I use Malik Saab las year and his advice me and service to my case was too much bad. He did not put any care for my case. After this I went to Cranbrook Solicitors in Ilford and see Amer and Shaam and they help me a lot in my difficult period. Thank god My visa is coming now and I am so happy i run from Malik and come to Cranbrook lawyers.

I did family based application from this firm. I got to know my application has been rejected after nearly 2 months. Staff are very very unprofessional rubbish rude i would never advise anyone to go there. They will never care your case only thing they care is about their fee. They are Dishonest, careless and unprofessional ever. must be shut down immediately. whoever giving good comment are their own staff, people or very easy case

THEY CHARGE AN AWFUL LOT OF MONEY AND DO A CHEAP, LAZY AND CARELESS JOB. THEY HAVE WAY TOO MANY CUSTOMERS TO WORK ON ANY PARTICULAR CASE THOROUGHLY, THEY JUST WRITE SOME LAZY STUFF AND SEND APPLICATION AND HOPE FOR THE BEST.

SINCE USING MALIK MY PARENTS ARE IN DEEP TROUBLE WITH THE HOME OFFICE, IT'S LIKE PAYING THEM MONEY TO GET YOURSELF DEPORTED.

THERE WAS ONE EPISODE WHERE THEIR VISA WAS REJECTED BUT NOBODY FROM MALIK INFORMED THEM UNTIL WE CALLED THEM 9 MONTHS LATER. THEY DIDNT EVEN OFFER US ANY OPTIONS TO REAPPLY OR ANY SOLUTION, THEY JUST LEFT THE PASSPORTS TO ROT IN THEIR CUPDOARD.
IF WE HADN'T CALL TO ASK THEY WOULD NEVER HAVE SAID ANYTHING.
THEY JUST ASK FOR MONEY AND THAT'S IT, THEY DONT TELL YOU WHAT YOU ARE ACTUALLY PAYING FOR. JUST PAY.
THEY TREAT EVERYONE LIKE THEY ARE IDIOTS. 3RD WORLD TYPE OF DEALINGS.

THE MALIK SON (ADIL) IS TERRIBLE, HE TOLD MY DAD LIES AFTER LIES AND ONLY WORRIES ABOUT MONEY.
HE IS MORE LIKE A POLITICIAN TELLING YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR LOOKING FOR VOTES THAN A PROFESSIONAL SOLICITOR. HE CANNOT EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH PROPERLY, NO JOKE.
MY PARENTS' APPLICATION THAT THE SON APPARENTLY DID FOR THEM WAS RIDICULED AND REJECTED AND HOME OFFICE ASKED PARENTS TO REPORT EVERY TWO WEEKS IN L.BRIDGE TILL THEY GET DEPORTED AND WE ASKED HIM FOR ADVICE ABOUT WHAT TO DO HE DOESN'T EVEN REPLY.

THE CHAMBER IN GENERAL NEVER KEEP YOU INFORMED ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING WITH YOUR APPLICATION AND HOW MUCH EACH STEP WILL COST ETC.
THE ONLY COMMUNICATION YOU GET FROM THEM IS THAT YOU OWE XXX AMOUNT OF MONEY BUT THEY NEVER EVER TELL YOU WHAT FOR.
THE WAY THEY CHARGE YOU IS VERY OBSCURE.

MALIK CHAMBERS PRACTICE IN ENGLAND WITH A 3RD WORLD MENTALITY (YOU SPEND THE WHOLE DAY IN THEIR TINY AND CROWDED WAITING AREA FOR THEM CHARGE YOU A LOT OF MONEY AND TREAT YOU LIKE IDIOTS). THEY DO NOT GIVE APPOINTMENTS, JUST GO THERE AND WAIT THE WHOLE DAY LIKE A BEGGAR. IT'S LIKE WAITING TO GIVE THEM FREE MONEY.

my experience with this solicitor is very very bad all they do is steel our money and don't really care about our situation.

I did big mistake that I gave them my case they didn't even give me any copy of my case and also they didn't show me cover letter as soon as I call them they just need money. Whoever is dealing with my case don't want to talk to me even I always leave note there she never call back..

I had a similar experience as most of the people here. I was given incorrect advise by Mr Malik and unfortunately my visa was rejected. Getting hold of my case worker was a nightmare. You had to wait on the line for an hour or so just to know that they are not available. If I can sum up my experience in one one word it would be "unprofessional"

I went to another lawyer and he handled my case really professionally and now I have my Permanent Residence.

All in all, I would NOT recommend "Malik Law" to anyone!

No Doubt they robbed many people and I witnessed one when they took money and did not work for them. they clearly targeted vulnerable immigrants and made place in the market by huge marketing by TV shows and radio whilst they were bunch of incompetent people and paralegals being paid a fixed fee to work for them. They are finally closed by the SRA pending a trial. Thank you SRA for intervening and bringing crooks in the tribunal to face charges.

What a service ? Be aware !!!

No body even called for 7 days.Then Promised refund within 5 working days but its 7 weeks and got feeling had no service and will not get refund either.Now they are not taking calls to discuss my refund .

My lawyer didn't even show up. Very poor service they only contact u when they want money but when we need to call them no answer and very unprofessional

I went there in 2011 and it's been a long battle. Now I finally got everything. All receptionist/ case workers and lawyers very friendly and helpful. Thanks again and now I can finally enjoy life with my family.

This solicitor always tries to make you make application by giving you false hope so that they can make money. They will put u in situation you can't go other solicitor. This firm should be shut down forever.

A total waste of time. I was shopping out for a decent and knowledgeable solicitor so I knocked his door to check him out as well. Same day I checked out 4 more solicitors for the same query. Paid 25 GBP for a consultation which lasted for about 10 mins. Gentleman had no clues what he was talking about. My case was crystal clear as a day and there were only two options, which I already knew and all the other solicitors advice me the same. He offered me the most expensive and the most lengthy one and even on the top of that quoted me the most. When I asked if there was any other option available, gentleman's reply was 'not at all'. I think he is solicitor but only solicits his bank account. I paid 25 GBP, and thanked god that I am done with him.

Agreed that loosing a case doesn't mean the solicitor is at fault. But then there are cases which blatantly would not be successful. It is the role of the solicitor to state the facts and make sure the customer is aware that the case is weak. This company doesn't do that, they are only interested in the money and will agree to do anything even if the case is weak.

Trust me don t go there. It is the Mistake you will regret your whole life. Malik Akbar Ali is a fraud himself. He took our case and said he can fight for our case in tribunals and if we didn t succeed in first and upper tribunals then he will go to high court. We never saw him again. He would never pick up phone. Instead he gave our case to another person Mian Zeshan who I doubt if is an immigration solicitor. He is not even registered with law society for immigration. Despite charging high fee, he never showed interest in our case. I am saying this not because I think it s a Solicitor s fault when you lose a case but because he never was professional. He will also not respond to calls or emails and if he would that will be too late. Their service is not professional at all. He would leave everything to be done on the last day. The statement he gave in the courts on behalf of me was in conflict with my statements. He wrote I have all of my family in U.K. but I do have family in home country which had lots of negative impact on my case.

I wish you would read this before giving any case to this firm. Though they have changed their name now to immigration law solicitors but once a fraud is always a fraud. We didn t know before going to this firm but you have choice please don t! I wish I didn t have to give this firm even one star.

A friend of mine gave his case to malik law chamber. They got so many clients so they dont have time to listen to your concerns or satisfy you regarding the case so not recommended.

My family got very good service by them. Dr Malik was excellent with our case, got the visa successfully. Highly recommend. Thank you for all help and support.
