It's not the best food but it is good and I support mom and pop business so go see them. It is a great place to experience how small towns are in a restaurant.

I have read some not nice reviews. Clearly you are folks that are used to going to Olive Garden. If the food is a bit more expensive than the average meal? Yes. Is it worth it? Every penny. I have never had a sit own dinner there. i have only had functions with my company.

Our server Milagros was exactly that a miracle!!!! She was very nice and attentive gave me and my wife plenty of time to order. The food was delicious and hot. I love theos if you have not tried this place TRY IT YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

The staff was nice food was ok first time dining but I would not return as to the fact me and my friend were the only African American people in the restaurant and some of the other customers did not look to happy about us being there we kept getting ugly looks and stares I was actually getting irritated so I asked for a to-go box and we left I'm not very tolerant of ignorance and did not want to cause a scene.

Great home style diner, great food and great friendly service. Just love this place.

My girlfriend introduce me to this place about two years ago. I have fallen in love with this place. I live 30 minutes away but we visit about twice a month. Great quality food for a reasonably price.

One of the female waitress gave our food no silverware coffee no cream and Cold biscuits and gravy!! But The other waitress step in and took good care of us!! 3 Stars for the Good waitress and 0 for the Spanish Lady with the eyeglasses on!

My folks eat here everyday. Good food waitresses are very friendly and fair price. Home cooking..

Our visit to this resturant was very good experience, in spite of too much crowd, The staff served the food hot and quicly. The prices were reasonable compairing to level of service.

I come here on the weekends to have breakfast with my family. The service is warm and friendly and the food is delicious.

We love this place! Owner and wait staff are polite, kind and just really nice people. Especially toward seniors with limited mobility.
Menu is very large and shows a great deal of variety in foods.
Theo's has a very delightful atmosphere.

Good place, good food. Everything is made in house. Southern style comfort food as well as breakfast any time, Mexican and Italian. Lots of older folks like this place but families come here, too. Great staff!

One of my favorite spots. The food is great. When my friends come in from out of town, they all want to go to Theo's Grill and Bar. I have not had a bad meal at this restaurant. Everything on the menu taste great. I had some of the best fried mushrooms here. Give this place a try, you will be satisfied.

Friday night karaoke rocks! Great food, fun crowd, and fantastic tunes! We always have a great time and are Friday night regulars. Breakfast is awesome too!

With the huge selection of food on the menu, you'd think some things would be lacking but quite the contrary! Everything is great; from the chicken fried steak to the chimichangas and everything in-between, the food is amazing. Service is Swift and the food is fresh. The wait staff is attentive and ahead of the game delivering food and refilling drinks! We will definitely return!

We came for breakfast off of some recommendations of friends. Coffee was amazing fast friendly service even during our covid crisis. The food is amazing couldn't figure if I wanted breakfast or lunch. so we will have to be back. The price of the food was perfect. Highly recommended.

Good atmosphere nice, helpful, and patient staff. Some food was a hit and miss but the chicken fried steak was pretty good I recommend that entree.

Very nice waiters/waitresses and great food with variety. I really have never had a bad experience at Theo's. On the menu, there's daily specials that the customer can choose from Monday-Friday. And theres plenty of seating so I've never had to wait. Love this restaurant!Nice neighborhood bar to watch games....Great food and drinks!! Staff is friendly and attentive

What a wonderful place. Has been in business for 40 plus years and it is apparent why as soon as you walk through the door. We got there at about 2:30 in the afternoon and more than half the tables we're occupied well after the lunch rush. The service was warm and affable. We were able to meet and talk to three or four different tables around us... all of them were genuine, wonderful, local, nice people and had nothing but good things to say about Theo's. We ordered a chop steak and liver and onions and they were both excellent. The entire experience was extraordinary.

We went to eat there because the reviews were so good....and they did not disappoint....good service....great prices and food..too bad we don't go to Grand Prairie more often....but we will definitely go eat at Theo's when we go back..and i never really leave reviews...but was very pleased with my meal..so i was inclined to do so...

Good home cooking. Try the chopped steak, you won't be disappointed!

The food is great. I've only eaten there twice but it's my new favorite lunch spot. Now if I could only wake up early enough to experience their breakfast menu.

This place rates the highest scores possible. It is a neighborhood family owened American style restaurant. Moderately priced with fantastic food and service. The food comes out quickly and hot. With any good restaurant it starts with the employees. All knowing their job and performing it well. They all have great attitudes, they all click as a well oiled machine. If you havent been here don't hesitate to go. If you have I am sure your option will be the same. My congratulations to the owner for giving Grand Prairie a great restaurant!!!!

It is good and they are all nice here. Good variety of food. Practically everything you would want and it all tastes good to me. Try it. You'll like it.

This was our first visit to Theo's. We had the chicken fried steak, ham steak and blackened tilapia. The food was tasty and the people were very friendly. We will be going back to try some pie...no one had room after dinner on this visit!
