Beautiful theatre. Wonderful shows. Great all round theatre experience. We saw We Will Rock You last night and it was just amazing.

Programme is not always my cup of tea , but suddenly there's Ballet Rambert, internationally acclaimed, superbly modern and professional. You just have to keep your eye open and something will come along for you. And you don't have to dress up... jeans with holes in are as acceptable as twin set with shoes to match.

Historical Building with lots of character. Excellent choice of high quality shows.

Excellent theatre production and had a very clear view from the Upper Circle. Unfortunately, the leg room was really small. My poor partner is over 6ft tall and was crammed into the chair. He was very uncomfortable throughout the whole production.

A fantastic space, a must see if you get a night to spare. Some of the seating in the upper areas is a little challenging, but lower down it is great.

Amazing pantomime - 'Goldilocks and the Three Bears'. Traditional theatre with modern effects. Thoroughly recommended for a great family afternoon out. Lots of laughs to be had - I was crying with laughter!

Lovely theatre and acoustics great .. only issue I had , was where I was seated .. being in wheelchair at side I couldn't see any of the performance up high on walkway at Jersey Boys ..

Some great productions but horrifically uncomfortable due to the original style seating.

Old fashioned ice cream parlour tea rooms pleasant staff limited menu ordered a light lunch coffee x cheese savory sandwich needs a revamp

Absolutely beautiful venue. Great view even from the cheaper seats. Very 'old world' - Ideal venue for the touring musicals etc. Excellent range of shows.

Absolutely fantastic show once again! Theatre Royal's panto is consistently the best. Comfy seats, friendly staff and not long to wait for the toilet all add to a great time.

Just watched Les Miserables for the 3rd time.. Utterly amazing, the Theatre has outdone itself again

Lovely old theatre. Last time I was there was when I saw "Hair" when I had more of the stuff myself. I walked out half way through the show after the nude scene thinking it, was the end of the show. It was an intermission and so I only saw half of the performance. I thought people might think I'd only come to see the nude scene and then cleared off. My genuine mistake, one of life's many.

Went with mam in wheelchair, staff were fabulous, very helpful

Well I went for the first time nd it was nice but I was sitting on the top floor didn't like the distance to stage

This is a beautifully restored building with loads of atmosphere. Good bar service too. Loved our evening there.
