat. The service was prompt, and I got exactly what I ordered. Not the best Chicken Fried Steak in town, but I wasn't disappointed by it either. The sides were pretty good, and the price wasn't bad.

First time going there last month with my mom, and her neighbors to have breakfast on my visit. The food was good and it had me stuffed. Would definitely go back on my next visit.

I LOVE THIS RESTAURANT! I can't get enough of it! They have a wide variety on the menu and they are always hospitable! It's like home away from home. Home cooking! I eat here at least once a week!

Andrea is my favorite! She is a joker, it's like a meal and stand up comedy all in one! For is great and the atmosphere is relaxing. It's like home cooking and I don't have to cook it!

Theo's is always my favorite for comfort food. The onion rings are, by far, my favorite, they serve fresh homemade ranch, and the burgers are fresh off the grill. My friend got the buffalo chicken tenders salad... now THAT'S a salad!! spicy buffalo sauce and cool ranch is unbeatable. don't forget dessert!! their fresh baked pies are so good, my favorite is the chocolate creme... did i mention fresh??? you can't go wrong with theo's. on top of having delicious food, their service is excellent - personable and fun servers make you feel like you're with old friends. just try it... :)

Great service, friendly staff, food was all really good. We will be back and we recommend you give them a shot. Chicken fried chicken, turkey club and cheesecake were good. Dining area was clean.

Food and service always great, just wish you would go back to later hours cuz its hard to get there by 7 to be out by 8 when they close. Miss the bar and karaoke too.

Very attentive staff! Superior customer service. Our waitress checked on us regularly and keep our table clean at all times -even the owner checked on us! The food was delicious and came out within minutes (even at high peak times). I will definitely be back!

Awful really low life people and really unfriendly people ..not the staff ..the people that are there in the bar... they acted like when my friend and I walked in we didn't belong there ...and gave us really dirty looks.. then this one guy had the audacity he had a sign saying the seat is saved thinking that I was going to sit by him.. my friend was at the bar getting a drink and I was just standing in front of their waiting for my friend... and he said I'm sorry this seat is taken.. and I was like really I wasn't even going to try to take it... I see the sign that it was saved what a low life place that they have to put signs at the bar saying this seat is taken ...never again will we ever go there.

I don't know who theo is but he makes a darn good burger!!!! Toasted bun, thick juicy meat, nicely sliced tomatoes, shredded lettuce and pickles. I also got a slice of pie. If you don't like pie eat a slice at theo's and see if you don't change your mind. I'm glad I took the drive instead of going to the many big box burger places. I'll be back to try the many other food choices they offer.

Oh my goodness. I found this restaurant when I googled places near Lone Star Park. Some of my friends & I were going to see Cirque de Soliel & wanted to eat before the show. This place had good ratings & a wonderfully varied menu, so we decided to give it a try. All 7 of us ordered different things & everyone was extremely impressed with the food. The service was outstanding & their prices are reasonable. Since we all live a bit too far to be some place we'd just jump in the car to go eat at, we may not be able to frequent it often. But any time we're going to be in that area doing anything, it will be one of our stops.

I hate to give up the total truth, but this place is absolutely amazing. The cook eggs and bacon to perfection. Everything is worth the the visit!
