I was working in the area and was looking for a good place for lunch. From seeing the place from the outside I kinda thought it was a bar but once I entered into the place and saw alot of older people, it was more of a diner establishment. Honestly, I was a little skeptical at first thinking the food may not be so good. I ordered a Turkey burger and my coworkers all ordered the beef tips and rice. Surprisingly, the food was actually good! My coworkers also enjoyed their meals.

Amazing chili cheese burger, and yess I keep the lettuce on there. The burgers always smell like they came fresh off the grill, also comes out hot and fresh, soft bun, amazing chili. Thanks for a wonderful experience as always!

Friend and I were looking for some place to have breakfast and came across Theo s. I m so glad we did! The place was a cute, quaint restaurant and the food was amazing. If you like chicken fried steak with pancakes I highly recommend!!

Ohhhh...such good food! The chicken fried steak was sooo good! The enchilada plate was savory. Not pictured was the catfish plate and the pies!! Ooooo the coconut pie was so delicious.

The place was nicer inside than I was expecting from the outside. All I had was a grilled cheese, which was also better than I was expecting.

Theo's is THE SPOT for breakfast! Haven't really tried anything else but I can say they are one of the few places with corned beef hash on the menu (which we order every time). Good coffee! Great customer service! My waitresses and waiters are always very congenial. It's like eating at my Granny's house! I love this place!

Best breakfast in Grand Prairie, served all day. Huge portions and low prices. Get the buffalo chicken salad, it's giant and delicious.

Great spot for breakfast! My scrambled eggs were made with whole eggs, not liquid eggs! Service was efficient and friendly! I will definitely be back to check out karaoke night at the bar.

Decided to try a new place for breakfast; however, I was skeptical with the name at first for early morning food but wanted to give it a whirl. I had the #5 breakfast combo which included: Belgium Waffle, eggs, bacon, and hash browns. The meal was great and affordable!!! Will be back soon!

Place is pretty good. Customer service is great. Food was fast to get to go.. Onion rings were flavorless n kind of soggy other than that everything else was excellent!!
