Come for weekend breakfast and you will think all of Grand Prairie is there, though service is still fast and friendly.

Food is always delicious. The first time I went and I keep going back for more. Customer service is really good. Friendly. Makes you feel at home. The menu is outstanding I love this place

What a fun little hole in the wall! They have EVERYTHING you could imagine! Local diner, home cooking, great service. What's not to like?! Check out their daily specials for a good deal. It's reasonably priced and the food is really good. Owners are alway working today insure good food and great service.

I have been going to this restaurant for about 10 yrs... I have never had bad service or bad food. I have been there during busy times and when I'm only one of a handful of people and everyone there is kind, caring, and very good at their job. I am a very picky eater, and they always make the food exactly how my family and I love it. My granddaughter beggs for their Mac and Cheese. Their cooking is like going home to a mother who has great cooking skills. The food is always cooked with love. Went there tonight... wish I took a picture because the food was AMAZING! They outdid themselves!

This is an excellent small town, down home diner where locals, as well as those passing through, can get a healthy meal ( rather than fast food or frozen dinners) that provides not only a full belly, but a taste of comfort that takes the last bite with a smile. The wait staff provides as much comfort as the food with their service and earnest attention to their customers. This is one of our favorite places to visit.

This was a great diner. The food is good and the people are friendly. You can tell they are being very consistent with masks (everyone actually wears them the right way) and cleaning for Covid.

I have always liked Theo's, but the atmosphere and food has changed some, and not for the better, the last few times I've been there. Not sure what's happened. In past I would have given them 5 stars.

Food was great. Mom and pop atmosphere. Good service. Had the best chicken fried steak in a real long time.

Our waitress was amazing! She shared the nostalgia of the location. It was fun, the service, food and company was awesome! I had the shrimp and my boyfriend had a gigantic bacon double cheeseburger. Both meals were perfect! Fast, fresh and delicious! We will be back. Thank you guys!!!

Country breakfast at its best. Great service, great food. This place is huge. When I saw all the work trucks out front I knew this was the place. A working man and woman who drives a truck like those knows where to eat. Parking can be a little tough when it is really busy but they will get you seated quick and it is worth the wait. And then you can go have a Southern Maid hot donut (breakfast) when you are finished. Could not have been better!

Nice place to eat...a bit pricey... But it is seafood.. Soo I guess it is what it is... But other than that.. Love the staff and environment.

It was crowded at lunch and the service sucked. Food was OK - nothing special.

It's a nice place. Crowded, and a little cramped. It definitely has its own demographic. The wait for food was fairly reasonable, though my order had to be changed due to a shortage of soup. I was then given the wrong sides and drinks were just a smidge overpriced (even the soft drinks), but overall it was an okay experience. Probably won't go back though.

The place is not much to look at but their chicken fried chicken is pretty good. The chicken is hand battered there. Friends said they had a great hamburger and fried chicken sandwich too. Close to Verizon Theatre.
