Saw the Friday night performance of Jamaica Inn, enthralled and thoroughly carried along with the drama. Met the cast in foyer afterwards, the villain of the piece (Spoiler alert - Revd whatsisface) was the personification of evil incarnate, BOO HISS absolutely fabulous. 10 out of 10

Really enjoyed the show tonight in this beautiful theatre. The only problem, on a freezing winter evening, was the size of the seats! We all had heavy jackets, scarfs etc. Some of us had a handbag too. Then someone arrives late and wants to reach a seat in the middle of the row!!! Result? Frustration, as there was not enough room to pass and then had to sit with an uncomfortable heap on our laps!

I have just got back from seeing Elvis and would like to congratulate your staff for looking after us as my Wife is partially sighted. We got here early and was greeted by GIna and another member of staff who was sitting next to her.Gina came out from reception and took us down to show us the bar area where we would need to go and will be shown from there to our seats before the everyone else turned up she was absolutely Brilliant. When the time was right we were told by another member of staff Paul that we would be able to go in and sit down before anyone else as my wife had trouble seeing in the partially lit areas.
Once again thank you all for looking after us and hope to come and see another show soon.

Been to see the Panto here a few years in a row and it's amazing. Steven Blakeley is so much fun and the show is always great. Managed to sit front row for Sleeping Beauty on the weekend and the actors loved how enthused we were haha. Poked fun at us and just a great night out with the family. I've not seen other shows here, but the panto is a blast.

Very enjoyable evening in a traditional English theatre. We saw a Christmas Carol musical which was very entertaining. The theatre is smaller than I expected but I found this a plus as it was easier to gain access to than some of the busier west end theatres and the refreshments area served us quickly. You definitely get the theatre experience here.

We go for the Pantomime every year, which is great. Its really funny, entertaining and everyone enjoys it. They get the audience involved too, and up on your feet.
The 12 days of Christmas is there every year as part of the act which is brilliantly funny.
There's snacks and a bar for drinks, and ice cream available at the interval.
There are also light up toys available to buy from the shop which the kids enjoy.
Highly recommend the panto!

Excellent performance, but lack of understanding by the staff of different types of disabilities. My son who has mobility issues and severe learning difficulties (but loves musicals), were given the worse seat to access for somebody with his limitations. If you book, make sure that they understand your needs and check your seats with the manager if possible

Brilliant. Always put on a fantastic show that's a brilliant laugh. With annually loved jokes pairing with the new its perfect for those who have been before or are new to seeing it. One of the best pantomime crews you will ever watch.

Lots of history with this theatre, being directly opposite Windsor Castle. Has a bar you can get drinks in before performance and during interval. Nightclub bar prices though, so drink sparingly ! Seats fairly comfy and can bring drinks to seats as long as they are in plastic containers. Right next to many restaurants so can eat before or after performances.

Had a really lovely time with our niece and nephew watching Billionaire Boy.

We sat in the stalls and looking around there didn t appear to be any restricted view seats from where we were.

The facilities were clean and overall it felt pretty good. Some bits were quite old and a little run down, but to be expected with the age of the theatre.

The only comment was that none of the interval staff for ice creams and programmes took card, only cash. So make sure you bring some if you want a programme.

Nice small and quaint old fashioned thearte to visit that is opposite the window Castle it self.
When you get go into the theatre Royal it has two Castles up by the sides of the stage and at, at the back, to make you feel that you are in a real Castle while watching a show.

Great old Theatre when to see a show everything was good apart from the bar upstairs with a young lady serving on her own only bottle beer which is not good enough for an evening show and 1 person serving the young lady was doing her best which was not her fault that's down to bad management planning because they know how many tickets they sold thanks

DO NOT buy drink coupons (promoted by theatre) with your tickets. I got a pair, then theatre separately encouraged a special house drink during intermission. However, at intermission, two employees told me (after 4 discussions) my coupons did not cover the drink. Crazy part was they both emphatically said I could NOT just pay the difference. Backup plan was to get another drink after show, but bars were not open again. Separate issue for same show was having ctedit card billed twice for same pair of tickets. At least that got refunded.
