A fantastic show a Spoon full of Sherman ,see it if you get a chance

Fantastic panto as always. All the stars were boom boom tastic and I don't think I'll ever tire of 12 days of Christmas rendition!!! Keep going forever xxx

We were there for the pantomime. Once again it surpassed all expectations. All encompassing family fun. Not to be missed!

We saw The Nutcracker performed by the Vienna Festival Ballet.
Nice to be so close to the action in row I. I don't know how the performers get into those positions - truly amazing. Great little theatre, reasonable ticket prices. Shame the parking in Windsor is expensive.

Lovely theatre, full of great features with a great team who are passionate about this theatre and making sure everyone can enjoy the performance.

We had a lovely evening at Windsor Royal Theatre. My wife and I didn't book in advance and we just turned up on the evening. We were able to book tickets at the top tickets boot at the entrance at very fair prices. They explained the type of seats and the prices. We bought a balcony middle seat and enjoyed great views. The play was Dracula the bloody truth and it was really funny. There was an intermezzo during which we enjoyed some drinks. We liked that you are allowed to take the drinks to your seats. When the play ended you had the chance to meet with the actors.

Excellent show, excellent building thoroughly enjoyable evening.

Great venue, well run with good staff and bar. Seats not the widest, but acceptable!

Went to see Rainman, standing ovation, deserved it.

Always love visiting this theatre, this time it was to see the new tour of Joseph. It feels like you've stepped back in time to another era. Staff helpful, facilities clean.

Went to see Elvis it was deafening I sat through the show with my fingers in my ears. The usheret gave me some early plugs even they didn't help. A lot of people was complaining about how loud it was. A few walked out of the shoe others moved seats.

Delightful little theatre very close to railway station. Nice little bar and cloakroom with charming staff. Comfortable seats and gorgeous surroundings.

Had a great night Frankie 's Guys were amazing .The theatre has a really intimate feel,we were at the front of the circle with a great view.

A great theatre where there is not one single bad seat in the house. Unless someone tall sits in front of you.

A quaint theatre that's full of character & history.
Situated on castle hill opposite Windsor Castle, the Theatre Royal is superbly placed for anyone wanting to combine theatre with sightseeing.
The theatre bar has a reasonable selection of wines & beers, whilst the foyer sells a good selection of confectionary, as well as show programmes.
Having visited this theatre for the first time back in the 1980's, my love for this venue never diminishes.

Saw a production of an Ealing Studios Comedy Film. Theatre too small for this type of play

Panto fun. Sleeping Beauty this year. Comfy seats, not enough toilets, pleasant staff. Park by the station for cheaper parking.

Saw Billionaire Boy this half term. Brilliant musical, well put on. Great space well used. Kids loved it (and the music was not blasted too loud for little ears). Order interval drinks beforehand: service well-meaning but slow. Can take drinks into the auditorium though. Will be back.

If you get the chance then this is a must. The staff obviously love what they do and Aladdin that we saw was the best panto I have been to.

I've been there a couple of times and both have been an enjoyable experience, it's a small theatre, cosy, staff are very friendly.

Fantastic old theatre. Saw Joseph and his amazing technicolor dream coat, excellent. Sheridan Smith was a revelation.

Lovely theatre and very friendly staff. Will definitely be going back.

The entertainment is usually ok with well known actors and the seating in the theatre is also ok. However the bar area is dire and really could do with a makeover. Get rid of the tressel type tables and add more small tables for couples. Also the range of drinks available is poor. I know space is limited but a good designer would help.

Great show. Seats are a bit small and close but worth a visit. Atmospheric place.

I had a lovely time with my Mum, Dad and auntie Terri who was down from Manchester for a few days, I loved hearing my auntie Terri and my Mum laughing, which made me laugh more. I got Mum up to dance and my auntie Terri got up to dance to the cheesy songs too. Dad loved The Twelve Days of Christmas, Dad also smiled at the laundry part when Wishee was trying out the Express Wash, Mum loved the dance Widow Twankey and Wishee-Washee did! I love Windsor Theatre because its an old traditional style Theatre and it has a great atmosphere and all the staff front of house and backstage are great to do work placement for a short time with. It's close to where I live too.

I have just returned from the most amazing evening at The Theatre Royal where I saw Save the Last Dance for Me.
The singing and dancing was absolutely of the highest caliber and was the best show of its kind that I have ever seen.
At one point, everyone in the front stalls , along with many others were on their feet singing and dancing to the songs.
This is the ultimate "feel good" show.

Very warm inside. Could do with dropping the temperature a few degrees to remove the risk of falling asleep during perfomances

Interesting, intimate theatre with a great programme of shows and friendly and helpful staff.

A nice but slightly dated venue. Drink and snack prices were reasonable but as with most older theatres, the seating area is very cramped. Toilets were small and in need of some modernisation. Staff were very friendly and the production we saw was amazing.

Love this theatre... small and personal but big enough for all the great shows... highly recommended

Lovely local theatre which often had plays doing the provinces before transferring to the West End

A really lovely theatre near Windsor Castle, would recommend a visit if you are in Windsor.

At the theatre on Wednesday to see Pardon Me Prime Minister - which was very very well done and very funny and a good evenings entertainment - but I did not like being embarrassed by the use of The National Anthem as casual and introductory music - It was in bad taste and the first time in my life that I was seated in public for the playing of God Save The Queen -

A very pleasant 'period' theatre, comfortable seating, good bar access with wide range of options and polite and friendly staff. If in Windsor, why not take in a performance, viruses permitting.

The interior of the Theatre is well maintained and creates a great and intimate atmosphere for watching the performances. We felt that we were right in amongst the action.

Fantastic provincial theatre, which provides an excellent range of quality productions.

Went to see Aladdin and it was absolutely brilliant. I haven't laughed like that in a long time. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

First time to see Gaslight and had a rewarding time. Acting was very good with Martin Shaw, James Whilby and Charlotte ably supported. Will be going again

The staff are always so friendly, nothing to much trouble.Sometimes it's better than going into London .

Nice little theatre. Enjoyed the show, and loved the intimate atmosphere. The view was great.

Went this evening to see The Exorcist.Theatre small but charming.Some staff can be a little antiquated in their attitude.Especially front of house.Bar !a little tired in decor. Seats in theatre very small.The man next to me complained his seat was broken.No one came to sort this out.Main thing to consider when visiting here is staff treat this place as their home and dont appreciate complaints or critique on productions.Be warned.

More than one mishap on stage and many line flufs....and the upstairs bar wasn't open dispite the ticket box staff telling us it was. Very inconvenient for audience in that area

Went to see Ben Portsmouth (aka Elvis Presley) and his Looking After Elvis group. The nearest anyone could ever get to the real thing. Just amazing. Come back soon xxx

Good value for money. Wide chooce of entertainment.

It was our first outing since lockdown to a theatre,
It was great to be out again, social distancing was in place and everyone was wearing masks.
View from the circle was also uninterrupted.
Highly recommend this theatre.
