Lovely small olde worlde theatre, great staff, excellent production... and a new headphone system for the hearing impaired.

Aladdin Panto was amazing... oh no it wasn't! Oh yes it was!
Paul Nicholas as Ebenazar was a stroke of genius, played a brilliant bad guy and added some classy comedic touches.
12 days of Christmas still makes me howl! Staff are lovely behind the bar and the whole experience kept us chatting about it for days after! Well worth it and we'll be back for Cinderella next year!

Shows are good but for the long legged you are severely squashed. The amount of leg room is ridiculously small - it's the smallest I have ever come across. I had to move to an end of row seat, but even then I had to sit in a twisted position.

Unique theatre with such a varied programme of plays, musicals, comedy etc throughout the year

Watched dinosaur show was interesting fun and educational however not for a 2 year old!! Our mistake is a must for children that areolder

Traditional old theatre. disabled access very good. Staff couldn't be more helpful.

Great staff very helpful when dealing with mum who was in a wheelchair.....

Almost any seat is a good seat in this beautiful theatre

Wonderful first panto for my grandson. Basil brush my favourite from my childhood.

Great effort and ingenuity has enabled the venue to open. One way system, various entrances, staggered arrivals and spacing made sure we felt safe and "Cover comfortable". Very clever way of performing whilst maintaining distance and adhering to the rules. Well done.

An old Theatre with true slapstick, traditional pantos, it has a lovely atmosphere and a is great place to visit after the castle. genres to fit all, drama, comedy, musicals, opera and family shows.

Went to see love letters with my mum was fantastic. So good to go out and so something normal. Felt very safe

A lovely intimate theatre where there is hardly a bad seat in the place! Great bar service and friendly ushers.

Last visit we saw Vera Lynn story which was wonderful

10 Times Tables was excellent at this iconic theatre

Sat in the stalls and it appears that there is a good view from anywhere in this section. An older theatre so the leg room can be a bit tight for the taller person

Royal Special seats aren't as big and plush as before but the theatre is good.

Good average entertainment centre with generally good visiting plays and artists. Well worth a visit.

3rd time been to Windsor for panto. Great panto as usual. Highly recommend going.

This is a great intimate theatre which has plays coming from or going to London.
Based in Windsor it is a great place to go.
Plenty of places to eat pre or post show.

Watched Aladdin fantastic pantomime with fantastic cast. Will be back to watch Cinderella next year.

Great local theatre, good rep productions and music concerts. Opposite Windsor Castle.

I always love going to the Theatre Royal in Windsor, it is a delightful old building, and the performances are always to a high standard.

The panto this year was particularly brilliant, well done all!

Went to see grease absolutely fantastic coffee girl was over helpfull.

Fell asleep during Alladin but kids loved it its just not my thing

Always a tradition to see the panto at Windsor. It is always a great show. If you are visiting Windsor at Christmas then definitely book tickets.

Lovely theatre with helpful and friendly staff. Interesting adaptation of the Exorcist wirh lots of moments to make you jump!

Fantastic venue for Jimmy Carr's Terribly Funny show. Lovely and intimate, well kept and great security staffing made for a speedy entrance and exit.

Theatre kept in classic style with good shows and plays.

I was there for a christian gathering. The are called Kings church international, Windsor

Aladdin is a Children's performance. They usually have pretty perfect hearing. There is really no need for the sound engineer to set it at a level more suited to the likes of a geriatric Beethoven. I am afraid that I witnessed several of the smaller children in tears, having been frightened by the noise and booms. This spoilt it for several in the audience, young & older alike.

A Typical old style British theatre full of character with friendly and helpful staff. From our seat which was near the back and near the middle of the stage we had a great view of the performance. My only criticism Was that the seats but not the most comfortable and had limited legroom, I am 6 foot tall and of average build, this is Not unique to this theatre, so should not put anyone off going unless the play turns out to be not as pleasing if you hoped.

Lovely theatre shame about service ,received response to complaint sent via e-mail 15 months later and not even an apology for the original problem.

The wife drags me here when there s s new production which is so often I don t complain anymore :-/
